Abstract

The low performance of teachers will impact the quality of student graduation, which in turn will also affect the achievement of educational goals. The quality in the learning process can be grouped into the quality of the input, the quality of the process and the quality of the learning output. The purpose of this study was to see planning teacher performance appraisals, strategies for implementing teacher performance appraisals, and supervision of teacher performance appraisal. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The subjects of this study are school principals, supervisors, and teachers at a Madrasah in Banda Aceh. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed: (1) teacher performance was carried out by the authorities stipulated by the government, based on the stated performance appraisal, had been running according to four teacher competency standards including; pedagogical competence, social competence, personal competence, and professional competence (2) the strategy for implementing teacher performance assessments can be seen from the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process, namely: preparing learning plans, managing the class, using media or learning resources, understanding educational foundations, implementing BK program, carry out learning evaluation, (3) the purpose of supervising teacher performance by supervisors consists of principals and supervisors to determine the professional level of teachers in work and determine the teacher's availability of instruments. This supervision will improve the quality of education so that teachers will not underestimate the learning process.

Abstract

Sexually transmitted diseases is growing very rapidly-related changes insexual behavior and the proliferation of high-risk behavior groups, such ascommercial sex workers. Based visit STI clinics at the health center II Baturadenmostly suffered is cervicitis, vaginal bacteria, and candidiasis and interview somecommercial sex workers the majority only knows how limiting transmission of STDs.To determine the level of knowledge by age, education level, length of time becomeprostitutes. This research method is quantitative descriptive cross-sectionalapproach, using primary data drawn from the health center II Baturaden andLocalization Gang Sadar. Data collection was done on 27 to 30 June 2012. Analysisof univariate and bivariate analysis with data analysis Chi Square. Number ofsamples 45 respondents. Knowledge of commercial sex workers against transmission of sexuallytransmitted diseases is quite good as much as 44% (N = 20), and unfavorable15.60% (N = 7). Based on the knowledge age is quite good at the age of 20-25 years22.2% (N = 10), and less good at age <20 years of 4.4% (N = 2). Based oneducational level of knowledge is quite good at SMP 20% (N = 9), SMA 20% (N = 9)and lack of knowledge of both SD 6.7% (N = 3). Based on the length becomeprostitutes knowledge of good and pretty well owned the PSK 1-3 years 22.2% (N =10), and less well on the respondent <1 year 11.1% (N = 5). The age and educationlevel affect the level of knowledge of commercial sex workers against transmission ofsexually transmitted diseases in the health centers ii Baturaden Banyumas regency in2012. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran kebutuhan e-learning mata pelajaran fisika di SMAN 1 Indralaya Selatan. Metode penelitain yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitiam siswa SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan yang berjumlah 91 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dalam bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memerlukan elearning yang yang tidak hanya berisi teks dan gambar namun lebih banyak konten video, kegiatan interaktif dan  materi fisika yang dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how the learning objectives of students in the MTS project of the Ministry of Religion Medan, (2) how the efforts to achieve student learning objectives in the MTS project of the Ministry of Religion of Medan, (3) how the cooperation of principals and teachers in efforts to achieve student learning goals at MTS the field office of the ministry of religion project, (4) what are the obstacles faced in achieving the learning objectives in the MTS project of the field office of the ministry of religion. This study uses qualitative. I chose this qualitative approach to gain insight into the achievement of student learning goals through the collaboration of principals in the MTS project, Ministry of Religion, Medan. Data collection techniques in this study, using a list of interviews, documentation, and observation. The subjects in this study were the principal, vice-principal, and teaching staff. The results of the study indicate that learning in the MTS project of the Medan Ministry of Religion has not been well established because there is still a lack of communication between principals and teachers, which is a very necessary role for students. The main factor for good communication is the lack of input from the principal for teachers about the effectiveness of teaching and learning in the classroom. So from this problem, the researcher can conclude that the scope of the teacher who is less involved is very influential on the students in motivating to learn.

Abstract

This study aimed to solve and describe the use of the letters, the use of punctuation, spelling, and usage sentences in a paragraph description of the class VII SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Maringgai. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitativeto learn how to study text. The results showed the use of the letters in the form of capital letters are 253 data. The use of punctuation such as commas are 90 data and colons which is 5 Data used in the word. Among other things, for example; the use of sign writing words such as prepositions, there are 104 users data such as the use of words di and ke. As well as the use of the word di and ke, there were 19 form of words in Jalan Soekarno Hatta and to markets. The use of sentences such as the integrity of the data, there are 12 datas, there are six alignment of datas, and there are 39 datas focused.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemakaian huruf, pemakaian tanda baca, penulisan kata, dan penggunaan kalimat dalam paragraf deskripsi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Maringgai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara studi teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan huruf berupa pemakaian huruf kapital terdapat 253 data. Pemakaian tanda baca berupa tanda koma terdapat 90 data dan tanda titik dua terdapat 5 data berupa pemakaian kata yaitu, di antaranya, contohnya; penulisan kata berupa pemakaian tanda pemakaian kata depan terdapat 104 data berupa pemakaian kata di sana, di sini, dan di situ serta penggunaan kata di dan ke terdapat 13 data berupa kata di Jalan Soekarno Hatta dan ke pasar; penggunaan kalimat berupa keutuhan terdapat 19 data, kesejajaran terdapat 12 data, dan kefokusan terdapat 39 data.Kata kunci: bahasa, deskripsi, implikasi

