Abstract

Motor bakar merupakan kompetensi dasar yang wajib dikuasai bagi peserta didik jurusan teknik sepeda motor. Jurusan teknik bisnis sepeda motor SMK Bina Nusa Slawi merupakan student body terbesar di Kabupaten Tegal. Jumlah peserta didik yang besar menjadi pekerjaan berat untuk mencetak kualitas peserta didik yang optimal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu mematangkan kompetensi motor bakar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16-17 Juni 2021 di Bengkel SMK Bina Nusa Slawi Kabupaten Tegal. PKM tahap 1 adalah refresh konsep dasar motor bakar dan komponennya. Setiap peserta diberikan pemahaman dan praktikum demonstrasi konsep kerja motor bakar melalui trainer engine cutting. Sedangkan PKM tahap 2, peserta diberikan pelatihan perawatan dan perbaikan sistem bahan bakar. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kompetensi motor bakar sistem bahan bakar peserta didik kelas XII telah optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari PKM tahap 1 bahwa seluruh peserta mampu mendemonstrasikan fungsi kerja komponen motor bakar. Pada PKM tahap 2, seluruh peserta telah mampu mendemonstrasikan perawatan dan perbaikan sistem bahan bakar sepeda motor. Selain itu, peserta mampu memahami dampak asap saluran buang akibat bahan bakar yang tidak berkualitas. Peserta didik mampu membaca hasil uji emisi gas buang.

Abstract

The torsion beam is one of the most important parts of an electric car. The torsion beam can accept the loading of vehicle structures statically and dynamically. The movement of the vehicle, such as turning, turning with a bumpy road contour, affects the stress limit that the torsion beam can support. This study aims to simulate the effects of shifts such as deflection and stress on the use of a torsion beam suspension. The method used is a loading simulation using the Finite Element Model (FEM) model. The results showed that the maximum deflection effect occurred in the 2000N loading of 1.5347 mm, while the maximum stress effect occurred in the 2000N loading of 2342.57N.

Abstract

The population of vehicles in indonesia, always has increased, this has an impact on oil fuel consumption continue to grow also, reduction of fuel consumption in vehicles can be done by the method of eco driving, one of the methods in eco driving most easily applied is the speed settings, gear position, and the selection of the right type of Transmission, but the information setting the speed and position of the gears on each vehicle is definitively less Thus, do the research to find speed settings and the position of the gear is done. This research was conducted on the analysis of the results of calculation of the Specific fuel consumption of vehicles bus with the variations of the two types of transmissions, to know the pattern of the ride's low Specific fuel consumption and the type of transmission the best of transmissions to two. The results obtained from this study, Specific fuel consumption bus will continue to decline at 1000-1300 rpm, but will slowly climb back on 1400-2300 rpm, while the increase in speed is directly proportional to the increase of rotation of the engine, transmission Type MB GO 190 is the most excellent transmission among other transmission a third because of the difference between the rate ratio in this transmission is not too far away so that fuel is wasted due to a pause on this transmission traction loses a little and acceleration of the vehicle a smooth and fast.

Abstract

3D Printing merupakan teknologi di bidang percetakan yang berkembang sebagai mesin pencetak dengan sangat presisi, mudah dan cepat. Pada proses pembuatannya, 3D printing memegang peranan 3 dimensi pada desain produk termasuk pada model pencetakannya salah satunya model gantungan kunci. Semua produk tadi bisa digunakan 3D Printing dalam proses pembuatannya melalui purwarupa dan produk modelling. Sebelum langkah-langkah tersebut kita proses melalui alternatif desain CAD/ CAM, digital modelling dan yang terakhir produk dengan 3D printing. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilaksanakan pembuatan 3D printing untuk SMK Muhammadiyah Larangan Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diantaranya mengenalkan proses 3D printing kepada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Larangan Kabupaten Brebes.

Abstract

The suspension must provide comfort and safety to the vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the load's effect on the pressure distribution on the axle so that the spring strength from the sideload force can be simulated. This study aims to analyze the sideload force of type C suspension springs using FEM. Spring variations are the number of different threaded coils, namely 11, 12, and 13. In the FEM simulation, the spring is given a load until 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm displacement occurs. The loading spreads to the X, Y, and Z axes. Each direction of the axis is measured by the pressure that occurs. The results showed that the pressure values that occur on the X, Y, and Z axes decreased with each increase in the number of screw coils. The lowest X-axis pressure reduction occurs in thread 12 at 63%. Meanwhile, the pressure on the Y axis decreased by 27% on the spring screw 12. The highest decrease in pressure on the Z axis occurred by 34% on the spring screw 12 compared to the spring screw 11.
