Abstract

This research explores the strategy of change management to increase competitiveness of BUMN Perkebunan, especially in Tobacco business. The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyse internal factors of BUMN Perkebunan needed for increasing competitiveness in tobacco business, (2) to analyse policies needed for increasing competitiveness of BUMN Perkebunan in tobacco business, (3) to formulate strategy by PT ABC to increase competitiveness of BUMN Perkebunan in tobacco business. The data were taken from relevant literatures, indepth interviews, and expert panels. The research has shown that in the future, BUMN Perkebunan has to prioritize its role and function on the business aspect, enhanced by strong commitment from the government. On the other hand, resources and demand conditions are two aspects to be prioritized to increase PT ABC competitiveness. The alternative strategy to that end lies in the product development.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world 4th largest coffee producer after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia with export potential and higher national consumption concluded in 2017 while the coffee production was relatively stagnant. This was led the producer to not only the production risk but also the price risk which then emphasize the importance of futures markets existence as price risk management. This study is performed to examine the impact of futures price volatility to spot market using ARCH-GARCH toward primary data of coffee futures and spot prices of 1172 trading days starting from January 2014 to June 2018. The ARCH-GARCH analysis result indicates that futures price volatility and monetary variables are impacting the volatility of spot price. Arabica spot price volatility is impacted by volatility of Arabica futures price, inflation and exchange rate while Robusta spot price is impacted by Robusta futures price volatility and exchange rate. This is confirming that futures market plays dominant role in spot price discovery. Local futures and spot prices are also found to be significantly influenced by volatility of offshore futures prices which indicates that emerging country futures market is actually influenced by offshore futures market which the price itself used as price reference.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu fungsi pelayanan, sistem informasi hadir untuk memenuhi tuntutan manajemen. Sistem informasi sekolah SDIT Cendekia merupakan salah satu sarana untuk mengetahui sejauh mana suatu sekolah mengikuti perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi serta untuk mempermudah dalam merekapitulasi data siswa, pegawai dan kegiatan sekolah, serta dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi dan dapat menghasilkan informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan sistem menggunakan model prototype, pemodelan perangkat lunak yang di gunakan adalah UML(Unified Modeling Language). Sistem informasi rekapitulasi data SDIT Cendikia ini merupakan pengembangan dari sistem manual sebelumnya, sehingga saat ini sistem dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data guru, siswa, kelas dan absensi, serta rekapitulasi data SDIT Cendekia dapat di hasilkan dengan lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani pada dasarnya merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani harus diarahkan pada pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Tujuan pendidikan jasmani bukan hanya mengembangkan ranah jasmani, tetapi juga mengembangkan aspek kesehatan, kebugaran jasmani, keterampilan berfikir kritis, stabilitas emosional, keterampilan sosial, penalaran dan tindakan moral melalui kegiatan aktivitas jasmani dan olah raga. Pendidikan jasmani merupakan media untuk mendorong perkembangan motorik, kemampuan fisik, pengetahuan dan penalaran, penghayatan nilai-nilai (sikap-mental-emosional-spritual dan sosial), serta pembiasan pola hidup sehat yang bermuara untuk merangsang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang seimbang.
