Abstract

Perencanaan strategis dalam dunia pendidikan berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mengarahkan kegiatan pendidikan agar efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran utuh mengenai penyusunan dan pelaksanaan perencanaan strategis tahun 2011-2014 di Madrasah Pembangunan. Bagaimana tahapan-tahapan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan dari awal sosialisasi sampai dengan evaluasi termasuk didalamnya proses penerjemahan dokumen perencanaan strategis menjadi dokumen panduan teknis pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah qualitatif deskriptif dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen penelitian atau disebut juga sebagai human instrument. Penentuan nara sumber dilakukan berdasarkan rekomendasi dari nara sumber inti secara purposive sampling dan snowball. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi langsung, memotret tempat penelitian, merekam wawancara dengan nara sumber dan mengumpulkan data-data atau dokumen yang didapatkan dari nara sumber. Temuan dari penelitian (1) Perencanaan strategis Madrasah Pembangunan tahun 2011-2014 telah disusun sesuai dengan standar merujuk pada Permendiknas Nomor: 2 Tahun 2010. (2) Perencanaan strategis Madrasah Pembangunan tahun 2011-2014 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan telah menjadi acuan dalam setiap kebijakan yang diputuskan oleh manajemen.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate: (1) ideas and ideals of the establishment of PM Gontor; (2) Phases of the grounding of Gontor's PM ideas; 3) Proliferation of PM Gontor as the largest pesantren corporation in Indonesia; 4) Elements of Gontor's organizational culture. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through four stages, namely: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, compound analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. The results showed: (1) The existence of PM Gontor started with Pesantren Tegalsari ideas about the responsibility of advancing the Islamic Ummah and seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT; (2) The earthing phases of PM Gontor's ideas stretched during the founding of Old Gontor, the planting of shared values in the New Gontor era, instilling shared values through tiered education (3) The Gontor PM Proliferation is an effort to spread Gontor energy throughout Indonesia; (4) The elements of organizational culture in PM Gontor include the ideas/ideals of Tegalsari, educational strategies, shared values in the five souls, and the application of the five-term as a producer of the PM Gontor artifacts. The implication of this research is to continuously improve educational institutions by revitalizing the main dimensions of organizational culture.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pada bidang Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan target dari Rencana Strategis (Renstra) UNJ guna menghadapi tantangan perkembangan dunia pendidikan di masa depan dan tuntutan dari stakeholders. Peningkatan kualitas dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi capaian target dari masing-masing rencana kerja pada Bidang Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan, khususnya perihal kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, serta pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana di UNJ. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan PR II UNJ yang meliputi unit kerja BAUK dan BAPSI berdasarkan gagasan Nee mengenai new sociology economics institutionalism. Gagasan tersebut membagi mekanisme integrasi hubungan formal dan informal pada setiap level kausal, yakni pada tataran mikro (individu) yang dijelaskan sebagai sistem jaringan elemen dalam unit kerja pada penelitian, tataran messo (kelompok ataupun organisasi) yang dijelaskan sebagai bentuk tata kelola unit kerja pada penelitian, dan tataran makro berupa lingkungan kebijakan (policy environment) yang dijelaskan sebagai proses perumusan implementasi kebijakan unit kerja oleh pihak rektorat dalam penelitian. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui 7 tahapan sesuai pendekatan metode Soft System Methodology (SSM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada level makro, dalam melaksanakan tugasnya unit kerja bidang administrasi umum dan keuangan selalu melibatkan setiap elemen yang terdapat pada unit kerja ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari proses belajar mengajar dari masing-masing fakultas. Proses perumusan kebijakan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan pendekatan Renstra, yakni harus sistemik, imajinatif, dan tidak terikat oleh kontinuetas kegiatan yang telah lalu. Sedangkan, pada level messo, dalam pelaksanaan proses tata kelola, para staf dalam unit ini masih mendapatkan masalah. Masalah yang terjadi terkait masalah akuntabilitas dan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia. Pada level mikro, setiap elemen memiliki tata perilaku, norma, kebiasaan, peraturan formal maupun informal dalam melakukan eksekusi setiap rumusan kebijakan yang telah dibuat oleh unit kerja ini. Namun, masih ditemukan masalah sistem jaringan yang menyulitkan bagi setiap elemen pada unit kerja ini. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa bentuk transformasi yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak Universitas Negeri Jakarta adalah dengan melakukan penguatan kelembagaan dalam hal tata kelola setiap unit kerja yang ada di universitas, termasuk dalam unit kerja bidang administrasi umum dan keuangan. Proses penguatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan perubahan bentuk tata kelola setiap unit kerja. Penguatan ini dilakukan dengan cara merubah standar tata kelola berdasarkan pada rancangan tata kerja dan organisasi badan layanan umum.

