Abstract

The construction industry is so fragmented that in its implementation many have resulted in increased costs, delays, and inefficiencies. But this fragmented can not be a reason not to innovate. One approach to the solution used is supply chain construction. The purpose of this study is to map supply chains micro, meso, and macro. This level is tiered from the bottom to the top level as the concept of supply chain management. The qualitative and quantitative research method was used to map and analyze supply chains for each level. The results showed the micro-level is the basis of the supply chain which can be measured by SCOR for example. The meso level focuses on the strength of construction companies. Construction company strategies framework contract and Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP). Macro-level includes supply chain accumulation from micro and meso. It is expected that at the macro level is the harmonization of supply chains between stakeholders, namely the government, contractors, suppliers, and distributors with good policy regulations.

Abstract

Productivity is a challenge in the construction industry, commonly initiated by fragmentation. In addition, some work levels have been identified, including the micro, meso, and macro. However, the construction supply chain is one of the possible solutions adopted to increase productivity. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to develop a framework for measuring supply chain construction performance at the micro, meso, and macro levels. These respective stages are tiered from the bottom to the top level as a supply chain management concept. Furthermore, a design for the supply chain performance measurement framework is created, followed by formulation with KPI, and the consequent application in the project. Therefore, performance is evaluated based on the construction materials, as a large resource. The results identified the supply chain performance at the micro-level as the basis for possible measures between contractor and supplier, using the SCOR. However, the emphasis was made on the strength of construction companies with large suppliers at the meso level. Meanwhile, the macro-level includes the accumulation of related measurements from micro as well as meso, and are consequently used to define the relationship between construction actors at the national level.

Abstract

Keberadaan bangunan pada suatu lereng perlu diwaspadai dikarenakan terjadinya kelongsoran yang kemungkinan dapat terjadi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perkuatan tambahan karena kemungkinan adanya beban dan saturasi air pada tanah saat masa operasional. Pemilihan perkuatan tambahan yang dapat digunakan untuk lereng sempit adalah soil nailing. Lokasi Gedung Parkir RSUP Kariadi terletak pada lereng dengan sudut kemiringan 700 serta memiliki jenis tanah lempung pada permukaan tanahnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kelongsoran dengan menggunakan simulasi PLAXIS. Analisis awal menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kelongsoran dari permukaan tanah hingga kedalaman kurang lebih 11 meter dari permukaan tanah. Nail bars dengan diameter 22 mm, panjang 8 m dan jarak antar nails 2.0 meter digunakan sebagai rencana perkuatan lereng untuk mengatasi kelongsoran yang terjadi. Selain itu, juga diberikan variasi trap pada kemiringan lereng dengan satu dan dua trap. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perkuatan dengan nail bars dengan kombinasi trap pada lereng dapat menurunkan displacement yang terjadi dan meningkatkan angka keamanan.

Abstract

Kota Semarang memiliki topografi yang berbeda untuk setiap wilayahnya. Pada bagian utara Semarang merupakan daerah pesisir dengan karakteristik tanah lunak. Sedangkan, pada wilayah bagian selatan secara umum merupakan pegunungan dengan karakteristik tanah keras. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka lokasi tanah keras di wilayah Semarang bagian utara lebih dalam dari pada di wilayah Semarang bagian selatan. Kondisi ini mempengaruhi penggunaan pondasi dalam untuk pembangunan infrastruktur di Kota Semarang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interval nilai kapasitas daya dukung pada wilayah Semarang bagian selatan yang dihitung berdasarkan metode empiris dengan menggunakan persamaan Metode Aoki De Alencar, Metode Philoponat, dan Metode Langsung (Direct Cone Method) yang dikemukakan oleh Meyerhoff. Sebagai batasan masalah, maka ditentukan pondasi dengan diameter 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm, dan 100 cm dengan kedalaman 7 meter dimana memiliki jenis tanah pasir untuk semua lokasi yang ditinjau. Dengan mengetahui interval nilai kapasitas daya dukung ini maka dapat sebagai salah satu alternatif yang memudahkan dalam analisis kapasitas daya dukung pada lokasi lain. Hasil menunjukkan pada perencanaan tiang tunggal, nilai kapasitas daya dukung dengan metode Langsung memberikan nilai lebih besar, yang disusul dengan Metode Philoponat dan Metode Aoki De Alencar. Semakin besar diameter tiang yang digunakan maka semakin besar pula nilai kapasitas daya dukung yang diperoleh. Dengan menggunakan diameter tiang 70 cm hingga 100 cm dapat memberikan nilai rata-rata kapasitas daya dukung 443 kN sampai 843 kN.

