<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kerja sama tiga daerah di Provinsi Maluku Utara yaitu antara Pemerintah Kota Ternate, Pemerintah Kota Tidore Kepulauan, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji berbagai program yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing pemerintah daerah dari tahun 2017-2019. Pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengambarkan permasalahan secara obyektif tentang pelaksanaan kerja sama tiga daerah. Data primer diambil melalui wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh dari kajian dokumen kerja sama ini digunakan untuk analisis permasalahan di lapangan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa kesepakatan kerja sama yang ditandatangai tiga kepala daerah dalam bentuk MoU (Memorandum Of Understanding) ini tidak berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah disusun dalam dokumen kerja sama. Hanya Pemerintah Kota Ternate yang melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kerja sama. Sedangkan Pemerintah Kota Tidore Kepulauan dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat belum memasukan secara spesifik program kegiatan kerja sama di dalam rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA) dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018 dan 2019. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to learn effective promotion strategies in attracting people on the island to learn through distance learning at UT. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from secondary data that has been available on the UT SIPELAPOR application. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the majority of students first got information about UT, namely 1,399 students (48.76%) through friends, 575 students (20.04%) through families, and 388 students (13, 52%) through the Site UT Web. From this data, it can be concluded that: (1) Word of mouth promotion strategies (WOM) are very appropriate in promoting distance learning on islands. (2) Word of mouth (WOM) can be done in two ways, first, the hearing is done by visiting directly to market segments. The second is to utilize online social media (e-WOM). This study has implications aimed at UT management in improving promotional communication through WOM. So that the target of increasing the number of students is realized. This study shows how to determine the strategy of promoting education through WOM in accordance with the characteristics and geographical conditions of UPBJJ in the archipelago in an effort to increase the number of students.]]>

<![CDATA[Kelurahan Jaya terdapat 5 (lima) kelompok tani yang aktif menjalankan usaha pembuatan sagu jai. Peluang usaha produksi sagu jai memiliki prospek pasar yang menjanjikan, namun dalam pengembangannya kelompok usaha sagu jai terkendala masalah manajemen, produksi dan strategi promosi dari kelompok tersebut. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra diatas diperlukan sebuah metode pelaksanaan yang efektif, yaitu pendekatan partisipatif. Metode partisipatif yang dipakai berupa pendampingan dari sisi manajemen, produksi dan promosi/pemasaran. Pelatihan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek pemasaran dan penjualan melalui pemasaran digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan sagu jai. Hasil dari program PKM yang dilaksanakan ini adalah meningkatnya usaha serta kapasitas produksi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar untuk produk sagu jai. Selain itu, Pelatihan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek pemasaran dan penjualan melalui pemasaran digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan sagu jai di kota Tidore Kepulauan.]]>

<![CDATA[Selama pandemi Covid-19 Usaha UKM Mekar Jaya terhimpit, penjualan menurun, dan berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan usaha akibat dari pembatasan sosial Berdasarkan pada hasil identifikasi masalah ditemukan dua masalah utama yang dihadapi Mitra, yaitu: (1) Mitra belum mampu mengelola secara efektif usahanya dengan menggunakan fungsi-fungsi manajerial. (2) Mitra juga belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi dari Teknologi Pemasaran, sehingga potensi besar dari usaha ini mengalami fluktuasi dalam proses penjualan maupun produksi. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM Tim menggunakan metode partisipatif, metode ini memrikan mitra keleluasaan untuk mengemukakan inovasi dan kreativitas, dengan tahapan metode sebagai berikut: Tahapan Perencanaan kegiatan, Proses kegiatan dan tahap akhir kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat (PkM) Dosen Universitas Terbuka pada UKM Mekar Jaya di Kelurahan Tobololo Kota Ternate, dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa UKM Mekar Jaya memiliki banyak potensi yang bisa dikembangkan. Terutama pada produk berbahan dasar rempah-rempah asal kota ternate, seperti buah pala dan cengkeh, Potensi ini masih sangat mengkin dikembangkan melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berkalanjutan. Melalui Program PkM Dosen Universitas Terbuka yang dilaksanakan ini meningkatkan pemahaman Mitra dalam menajalankan bisnisnya walaupun ditengah pandemi covid-19, Mitra juga bisa merumuskan strategi marketing dengan pendekatan digital (Pemasaran Digital). Pelatihan pada kegiatan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek manajerial yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan UKM serta aspek pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan mitra.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims at investigating gender based students’ stress pattern at Regional office of Ternate. The respondents of this study were 160 students of Faculty of Economy in At regional office Ternate consisting 40 male respondents and 40 female respondents of Management study program, and 40 male respondents and 40 female respondents of Accounting study program. To gather the data, a survey method was employed. Data was analyzed by using Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that nothing was recommended for improvement atthe Regional office of Ternate economic faculty.]]>

