Abstract

Abstrak:       Tenaga perawat merupakan tenaga profesional yang berperan penting dalam fungsi di rumah sakit. Setiap tindakan medis menyimpan potensi resiko, banyaknya jenis obat, jenis pemeriksaan dan prosedur, serta jumlah pasien dan staf Rumah Sakit yang cukup besar terutama untuk tenaga perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan karakteristik perawat dengan tingkat pengetahuan keselamatan pasien (2) praktek keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain survey deskriptif potong lintang untuk melihat distribusi dan frekuensi 2 variabel yang sejenis. Desain survey deskriptif dipilih untuk melihat distribusi dan frekuensi dari karakteristik perawat, tingkat pengetahuan tentang keselamatan pasien dan praktek keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit X kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat dan praktek keselamatan pasien, diketahui pula bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang keselamatan pasien maka praktek keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan semakin baik adalah benar, (2) Hasil analisis hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan praktek keselamatan pasien memiliki hubungan positif. Kata kunci: pengetahuan perawat, keselamatan pasien. Abstract:       Power nurses are professionals who play an important role in the functioning of the hospital. Every medical procedure holds the potential risks, many types of drugs, types of examinations and procedures, as well as the number of patients and hospital staff were quite large, especially for power perawat. This study was to determine (1) the relationship characteristics of nurses with patient safety knowledge level (2 ) patient safety practices in nursing care at the hospital. The research method uses descriptive cross-sectional survey design to see the distribution and frequency of 2 similar variables. Descriptive survey design was chosen to look at the distribution and frequency of nurse characteristics, knowledge level of patient safety and patient safety practices in nursing care in hospital X Bekasi. The survey results revealed that (1) there is a correlation between the level of knowledge of nurses and patient safety practices, it is also known that the higher the level of knowledge of nurses about patient safety, the patient safety practices in nursing care, the better is true. (2) The results of the analysis of the relationship between the level of patient safety knowledge and practices have a positive relationship. Key words: knowledge nurses, patient safety

Abstract

Untuk mengurangi biaya produksi, larutan alkali bekas (lindi hitam, LH) yang diperoleh dari pretreatment tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) skala pilot plant pada kondisi optimal (NaOH 2,5 M; 150oC; 4 bar; 30 menit) dimanfaatkan sebagai pelarut pada pretreatment TKKS berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pretreatment TKKS berbasis alkaline explosion pretreatment dengan perlakuan penelitian meliputi rasio pelarut LH : NaOH 2,5 M (100% LH, 50% LH: 50% NaOH dan 30% LH: 70% NaOH) dan waktu pretreatment (30 menit, 45 menit dan 60 menit). Perbandingan massa TKKS dan volume pelarut adalah 1:5 (500 gram TKKS dan 2500 mL pelarut). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, TKKS sebelum pretreatment mengandung 328,0 mg/g selulosa, 137,4 mg/g hemiselulosa, 301,6 mg/g lignin dan 22,3 mg/g abu. Perlakuan optimal didapatkan pada perlakuan 30% LH: 70% NaOH dan waktu pretreatment 30 menit  dengan kadar selulosa sebesar 261,31 mg/g dan kadar hemiselulosa serta lignin masing-masing sebesar 44,74 mg/g dan 55,54 mg/g. Abstract

The sounding square array resistivity method had been used to estimate strike orientation in a sub surface anomaly model. The advantage of square array are more sensitif in an anisotropic medium such as strike than inline array. Strike is an important factor to placed an array configuration in resistivity method. The array commonly lay down paralel or perpendicular with a strike depend on anomaly structure. The mapping square array was used to detect the model anomaly.The sounding square array were measured by rotating array with azimuth ,,, and . The sounding square array had an electrode spacing 1 m, 1,4 m, 2 m and 2,8 m. Azimuthal apparent resistivity was  obtained by calculation and then was plotted into Rossete diagram. The estimation of strike orientation was determined perpendicularly from maximum azimuthal apparent resistivity. The mapping square array used 10 m array spacing with 1 m electrode spacing. The Wenner array used 5 m with 0,5 m electrode spacing.Strike orientation was estimated on N 90 E. This estimation was based on result each electrode spacing on the sounding square array. The existing model anomaly were detected on 5 m until 7 m on mapping square array. The result of Wenner array modeling showed that anomaly model was detected on 2,5 m until 3,5 m on N 40 W. This result showed that the sounding square array can be applied to determine strike orientation which usually exist on geological structure Keywords: square array resistivity, strike,azimuth

Abstract

BaFe12O19 is a permanent magnetic material which has superior properties to be excellent until the late of twentieth century. Some of the obstacles in the synthesis of the material using a stoichiometric composition is a difficulty to obtain a single phase and the second phase is always found. This research attempted to make modifications on the initial non-stoichiometric composition by varying the fraction of Ba/Fe through BaCO3 and Fe2O3 compound through solid state reaction mechanism. This solid state reaction was initiated by mixing various fractions of BaCO3 and Fe2O3 powder composition and compacted to produce a homogeneous mixture using a planetary milling. After drying and molding, it was obtained a homogeneous mixture like a cylinder with a diameter of 2:54 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm. The BaFe12O19 phase was obtained by heating the sample at a temperature of 1200 ° C for 4 hours. To determine changes in the fraction of Ba/Fe before and after sintering, the samples were tested by X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), while the structure and crystallinity were tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results showed that during the heating process, the reduction of barium fractions exceeded 5% from of their initial weight, while changes in the fraction of Fe was not significant. The results of structure and crystallinity measurement showed that the addition a substantial amount of barium carbonate can lead to the decrease of crystallinity from 35.271 nm to 11.265 nm.

Abstract

Menulis secara berantai (estafet writing) termasuk salah satu metode active learning atau learning by doing bertujuan agar siswa mengasosiasikan belajar sebagai kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Para siswa diberi kebebasan mengekspresikan imajinasinya melalui tulisan-tulisan yang dihasilkan seperti menulis puisi. Kegiatan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metode estafet writing ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menguji kompetensi siswa dalam membangun kalimat dalam sebuah paragraf.

Abstract

AbstractThis study reviews the application of learning methods of quantum type of concept maps in order to improve the ability to think creatively and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. The method used in this study is a research method True Experiment Experiment with the shape and the experimental design used is pretest - posttest control group design. The population in this study is a class XI student of SMK AKT Development amounted to 96 students with a sample of 64 students. The data collection tool in this study a test sheet and observation sheet. Data was analyzed using quantitative data analysis and descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of quantum learning method in class experiment goes well. Application of quantum learning methods can enhance students' ability to think creatively on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. Through t test, t known at 37.185 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (0.000 <0.005) showed an increase of quantum methods in creative thinking abilities.Keywords: Quantum Learning Method, Creative Thinking Skills, Learning Outcome
