Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the methods of multicultural values implanting for early students in madrasah ibtidaiyahs on MWCNU LP Ma’arif Kraksaan subdistrict. The method that used to succeed the implanting of multicultural values are story telling, playing, study tour, inuring, modelling and reading poems. The most used method is story telling and inuring. The using of those methods are to give mutual understanding for the multicultural values such as openness, humanity, tolerance, mutually help, justness, equality and brotherhood, good thought, and have a great affection to the nation. By using those methods, the students behaviour could be changeable from refusing the others that differents become accepting and friendly with the others.  The constrains also appear while impalnting multicultural values, such as the lack of knowledge in story telling techniques media used by teachers, the inconsistency of posture in school and the circumstances where the students live.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe process of multiculturalism earthing is an interesting and quite challenging phenomenon. Multiculturalism which assumes the acceptance of various diverse cultures / cultures is a sunnatullah that we cannot avoid. Therefore, a process is needed to always implement the acceptance by always trying to ground multiculturalism. The process can be done by inheriting culture / culture both through the process of socialization, enculturation, and internalization which starts from the smallest organ of society, namely individuals to large organs of society, namely educational institutions, community organizations and other government institutions. Education on the basis of multiculturalism assumes equal opportunities for each student to realize his full potential, preparing students to participate fully in an intercultural society, preparing teachers to facilitate effective learning regardless of similarities or cultural differences with him, the active participation of the school in eliminating oppression in all its forms, education must be centered on learners by listening to the aspirations and experiences of students, educators, activists, and others must take a more active role in reviewing all educational practices, including learning theory, teaching approaches, evaluation, psychology and guidance, educational material and textbooks, and others.Keywords: multiculturalism, cultural inheritance, cultural education

Abstract

Kecamatan Loano berada di bagian timur-selatan Kabupaten Purworejo, merupakan daerah rawan longsor yang disertai kondisi sosial ekonomi yang menambah kerentanannya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji risiko bencana longsor, cakupan kajian meliputi karakteristik ancaman, kerentanan {sosial ekonomi & fisik lingkungan, kapasitas (respon lingkungan)} serta risiko bencana. Pengolahan data menggunakan software ArcGIS dan SPSS. Secara fisik alam, ancaman risiko longsor bervariasi yaitu 21,36 km2 (40,09%) indeks rendah, 13.14 km2 (24,66%) sedang dan 18,78 km2 (35,25%) tinggi. Indeks kerentanan sosial ekonomi & fisik lingkungan terdiri dari 3 desa indeks rendah, 11 desa sedang dan 7 desa tinggi. Karakteristik kapasitas (respon lingkungan) diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner individu masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Karakteristik kapasitas (respon lingkugan)-nya adalah 14 desa indeks rendah, 4 desa sedang dan 3 desa tinggi. Kerentanan secara holistickyang merupakan jumlah total kerentanan sosial ekonomi & fisik lingkungan serta kapasitas (respon lingkungan) terdapat 3 desa indeks rendah, 4 desa sedang dan 14 desa tinggi. Tingkat risiko bencana longsor bervariasi, terdiri dari rendah 6,72 km2 (12,62%) , sedang 24,59 km2 (46,15%) hingga tinggi 21,96 km2 (41,23%). Risiko longsor yang tinggi perlu dikurangi dengan menurunkan kerentananya. Selanjutnya, diharapkan metode ini dapat diterapkan di wilayah lainnya yang memiliki karakteristik hampir sama dengan Kecamatan Loano.

Abstract

The research is an associative research. The chosen population was students of class X and XI of SMK PGRI 2 Malang visiting the school library, that is 223 students. The sampling technique used in the research is simple random sampling with 144 respondents, and the analysis method used is multiple regression method. The result shows that there is a partially positive and significant influence of library collections and facilities on the student visiting motivation to the school library in SMK PGRI 2 Malang. There is a simultaneously positive and significant influence of the library collections and facilities on the student visiting motivation to the school library in SMK PGRI 2 Malang. According to Standardized Coefficients Beta, library facilities have dominant influences on the student visiting motivation to the school library in SMK PGRI 2 Malang. Suggestions that can be recommended related to the result of the research are the school should give more attention in improving the management of the school library facilities focused on the completeness of the library collections and the comfort of the library facilities. As the time to complete the library collections and facilities, students are encouraged to visit the library often. The condition of the student visiting motivation to the school library in SMK PGRI 2 Malang is categorized high enough. That is why, the school is expected to maintain and improve the recent condition. It is intended to improve the student competence as what students are learning. Ways applied by the school recently (like encouraging students to visit the library by including learning program activities taken place in the library) should be maintained. Some strategies are creating a comfortable environment by making the room more colorful and cheerful, providing a set of sound system for music, and spreading the air freshener. About the room design, there are tables of which the color are needed to repaint and it should be added some individual tables, not just group tables. About the ventilation, it should be provided air conditioner (AC). In further researches, it is suggested to take better objects that are other variables of out of the research such as librarians, the headmaster and teachers’ attention, the relationship with the curricula, and programs and activities designed by the librarians. That will probably influence the visiting motivation and the sample used is all libraries in all schools in Malang. Taking all libraries in all schools in Malang, the result of the research will have higher diversities in term of school management that can influence student visiting motivation to the school library.   Key Words: Library Collections and Facilities, Visiting Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI : Menurut observasi dan wawancara yang penulis lakukan, Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) PGRI Kebonagung dalam mengolah data gaji karyawan masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, yakni mencatat pada pembukuan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam menghitung jumlah gaji guru yang didasarkan pada berbagai rincian yang berbeda-beda, hal ini dapat menghambat proses kinerja bendahara instansi tersebut. Kesalahan dalam menghitung gaji dapat berakibat fatal karena dapat berpengaruh dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Selain itu bendahara juga kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan, karena petugas harus melihat data pada pembukuan, kemudian mengolahnya menggunakan Ms. Excel. Abstract

