Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted the dynamics of strategic planning inSTAIN Kendari, which is actually as a guide to manage institutions in theuncertain situation. The research approach is qualitative with descriptivemethod. The research showed that: the formulation of strategic plan in2009-2014 at STAIN Kendari has the weaknesses in concepts andpractices such as: (a) no approaches found in the formulation of thestrategic plan, (b) there is not the identification of strategic issues. So thatthe vision, mission, and goals do not have a strong factual basis; (c) doesnot put forward an explanation of the development of the strategic plan;(d) The process of formulating the strategic plan at STAIN Kendari yetprovide ample scope of participation of stakeholders (stakeholders); (e)The formulation of the strategic plan is not based on the research in theinternal and external environment as well as; (f) The strategic plan hasnot been able to encourage competitive behavior in the community or inthe internal organization; (g) Map activity phases and deliverables isunclear. 2 The direction of STAIN Kendari development leads to 6 goals,61 policies and 103 programs. The findings indicate that 61 policies indirecting the development of STAIN Kendari in 2009-2014 is not found. 3 the evaluation of strategic plan in 2009-2014 shows that the goals that have been formulated yet is unsucced dan show its weaknessconceptually.Key Words: Uncertainty Situation, Higher Education, Strategic PlanningAbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka memahami dinamika perencanaanstrategis di STAIN Kendari yang menjadi pedoman dalam mengelolalembaga dalam iklim yang penuh ketidakpastian. Pendekatan penelitianyang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deksriptif. Temuanpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Perumusan rencana strategis STAINKendari 2009-2014 memiliki kelemahan-kelemahan konseptual danpraktik seperti: (a) tidak ditemukannya pendekatan-pendekatan dalam perumusan rencana strategis, (b) Tidak mencakup identifikasi isu-isustrategis. Sehingga visi, misi, dan tujuan tidak memiliki pijakan faktualyang kuat; (c) tidak dikemukakan penjelasan tentang cakupanpengembangan renstra; (d) Proses perumusan renstra STAIN Kendaribelum memberikan ruang yang luas bagi partisipasi para pemangkukepentingan (stakeholders); (e) Perumusan renstra belum berdasarkanpada hasil kajian terhadap lingkungan eksternal, maupun kajian internalsecara komprehensif; (f) Rencana strategis belum mampu mendorongperilaku kompetitif di masyarakat maupun di internal lembaga; (g) PetaTahapan Kegiatan dan Capaian Tidak Jelas. Arah pengembangan STAINKendari mengarah kepada 6 (enam) tujuan, 61 kebijakan dan 103program. Temuan riset ini menunjukkan 61 kebijakan yang diharapkanlahir dalam mengarahkan pengembangan STAIN Kendari 2009-2014tidak ditemukan wujudnya. 3. Evaluasi rencana strategis STAIN Kendari2009-2014 menunjukkan bahwa tujuan-tujuan yang telah dirumuskanbelum menunjukkan bentuknya dan menunjukkan kelemahan secarakonseptual.Kata Kunci:  Iklim Ketidakpastian, Pendidikan Tinggi, Perencanaan Strategik

Abstract

This study aims to examine the tradition of volunteerism in Pondok Modern Gontor 7 Putera Southeast Sulawesi, which includes basic values developed in building the tradition of volunteerism and Pondok Modern Gontor 7 Putera efforts to encourage his citizens to produce the best performance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, display, and verification. Data validity is tested through member check, triangulation, extended observation, and increased perseverance. The results of this study indicate that voluntary behavior is an application of the values of the five souls which are sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, freedom, which is the basis in carrying out self-service and self-giving attitude. In improving performance, leaders motivate implementing the concept of five souls as the main reference in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, including in the application of management functions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai moral agama Islam pada anak studi keluarga buruh tani di desa padangguni kecamatan padangguni. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Cara komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh keluarga buruh tani kepada anak untuk meciptakan keakraban dengan meluangkan waktu untuk anak, mendengarkan cerita anak dan berusaha menjadi teman cerita yang menyenangkan. 2) Cara pengawasan yang dilakukan keluarga buruh tani yaitu pengawasan dalam rumah dan pengawasan di sekolah. 3) Dalam menanamkan nilai moral agama islam orang tua buruh tani menggunakan tiga metode yaitu metode teladan, metode memberitahu dan metode larangan.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of learning discipline on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This type of research is quantitative with correlational techniques, data collected through questionnaires to 33 samples from class IV to class VI. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) Student learning discipline in Islamic Religious Education subjects was included in the good category, obtaining 36.37%. This value exceeds the moderate category which gets 33.33%, while the very good category gets 30.30%. However, for the category of less or less, it does not show the value or frequency. 2) Student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects is included in the high category with a percentage reaching 78.8%, while other categories such as the high category reaching 21.2% and the medium, low and very low categories do not indicate any value or frequency. 3) There is a significant influence between learning discipline and student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects, this is evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable i.e. 1.138 < 1.69236. The contribution of student learning discipline only affects as much as 43%, while the remaining 57% comes from other factors not disclosed in this study.Keywords: Learning Discipline, Learning Achievement, Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kualitas layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Lemo Bajo. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan pertama, untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan administrasi akademik. Kedua, untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta didik. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Lemo Bajo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian survei yang menggunakan metode pendekatan korelasional. Adapun jumlah populasi yaitu 120 siswa Madrasah Aliyah DDI Lemo Bajo dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik startified random sampling sebanyak 55 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Adapun teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk mengolah hasil, yakni analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Vers.28 Tahun 2021. Selanjunya berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan administrasi akademik (X) terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (Y).

Abstract

This article analyses the effect of Belief, Spirituality, and Interpersonal Communication on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The research was conducted on seventy-two certified lecturers using path analysis. The results of the study show that there are direct and indirect effects of; 1) trust on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers, 2) spirituality on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers, 3) interpersonal communication on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers; 4) belief in spirituality; 5) trust in interpersonal communication; 6) trust in organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers through spirituality; 7) trust in organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers through interpersonal communication. The results of this study confirm that high levels of trust, spirituality, and interpersonal communication influence any change in the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers. Therefore, these three variables must be considered in creating and improving the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers.
