Abstract

Teknologi aeroponik untuk dataran rendah tropika basah telah dikembangkan dengan aplikasi root zone cooling (RZT). Suhu udara yang tinggi di dataran rendah memicu penyakit. Biopestisida telah  diuji untuk bawang  merah, tomat, kacang tanah dan cabe di Banyumas, tetapi belum diketahui bagaimana pengaruhnya apabila diaplikasikan pada sistem aeroponik dengan RZT di dataran rendah. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan konsentrasi biopestida untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik dari varietas yang ditanam secara aeroponik dengan RZT di dataran rendah tropika basah. Faktor yang dicoba meliputi: box aeroponik tanpa RZT, biopestisida 1ml/liter (B1), box aeroponik RZT 10 °C, biopestisida 4 ml/liter (B2), box aeroponik RZT 10 °C, tanpa biopestisida (B3), box aeroponik RZT 10 °C, biopestisida 10 ml/liter (B4) dan varietas bibit kentang: Varietas Alantic (V1), Varietas Granola (V2). Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Analisis data menggunakan sidik ragam dilanj utkan DMRT pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa varietas granola pada sistem aeroponik dengan RZT dan aplikasi biopestisida 4 ml/liter dan 10 ml/liter memberikan tinggi tanaman tertinggi. Biopestisida 10 ml/liter menghasilkan rata-rata jumlah daun tertinggi, dan biopestisida 4 ml/liter menghasilkan jumlah umbi tertinggi. Abstract

The wave used to study the acoustic properties of mangosteen is ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic wave with frequency of 50 KHz was used to determine acoustic properties of mangosteen. The main wave properties were the attenuation, impedance of acoustic and acoustic velocity at mangosteen. Others have been evaluated were the correlation of attenuation and acoustic velocity at parts of mangosteen with its intact mangosteen. The acoustic parameters were related to the physic-chemical parameters of the fruit (TDS and hardness). This relationship was used to study mangosteen properties and quality. Because of mangosteen structure and it’s pores (saw with low density), acoustic wave in manggosteen have low amplitude signal. It was saw with spectrum and FFT signal mangosteen and reference medium / air (1.4:2.3). The fruit with increasing maturity mount (from color index 2 to 5) will experience hardness degradation, improvement of TDS, which are related to degradation of acoustic attenuation, improvement of acoustic speed and impedance. Multiple regression method was used to get empiric equation of wave in mixture of flesh-seed, husk and mangosteen (parts of mangosteen with its intact mangosteen). That saw in equation 1 and 2. the velocity and attenuation of ultrasonic wave in mixture of flesh – seed have higher effect equation on mangosteen than husk. It means that acoustic properties of mixture of flesh – seed has more contribution than husk. Key word: attenuation, velocity, impedance, ultrasonic, mangosteen

Abstract

We have investigated the sterilization at media pleurotus otreatus using rice husk fuel and wood in various 6, 8 and 10 hours. We carried out efficiency energy for pleurotus otreatus medium sterilization at 8 hours using rice husk fuel is 14.28%, whereas efficiency energy for pleurotus otreatus medium sterilization using wood is 17.35%. The results show that cooking stove from rice husk are suitable for use as renewable energy technology applications to support E3i village (Energy, Economics and Environment).