This type,  of course, consists of compulsory courses, prerequisites, concentrations, and electives. Human Resource Management courses are compulsory courses that must be followed by all undergraduate students of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics, Malang State University. The development of  Fun  POAC Human Resources Application as an e-learning medium in this human resource management course is to create and develop electronic learning media which will be able to make it easier for students to understand how planning, organizing, moving, and controlling human resources in an organization,  Making learning in resource management courses is not boring and interesting because it is not only encouraged in listening to what lecturers say but is packed with application devices with various accessories and interesting features that can make students motivated to open, read and understand learning materials, assignments and practices. The material on the application is packaged for one semester lectures. The e-learning media developed consists of fun planning HR, Fun Organizing HR, Fun Actuating HR, and fun controlling desktop-based menus so that students or those who want to use this application can install it on their respective computers or laptops. The development method carried out is the Borg &Gall development model (2005) using waterfall grooves(waterfall)at the stage of development. The development stages start from needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial/implementation (validation), revision, and report creation. The product results in the form of the "Fun POAC Human Resources" Application as a learning medium in human resource management courses and will be equipped with media application videos, as well as media usage instructions.

Abstract

Industri kerajinan keramik Dinoyo terbukti mampu memberikan kontribusi perekonomian.Untuk menghadapi perkembangan dan persaingan dibutuhkan strategi bersaing yang tepat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi bersaing terhadap inovasi pelaku industri kerajinan keramik Dinoyo, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan pelaku industri kerajinan keramik Dinoyo, (3) untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan pelaku industri kerajinan keramik Dinoyo, (4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung strategi bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semua pelaku industri yang ada di sentra industri keranjinan keramik, Kelurahan Dinoyo, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0.Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan beberapa bukti sebagai berikut: strategi bersaing berpengaruh terhadap inovasi; inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan; strategi bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan; dan hasil terakhir membuktikan bahwa strategi bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Kata kunci : Strategi Bersaing, Inovasi, Kinerja Perusahaan, Industri Keramik Dinoyo

Abstract

Sudah 5 Tahun, luapan Lumpur Sidoarjo (LUSI) belum dapat dihentikan. Akibat luapan lumpur tesebut, memicu terjadinya dinamika tanah seperti subsidence dan uplift di sekitar area luapan/semburan LUSI. Pengukuran subsidence dan uplift telah dilakukan pada tahun 2006 hingga 2007 (Abidin, et. al, 2008). Abstract

Culture and national character education which refer to educational of morals, values and nation character has been established since 2010. However, it movalsound is not forceful enough.By that, in 2017 government re-excavate and re-inforced the character education through nationalprogram of Reinforcement of Character Education.Educational institution becomestrategic medium because of it structures, systems and tools which has dispersed in Indonesia entirely from the outlying district to the navel. The national character education is expected carried out massively and systematically by the program that is integrated in the entire educational system, school culture, and in collaboration with community. The main values of character implemented are religius, nationalist, be autonomous, mutual assistance, and integrity. Satlogi SANTRI (the acronim of Sopan Santun, Ajeg/Istiqamah, Nasehat, Taqwallah, Ridlallah, and Ikhlas Lilahi Ta’ala) six values that has been established by KH. Moh. Hasan Saifourridzall as a local genius of PesantrenZainulHasanGenggong since 1989, are basic precept, purpose and direction of behavioral rules should be hold by santri in PesantrenZainulHasanGenggong. And the six values become focus of learning, customary and cultural practice. SatlogiSANTRI as the values which contain islamism, nationalism concepts grounded on humanism values staunch to moral principles, spiritual quotient, interpersonal dan emotional quotient in mutual accord and reinfocerd to the religius, nationalist, be autonomous, mutual assistance, and integrity values.