Abstract

The supply chain has become a priority subject of management research and manufacturing theory in recent years. It has also become an interesting topic in the construction industry. Construction supply chain management is more concerned with the coordination of discrete quantities of materials delivered to a specific construction project. Currently, in some building project, there has been no standard indicators in measuring the performance of the supply chain. Therefore, further research is needed to define the performance indicators there. One of supply chain performance measurement model is Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The SCOR model provides a unique framework that links performance metrics, processes, best practices, and people into a unified structure. The objective of the study is to define the application of SCOR in construction project. There are 11 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on the SCOR model that could be used as an supply chain performance indicator in construction project. The research method of this study is by conducting a questionnaire to the project manager and material supplier to determine how the indicators are applied in building projects. The result of the study is the definition of each KPI at building project which facilitates understanding of construction stakeholders to measure the performance of the supply chain.

Abstract

Kota Semarang menjadi kota dengan jumlah penduduk yang terus meningkat. Saat ini Kota Semarang mempunyai banyak permasalahan, beberapa diantaranya adalah buruknya transportasi umum dan kemacetan. Pemerintah sebagai pembuat kebijakan harus menyediakan transportasi umum yang layak untuk masyarakat. Oleh karena itu untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu inovasi. Semarang Integrated Boat Rapid Transit atau Siborat adalah bentuk inovasi transportasi sungai yang diharapkan ramah dan efisien serta terintegrasi dengan transportasi lainnya. Siborat ini digunakan di sungai Banjir Kanal Timur Semarang yang menghubungkan wilayah Semarang Tengah hingga Semarang Utara. Saat ini, sungai Banjir Kanal Timur digunakan untuk mengalirkan air dari tengah kota ke Laut Jawa dan sebagai bagian dari pengendalian banjir di Kota Semarang. Diharapkan dengan Siborat ini masyarakat tidak perlu untuk menempuh jarak waktu yang lama dan mengurangi kemacetan di kota Semarang serta dapat menciptakan transportasi umum yang murah dan efisien.

Abstract

Pekerja konstruksi fresh graduate atau generasi milenial saat ini semakin mendominasi sumber daya manusia perusahaan konstruksi. Fresh graduate yang sangat potensial juga memiliki banyak tantangan untuk dikelola. Sebagai sumber daya manusia baru dengan jumlah banyak, sangat diperlukan kajian tentang bagaimana kinerja dan kepuasan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini fokus pada kajian kepuasan kinerja pekerja konstruksi fresh graduate dari sudut pandang mereka sendiri dengan mengadopsi beberapa indikator dari The Toyota Way. Metode analisa perhitungan dilakukan dengan merangking hasil perhitungan antara skala penerapan dan pengembangan individu & teamwork. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang paling memuaskan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja konstruksi fresh graduate adalah pemimpin harus memiliki pengetahuan kerja yang mendalam dengan skor 18.574, sedangkan indikator kepuasan yang menunjukkan ketidakpuasan adalah materi pelatihan dibakukan dengan skor 13.468. Selanjutnya, sebagai rekomendasi adalah perlu adanya inovasi gaya kepemimpinan dari para pemimpin perusahaan konstruksi.

Abstract

The ability of workers in construction supply chain section has not been strongly standardized as to their role and performance, especially in Indonesian project. The purpose of the research is to conduct a preliminary study of workforce capability standards in construction supply chain management. The initial standard was adopted from Supply Chain Operations References (SCOR) 12.0. The results showed that the ability element was the highest priority with 50%. Whereas the most standard worker needs to be mastered is to schedule product shipments with 18% and the lowest value is to do exception management in construction with 1%. Research recommendations are that workers need to attend every training on construction supply chain workers' standards in order to have complete capabilities.

Abstract

The phase of buildings maintenance in the project life cycle is still not well structured when compared to construction phase, especially in government buildings. In contrast to private buildings that have been well managed in their care. This is due to the different funding patterns and budgets and the different division of responsibilities, the private sector is easier without a long flow when they want to maintain and finance the building. The purpose of this study is to review the management of maintenance of building facilities on private projects to be recommended to government-owned buildings. Case studies were carried out on one of the private-owned buildings in Central Java by taking a review of the diesel pump facilities. The research method is by observing the process of maintaining a diesel pump that is deepened by interviews and looking at the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The results showed that the One Point Lesson (OPL) maintenance system through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance on private buildings was quite effective. Maintenance is categorized as autonomous, corrective, and preventive maintenance. This maintenance system has the potential to be adopted into government buildings by carrying out more in-depth analysis.

Abstract

The old bridge of Sungai Galeh is a short span bridge with a reinforced concrete beam superstructure and a masonry bottom structure. This bridge is planned to be replaced for renovation. The replacement Sungai Galeh bridge is planned with the upper structure using reinforced concrete T-beams and the lower structure using reinforced concrete cantilever abutments. The purpose of this paper is to re-plan the Sungai Galeh Bridge in order to provide services for traffic users safely and comfortably. From the analysis results, the dimensions of the reinforced concrete T-beam are 40 x 80 and the dimensions of the diaphragm are 25 x 45.
