Abstract

Hospitals as health care facilities play an important role in realizing the degree of public health, individual and holding of a comprehensive health service. In macro optimizing health services in hospitals were not fully implemented due to, among other medical personnel and equipment utilization are not yet sufficient. Conditions and situations of Toto\'s hospitals that have backgrounds exclusive hospital has less support in providing excellent service should be developed along with the high demands of the public / patient and patient\'s complaints of dissatisfaction with services provided Toto hospital either received orally or through the media mass. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with inpatient satisfaction in hospitals Toto based on effectiveness, comfort, information, human relations, and timeliness. Type of research is quantitative research design \"cross sectional study\" was conducted at District Hospital Toto Bone Bolango Gorontalo Province. The population was inpatients with sampling by accidental sampling to obtain 60 patients who became respondents. The primary data was obtained by interview and secondary data was obtained from the Hospital administration Toto. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate. Results showed that there was a significant correlation between the effectiveness factor, comfort, information, human relations, and timeliness with patient satisfaction. The Factor that is most closely related was information. It is recommended that the hospitals provide excellent services and improve facilities so that patients who visit will be satisfied.

Abstract

This research aim to analyse factor influencing nurse performance in applying of treatment process [in] RSUD Toto Sub-Province of Bone Bolango. this Type Research is analytic research [of] observasional with method " study sectional cross" meant to study dynamics of variable which included in research title " Factor Influencing Performance Nurse in Applying Of Process Treatment". Amount of responders counted 51 people as nurse of executor [in] room take care of to lodge. Research result indicate that : nurse have enough motivation counted 45,1 % from 51 responder, earnings / enough salary counted 51 %, nurse owning enough supervision counted 62,7 %, development of enough career counted 45,1% and motivation is strongest factor [of] influence of to nurse performance at home [Common/ Public] Pain [of] Area of Toto Sub-Province of Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo. Result Research can be concluded that nurse performance in applying of treatment process can influence by some factor that is motivations, development of career, earnings and supervise / salary. Is for that suggested [by] the importance of improvement of nurse performance in applying of treatment process [pass/through] support of related/relevant government by budget allocation to nurse service in documentation process treatment and also perform [a] training to commisioned nurse at home Pain, so that service of more maximal treatment and can give satisfaction to society.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan unit pelayanan kesehatan yang terdepan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan komunitas. Apabila setiap keluarga sehat, akan tercipta komunitas yang sehat. Masalah kesehatan yang dialami oleh salah satu anggota keluarga dapat mempengaruhi anggota keluarga yang lain. Keadaan ini perlu kita sadari sepenuhnya bahwa setiap individu merupakan bagian dari keluarga yang saling mendukung satu sama lain (Sudiharto, 2002; 22). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi sectio caesarea di ruang VK BLUD RSU Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. Metode penelitan deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 30 responden. Variabel bebas yaitu dukungan keluarga dan variabel terikat adalah tingkat kecemasan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji chi square ( ) didapatkan hitung 16,0524 > tabel 15,507. Kesimpulan; ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi sectio caesarea di ruang VK BLUD RSU Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto.
