<![CDATA[Peningkatan persentase jumlah pengunjung yang bertujuan untuk kuliner menunjukkan adanya peluang usaha kuliner di Kota Bandung. Pemilik usaha Distro Sandwich memiliki ide untuk membuka usaha kuliner Distro Sandwich di Mall Kota Bandung. Untuk melaksanakan rencana tersebut dibutuhkan studi kelayakan investasi pada usaha tersebut.Aspek yang dikaji terdiri dari Aspek pasar, Aspek teknis, Aspek legal dan lingkungan, Aspek SDM, Aspek finansial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan kelima aspek, usaha Distro Sandwich dinyatakan layak, dan terpilihnya Mall X sebagai lokasi usaha dengan menggunakan metode Incremental Analysis ROR. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas, batas perubahan keputusan kelayakan, apabila penuruanan jumlah penjualan tidak lebih dari 6,8% dan kenaikan biaya bahan baku tidak lebih dari 8,58%.