<![CDATA[In terms of human resource training, use of technology, capital, and access to marketing, there is no legal umbrella or regional regulation that forms the basis for government policies in the industrial sector. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive is a method used to explore findings in the field. The results showed that in terms of human resource training there had been various trainings carried out, so the groups of pottery craftsmen already knew more or less about how to make decorative pottery. Judging from the use of technology, the results have not been maximized in carrying out the production process from changing traditional technology to new technology due to the habits of the pottery craftsman group who have been producing pottery in the traditional way. In terms of capital, there has been assistance from the Tidore Islands City Government for the pottery craftsman group in Maregam Village in stages, both in the form of capital loans and goods, and marketing access has not been maximized because marketing is only limited to the North Maluku area. It can be said that the authorities still have a fairly low concern for the pottery craftsmen in Mare Gam Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism development on Maitara Island is based on several approaches, including increasing competitiveness, community involvement, environmental conservation, and improving the local economy. All of this is an effort to develop tourism to be able to increase the income of the surrounding community and at the same time increase regional income from the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the number of tourists visiting Maitara Island amid the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it is hoped that it will be useful for the local government to maintain and even further improve services in the tourism sector. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to explore findings in the field. The results showed that when the Covid-19 epidemic occurred in 2020 the number of tourists visiting the Maitara Island tourist attraction increased from the previous year, where in the previous year or 2019 when there was no Covid-19 epidemic the number of tourists was only 2,104 whereas when the covid-19 epidemic occurred 19 there was an increase in the number of tourists to 5,600. This increase in the number of tourists is dominated by local tourists, this is influenced by the strict enforcement implemented by the government not to travel outside the area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the policy of the Tenate City Social Service regarding the Implementation of SocialServices for Orphans. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of thestudy showed that there were 244 orphans, orphans and orphans in Ternate City with details of 123 orphans, 35orphans and 86 orphans. Of all the orphans, orphans and orphans, they have received social services from the TernateCity Social Service in the form of a tiered formal education assistance program starting from elementary, junior high,up to high school, then social services in the form of assistance to the individual child's social life and orphanslivelihoods, orphans and orphans so that they feel protected in terms of safety, security, order and inner and outerpeace, as well as self-confidence. Meanwhile, in terms of entrepreneurship, it is a facility that supports orphans,orphans and orphans through training programs as well as entrepreneurial practices which are expected to be able tocreate a generation of people who are independent in facing the increasingly competitive world of entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[The simplest evaluation when it can gather information about the circumstances before and after the KUBE program is implemented. Ternate City itself received an allocation of 50 Joint Business Groups (KUBE) with a ratio of 5 companions where one companion has the task and responsibility of accompanying 10 groups because for 1 group there are 10 beneficiaries with details of assistance of 20 million for each group, it is necessary to evaluate the program assistance so that it can see the shortcomings to be corrected. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative is a method used to explore findings in the field. The results showed that one government program that requires community participation is the Joint Business Group (KUBE) program for the poor to increase Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP), especially in increasing income, providing some of the needs that are needed, creating harmony in social relations between citizens, and as a forum for sharing experiences between members. Forthis reason, the companion is very important in providing knowledge, skills and experience to the fostered KUBE group. In practice, KUBE companions will provide an understanding to each member of KUBE social assistance recipients that there must be a sense of belonging to run a joint business so that they are independent of the business they are running because through this program they can be helped to start a business as a first step to achieve social welfare and economic improvement in a better direction.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemberdayaan masyarakat telah menampakkan dirinya sebagai pendekatan yang banyak di anut dan mewarnai banyak kebijakan pembangunan masyarakat, juga merupakan sarana untuk merubah kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat melalui potensi yang ada di masyarakat namun kurang mendapat perhatian atau dukungan dari pemerintah. Hal ini di rasakan oleh masyarakat di kelurahan Tafure, Kecamatan Ternate Utara melalui Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Parada Collection dalam mengelolah sampah organik maupun non-organik untuk di daur menjadi suatu kerajinan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi namun belum di kembangkan secara maksimal padahal potensi ini bisa menjadi pemasukan untuk menambah pendapatan masyarakat setempat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka, maka dari itu dengan adanya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Terbuka hadir untuk memberdayakan potensi yang telah ada menjadi lebih optimal. Masalah yang di hadapi pegrajin asesoris berbahan sampah organik dan non-organik di Kelurahan Tafure begitu kompleks, diantaranya dibatasi modal usaha, kurangnya tenaga trampil yang bisa membuat berbagai jenis kerajinan, dan juga terbatasnya peralatan pembuatan kerajinan, pemasaran hasil kerajinan, serta minimnya sentuhan yang datang dari luar baik dari pemerintah maupuan pihak lainnya. Adapun maksud dari rencana pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat iyalah untuk membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat kurang mampu yang memiliki keterampilan dan keinginan mendapatkan penghasilan dan cakupannya adalah memperbaiki ekonomi keluarga secara mandiri seperti mereka yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Parada Collection.]]>