Abstract

This research aimed to explain the factor and forms ofcode mixingandcode switchingatDepartment of Language Education and Indonesian art and the implication of Indonesian study in SMA. This research used descriptive qualitative design. The data were taken by using listening technique of entangle to speak, free technique of entangle to speak, and tape recorder.The data analysis was using transcribing, choosing, collecting, marking, clasifying, analzying, and presenting the resultsof research.The results showedthatthe caseof codearethe internal code switchingas much as41timesandthe external code switching9 timesandcode mixingwhicharemixedcodewordas much as57 times,the phraseas much as25 times,basteras much as2 times,andclauseas much as16 timesandcan beimpliedtoIndonesian language learninginschoolasteaching materials.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bentuk-bentuk dan faktor penyebab alih kode dan campur kode pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dan implikasinya pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Datadiambil dengan menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap, teknik bebas libat cakap, dan perekaman. Analisis data dengan cara mentranskripsikan, memilih, mengumpulkan, menandai, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, dan menyajikan hasil penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi alih kode yaitu alih kodeinternsebanyak 41 kali dan alih kodeeksternsebanyak 9 kali dan campur kode yaitu campur kode kata sebanyak 57 kali, frasa sebanyak 25 kali, baster sebanyak 2 kali, dan klausa sebanyak 16 kali dan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA.Kata kunci: alih kode, campur kode, pembelajaran bahasa.

Abstract

This paper discusses re-conception of the requirements of polygamy marriage in Indonesia. It is expected to reach a fair for husband, wife, and children as well as to achieve the spirit of marriage goals. Juridical normative research methods are used to see injustice in the requirements of polygamy in UUP No.1 of 1974, namely 3, 4, and 5, and which do not correlate with Article 1 of that law. The research suggests that the understanding the text as well as patriarchal culture are the leading contributors to the injustice and must be resolved, so the dignity of marriages that is beneficial by protecting the parties without discrimination and humanity can be realized.

Abstract

Sayuran kailan memiliki banyak manfaat, tetapi produksinya masih rendah sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dilakukan penanaman di dalam polybag dengan penambahan trichokompos TKKS dan pupuk nitrogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trichokompos TKKS dengan pupuk nitrogen dan mendapatkan kombinasi terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan sampai penanaman kedua. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau dari Januari hingga Maret 2019 secara eksperimen dalam bentuk faktorial 4 x 3 disusun menurut Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor pertama yaitu dosis trichokompos TKKS (75, 150, 225 dan 300 g per tanaman). Faktor kedua yaitu dosis pupuk nitrogen (0, 1,5 dan 2,2 g per tanaman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi pemberian trichokompos TKKS dengan pupuk nitrogen berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter. Faktor trichokompos TKKS pada penanaman pertama berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat segar tanaman layak konsumsi dan volume akar. Faktor pupuk nitrogen pada penanaman pertama berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, berat segar tanaman dan volume akar. Pemberian trichokompos TKKS 150 g dengan pupuk nitrogen 2,2 g per tanaman dapat memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan. Kata Kunci:   Kailan, pertumbuhan, hasil, trichokompos TKKS, pupuk nitrogen

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rice straw compost and fosfor and get the best combination on the growth and yield of corn. This research has been carried out in the Agrotechnology Education Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, located in Rimbo Panjang Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The study was conducted for 5 months starting from February 2018 until June 2018. The research was conducted experimentally in the form of factorial 3 x 4 using a Randomized Block Design (RBD). Factor 1 of rice straw compost consists of 3 levels (5, 10,15 tons.ha-1) and factor 2 of fosfor fertilizer consists of 4 levels (48, 96, 144,192 kg.ha-1) and 3 replications. Data obtained from the results of the study were statistically analyzed using variance to determine the effect of treatment, and the results of variance were continued with Duncan New Multiple Range Test at 5% level to determine differences between treatments. The results showed that the dose of rice straw compost and fosfor fertilizer had different effects on plant growth and yield. The application of 10 tons.ha-1 rice straw compost and 144 kg.ha-1 P fertilizer is the bestdose to increase the growth and yield of corn. Keywords : rice straw compost, fosfor, corn plants.

Abstract

Adequate supply of nutrient by fertilizer are generally believed to improve soybean yield especially when it is grown in suboptimal soil condition.  In this study we grew a soybean variety and fertized them with N and K fertilizer to determine the response of the variety to the time of N application and the rate of K fertilizer. A field experiment was conducted in Agriculture Experiment Station near Pekanbaru by using a randomized completely block design with 3 replications. The rate of potassium fertilizer were 25 kg K2O per ha, 50 kg K2O per ha and 75 kg K2O per ha while the time of N application were 25 kg N per ha at planting date, 25 kg N per ha at 30 days after planting and 25 kg N per ha at planting and add another 25 kg N per ha at 30 days after planting. Seed were planted with a rate of 30 cm by 20 cm in a plot of 3 m length and 2 m wide in 2017.  Parameters observed were plant height, number of main branches, plant growth rate, leaf area index, flowering date, harvest date, number of filled pods per plant, seed weight per plant, seed yield per m2, weight of 100 seeds and harvest index. The results showed that application of N fertilizer affected leaf area index, number of filled pods, seed weight per plant, and grain yield per m2, however, the rate of K fertilizer only affected plant growth rate and leaf area index but did not for others characters. The treatment combinations indicated the significant effect on number of main branches and seed yield per m2, where the application of N 25 kg per ha at planting followed at the same rate at 30 days after planting and adding by 50 kg per ha K2O gave greater number of main baranches and more grain yield per m2. Keywords :  nitrogen aplication, potassium fertilizer, yield components, growth rate