Abstract

Creativity is an important element for successful implementation of 2013 curriculum. Green school is one kind of school that is able to accommodate all our desires in education. This research aims to find out (1) the influenced of work environment toward creativity (2) the influenced of intrinsic motivation toward creativity (3) the influenced of work environment toward intrinsic motivation. Path analysis is the method that is used to do the research through survey. This research provided all of teacher’s population at green school in Bekasi. Samples were selected based on nonprobability sampling techniques (judgement sampling). This research was carried out in Bekasi. Based on research findings are outlined as follows (1) there is a direct and significant influenced of work environment toward creativity (2) there is direct and significant influenced of intrinsic motivation toward creativity (3) there is direct and significant influenced of work environment toward intrinsic motivation. Implication from this research is efforts in improving the creativity can be done through improve work environment and intrinsic motivation. Abstrak Kreativitas merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum 2013. Sekolah alam adalah salah satu jenis sekolah yang mampu mengakomodasi semua keinginan kita di dunia pendidikan.Di dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kreativitas, (2) pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kreativitas, (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Penelitian ini meneliti seluruh populasi guru sekolah alam di Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability (sampling jenuh). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bekasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) adanya pengaruh langsung dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kreativitas, (2) adanya pengaruh langsung dan signifikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kreativitas, (3) adanya pengaruh langsung dan signifikan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik. Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa peningkatan kreativitas dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan dari lingkungan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of teamwork, and trust toward Job Satisfaction of the teachers high school in Bekasi City. This research was quantitative approach and path analysis method was applied to analyse the data. In this research, the target population size of this research is 889 teachers of state high school and research samples has been choosen as a unit analysis as much as 276 teachers of state high school in Bekasi City. The results of the research that: (1) teamwork has a direct positive effect on Job Satisfaction; (2) trust has a direct positive effect on profesional commitment; The research suggested that teamwork, and trust were important determinants of teacher’s Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to program the assessment of credit points of teacher professional development in Kutai Timur. This study was used discrepancy evaluation model. In this program research, program research design includes elements are: that evaluation focus, collecting data, analyzing data, and conclusions of evaluation. The result shows that: (1) teachers can not collect 12 points in the credit element of professional development, (2) teachers do not understand the systematics of writing scientific papers to be proposed in the assessment of credit rate scientific papers professional development of teachers, and (3) teachers dishonest in preparing scientific papers in the assessment of credit rate scientific papers professional development Based on the results. It was recommended that the goverment of Kutai Timur was improve the quality of teachers, namely: (1) encourage teachers willing to improve themselves, increase knowledge and skills that can be assessed by the number of credits, (2) fostering teachers in their professional development not only of writings paper only.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of schools and higher education to collaborate in education by a management information system approach. This study used a qualitative approach. The method used is a mix method, through the stages of initial data collection and needs assessment and interview to the Principal of Elementary School and to Lecturers from Universitas Serambi Mekkah. The results of the study show that collaboration information management systems in education still use conventional information and technology, and are needed to expand information access needs between the two parties. Nevertheless, the readiness of some human resources to use technology still needs to be improved, the lack of supporting facilities is still an obstacle.

Abstract

Due to the difficulties of obtaining work in Indonesia and the low level of education, some people have been forced to seek employment overseas. However, a good wage outside of Indonesia does not ensure that when they return to Indonesia, they would be self-sufficient with the money they have earned and will not have to work as migrant workers afterwards. The purpose of this study is to assess BPPPTKI Serang's empowerment program for Indonesian migrant workers. This research employs a qualitative approach as well as an evaluation approach. CIPP was employed as the evaluation model (Contexts, Input, Process and Product). This article focuses solely on the product and impact of this empowerment program, and it does not cover other aspects of CIPP. The study's findings revealed that, while the program's idea was excellent, the results were not. The majority of Indonesian migrant workers who return to work overseas demonstrate this. This, of course, goes against the program's stated goal of producing independent migrant workers once they've worked as migrant workers. In terms of concept, this program still has to be improved upon, particularly in the form of a post-program control procedure to encourage migrant workers to be more productive. Keywords: migrant workers, CIPP, empowerment program, productive.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of organizational climate and quality of work-life on teachers’ creativity throughout state vocational high schools in Serang, Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This work involved 164 civil servant teachers in state vocational high schools in Serang, Indonesia as the sample. As the major analysis tool, we used a multiple linear regression model. The hypothesis test used the t-test and f-test. The study revealed that: i) Organizational climate positively and significantly influenced the civil servant teachers’ creativity amid the COVID-19 pandemic with a significance value of .000 (α<.005); ii) The quality of work-life also had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ creativity during this difficult situation has significance value of .000 (α<.005); and iii) The quality of their work influenced both organizational climate and the creativity of state vocational high school teachers living in Serang, Indonesia, with a determination coefficient of .861 or 86.1% during the pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan Mediator Hubungan Industrial di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi CIPP yaitu Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur yang dilengkapi dengan data sekunder berupa dokumen. Hasil evaluasi komponen konteks menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan program pelatihan Mediator Hubungan Industrial didasarkan pada beberapa kebijakan dan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi komponen input menunjukkan bahwa PPSDM menyiapkan semua input yang dibutuhkan, mulai dari anggaran, SDM, kurikulum program dan infrastruktur. Hasil evaluasi komponen proses menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Selanjutnya hasil evaluasi komponen produk menunjukkan bahwa hasil capaian program diklat sudah sesuai dengan tujuan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai kelulusan peserta diklat yang tinggi.
