Abstract

An auction is an activity of selling of goods in public by means of a verbal-bid to get the higher price or to get lower prices and the price quote can be done in a closed and written. This is done by the way of collecting the prospective buyers of the auction led by officials of the auction. In this case, the intended auction was the sale of goods that are held publicly. The auction, according to the regulations of security right, is when the debtor made a breach, the holder of the security rights have the right to sell the security rights’ objects over its own power through a public auction as well as taking payment of account receivable from the sale proceeds. An auction is an alternative to the sale of an undertaken asset by way of inviting prospective buyers at a particular time and place in which the last highest bidder in writing or orally is determined as the winner. The author used socio-legal research as his research method. To meet the forth standards set by the law, the auction should be widely announced to the public, either through printed file, electronic or visual. A legal certainty as a basis which concerned with propriety and justice is very closely related to the principle of auction sales in another. As the formulation of the problem of the form of identification of the problem, namely how the legal protection of the auction buyers encountered the obstacles as well as the solution.Keywords: Auction; Legal Protection; Mortgage Right

Abstract

Terasi is one of the basic ingredients in the food processing, particularly in the area of the base Kep.Bangka Belitung province. The paste of the terasi in the market are generally shaped in the massive beams that make them difficult to distribute to the sellers because the market demand such varied size of 110 and 250 grams. The purpose of this study is to design and make the terasi paste printing machine which can cut to size shrimp paste with a uniform weight of 110 and 250 grams. The method used in solving this problem is based on the method design: Identification of Problems, collecting data by observation, interview, and literature, and performing data processing, Creating the design, manufacture machinery / fabricating, assembling and final testing and analyzing. The test result is that the form of paste printed measuring 61x30x45 with an average weight of 110 grams and the paste to paste the printed results of measuring 150x30x45 with an average weight of 250 grams shrimp paste.

Abstract

Minimal surface roughness value is the performance to be achieved in the process of CNC NLX 2500, is necessary to regulate variables NLX 2500 CNC process in order to obtain the proper response surface roughness of the workpiece is minimal.research that has been done is to determine the contribution of these variables NLX CNC process in 2500 to reduce the variation of the response surface roughness of the workpiece simultaneously. Moreover, it also made the determination that the proper setting of the variables NLX2500 CNC process in order to obtain the surface roughness of the workpiece is minimal.machining process variable is varied spindle rotation, motion eat, and in the funeral. The experimental design is determined based on the Taguchi method and form of orthogonal L9 (33). Optimization method is used Taguchi. The randomized trial with replication 2 times to overcome interference factors that occur during the machining process.the results showed that to reduce the variation of the response simultaneously, eat motion has the largest percent of the contribution, which amounted to 99.48%, spindle rotation has a percent contribution of 0.0974%, the feeds have a percent contribution of -0.126%.to obtain a surface roughness of the workpiece is minimal, spindle rotation is set at 2748 rpm, eating motion is set at 0.15 mm / rotation, the funeral was adjusted to 0.5 mm.

Abstract

The development of technology in the manufacturing sector is very fast, the market demand is diverse will the needs of products and components with complex shapes and high level of precision and hardness of material that has high strength. High degree of hardness and precision are widely used nonconventional EDM machine sinking. the electrode wear rate (LKE) and surface roughness (KP) are at least the performance of the EDM sinking machine process to be achieved. The study was conducted to determine the contribution of process parameters in order to reduce the variation of response parameters simultaneously and to determine the appropriate process parameter setting value. Parameters varied current, on time, off time and machining voltage. This research uses experimental design from Response Surface Methodology (RSM) method. And obtained the most refined Ra roughness results on Ton 100 µs, and Toff 15 µs with 10 A Ampere, and the roughest Ra roughness is obtained at Ton 300 µs, and Toff 15 µs with Ampere 20 A.

Abstract

Minimum surface roughness results are a desirable objective in the CNC NLX 2500 Y process, a precise adjustment of CNC NLX 2500 Y process parameters should be obtained in order to obtain minimal roughness of the workpiece surface. The research has been conducted to determine the contribution ofCNC NLX Y 2500 process parameters to reduce the variation of the work surface roughness response simultaneously. And the determination of the exact setting of CNC NLX Y 2500 process parameters in order to obtain minimal roughness of the workpiece surfaces. parameters of machining process are variedspindle rotation, cutting speed, the dept of cut. The experimental design is based on the Taguchi method and is an orthogonal matrix L8 (2³). The optimization method used is Taguchi. The experiment was conducted randomly with replication 2 times to overcome the disturbance factor that occurred during machining process. The results showed that to reduce the variation of the response simultaneously, the the dept of cut has the largest contribution, that is 82.6%, the spindle speed has a contribution percentage of 61.9%, the cut rate has a contribution percentage of 9.2%. To obtain a surface roughness of the workpiece is minimal, the spindle rotation is set at 2866 rpm, the cutting speed is set to 0.40 mm / rotation, the dept of cut is set to 1 mm.

Abstract

Besides getas and kemplang, one snack which most people like in Bangka Island isa a snack with the form of a palm tree roots. The craftsmen who manufacture these sticks derived from Pangkalpinang. The results of the survey on the Small Industries (IKM) in the District Gerunggang show that the production process sticks using manual equipment/manpower. To overcome the problems of IKM, hence the researcher designed to facilitate the molding machine in the production process and speed up production so as to produce a better capacity of production by using the manual method. The method used in this research is to design and calculation by using computing devices Solidwork. This stick molding machine uses a mechanism that rotates a threaded shaft, then an emphasis on the dough so that these products can be pushed toward the output. From the experimental results the output of this machine is the root of the stick-shaped palm with a size 100x5 mm, output 500 gram / 5 minutes by the number of ± 80-100 grains stick.

Abstract

Kerupuk getas and kemplang are snacks from Bangka Island made from a mixture of mackerel and corn starch. The snacks are produced by snack food home industry. The production center located in Belinyu and Pangkalpinang City. The main problem of industry is lack of knowledge about the packaging technology and sales strategy. The product packaging is an important part of a sales strategy. In this report, the authors proved statistically that the product packaging can increase revenue. The packaging system by using vacuum packaging machine. Furthermore, sales strategy be developed into an online system.The results show that sales of products with packaging boxes significantly affect gross income partners. Correlation test showed that the value of pearson product moment (r) is 0.862. The value of the Pearson product moment means that there is a very close relationship between the product packaging boxes with gross revenue and P-value is 0.05 so it was concluded that the relationship is significant. Abstract

Abstrak Zirconia (ZrO2) merupakan material keramik yang banyak digunakan di industri. Pasir zirkon (ZrSiO4) merupakan salah satu sumber zirkonia. Produksi zirkonia dari pasir zirkon dapat dilakukan dengan proses perlakuan panas atau perlakuan kimia dengan tujuan memecah ikatan antara ZrO2 dan SiO2. Pada penelitian ini Response Surface Methodology (RSM) diaplikasikan untuk menentukan nilai optimal persentase ZrO2 dari proses dekomposisi pasir zirkon melalui proses perlakuan panas. Sampel yang disiapkan sebanyak 13 variasi dengan 3 replikasi. Analisis hasil percobaan didapatkan Eigen value dengan nilai –0,146262 (X1) dan 0,172908 (X2). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi temperatur dan waktu penahanan tidak teridentifikasi optimum pada satu titik saja namun tersebar di seluruh daerah saddle point.

Abstract

The development of various processed cassava with good quality will support local government programs in realizing food security through the development food diversification of local, namely cassava. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is the Ubi Flour Processing Business Group in Tempilang Village. The sweet potato flour produced is made of processed products such as aruk rice, sweet potato noodles, and cakes. From the survey and analysis together with partners, the problems faced by partners, namely regarding production problems related to increasing production capacity and aspects of business management. So far, the process of the production stage is done manually which requires a lot of manpower and time so that it is less productive. From these conditions, the solution taken is first to procure a cassava flour squeezer which has a function to squeeze the sweet potato flour with the help of a threaded shaft drive system and a hydraulic pump with a tool capable of 5 Kg at a time, second is to carry out training on machine operation and maintenance so partners understand about the use and maintenance of tools properly and correctly, and third is to evaluate and monitor partners to measure the success rate of production problems, whether there has been an increase or not. During monitoring, before the press, the production process takes 30 minutes to produce 5 kg of sweet potato flour. However, with the squeezer it takes only 5 minutes to produce 5 kg of sweet potato flour.

Abstract

Snacks are the lifeblood of the Home Industry Community (IKM), which is still developing. One of the potential producers of local food as a typical Bangka snack is in the northern part of Bangka Island, Belinyu District, Bangka Regency. Bukit Ketok Village in Belinyu District is a granary that produces snacks. One of the home industries that produces various snacks in the form of chips made from tempeh is being developed. This tempe chip product is produced by manual slicing of tempeh using a knife, so the results are less productive and not optimal because it requires a lot of energy and time. In addition, education and innovation are needed to increase their production capacity. Therefore, we need an appropriate technology machine capable of slicing tempe with the desired thickness and uniform size with a semi-automatic slicing system with a processing capability of 10kg/hour. The method used is the procurement of a tempe slicing machine, training on machine operation and machine maintenance. Thus, the training can be easily understood by partners properly and correctly. After that, evaluation and monitoring are carried out to partners so that the level of success of the production process can be measured. The output targets resulting from this community service are media publications, production machines and increased partner production.
