Abstract

Di era smart manufacturing menuntut perusahaan menerapkan teknologi big data dan artificial intelligence (kecerdasan buatan) untuk diterapkan di sistem manufaktur. Seiring berjalannya proses manufaktur maka data yang dihasilkan akan semakin besar maka diperluhkan analisis data agar data dapat dibaca sebagai statistik. Machine learning sebagai bagian dari artificial intelligence sangat diperluhkan untuk memberikan analisis, rekomendasi dan prediksi. Penerapan teknologi ini tidak hanya dibutuhkan untuk perusahaan besar namun juga perlu diterapkan di sektor UMKM termasuk di UMKM yang bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang smart manufacturing management system menerapkan big data dengan platform mongoDB dan Machine Learning dengan pemrograman python. Library yang diperluhkan numpy, pandas, scikit-learn dan matplotlib. Algoritma yang digunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Deployment menggunakan framework Django.

Abstract

Conventional doors usually consist of a key housing and a key saddle to open it. In the current pandemic situation that has arisen due to COVID-19, so every human being is required to take precautions such as wearing a mask, keeping a distance, washing hands, not touching anything if not unnecessary. Research Methods Literature Study, Collection of supporting materials and tools, Program Design and Realization, Testing and Analysis of Program results, Making Final Report. The automatic door control system with a body temperature sensor is a prototype made to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by reducing direct physical contact that is spread through droplets attached to conventional doorknobs. Technology can be implemented in crowded areas such as shopping centers, offices, restaurants that are placed in indoor areas or indoor areas that are not exposed to direct sunlight. Abstract

Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta is a private university that has various study programs available. Some of the study programs must report learning preparation reports every semester which must be submitted and validated directly by Deputy Director I as an academic field. At first these activities were carried out manually and not yet computerized so as to facilitate program studies in conducting consultations and Deputy Director I who had a busy schedule but had to validate manually. This system was created with the aim of making it easier for Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta side in collecting file, conducting consultation, signing signatures, and making learning preparation reports. Data collection methods used include the method of literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. This system will use a MySQL database with the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The method used in making this web service is the waterfall method. The result of the webservice learning preparation report is that the webservice system can facilitate both study programs in submitting and conducting consultations and Deputy Director I in conducting validation, consulting, and preparing learning preparation reports. This system will store data from reports that are entered into the webservice database

Abstract

Penggunaan akan listrik itu terkadang kurang diperhatikan oleh pengguna. Banyak peralatan listrik yang menyala terus menerus meskipun sudah tidak digunakan kembali. Oleh karena itu penulis merancang sebuah alat pengontrolan nyala dan mati peralatan listrik dapat yang dapat membatasi akses pengguna ke peralatan listrik dan dapat mengatur waktu matinya peralatan listrik sesuai waktu yang ditentukan. Menggunakan Mikrokontroler Arduino sebagai perangkat utama, menggunakan RFID untuk memberi batasan hak akses, Hasil yang diperoleh dari Smart Electric Controller adalah sebuah alat yang dapat digunakan untuk menyalakan dan mematikan peralatan listrik dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID serta dapat mengatur lamanya waktu untuk menggunakan perangkat elektronik dengan cara memberikan timer off pada perangkat, sehingga perangkat akan mati secara otomatis apabila waktu sudah habis. Alat ini dapat membantu meminimalisir penggunaan listrik pada sebuah ruangan dengan hanya pengguna yang memilki akses yang bisa mengaktifkan alat ini.

Abstract

The implementation of social distancing in an effort to stop the spread of the Corona virus, a number of schools have eliminated teaching and learning activities, so a study from home policy has been issued by utilizing technology through e-learning to zoom. However, in practice, many complaints are experienced by both students and parents. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and get to know about learning media that attracts students' attention by utilizing media in the form of videos with Power Point, OBS, and Google Meet. This training explores the creativity of PAUD teachers because the teacher plays an important role in attracting students. The benefits of this teacher assistance are inviting teachers and parents to motivate students in learning, the results of this activity itself are videos that have been made or compiled by teachers related to the learning themes that have been prepared according to the material and practice presented, 98% of the participants in the activity convey satisfaction in training events and according to current needs

Abstract

Today many people often forget to turn off household appliances such as fans or lights, which results in the flow of electricity from the socket even when not in use, resulting in excessive power consumption. Electricity tariff for the first quarter of 2019: IDR 1,115 / kWh for medium voltage customers. If the lecture room has 4 lamps where each lamp has 23 watts of power, 2 Daikin AC units with 1 PK each, each air conditioner has 840 watts of power. Acer S1213Hn LCD projector has the power: 250 Watt, the total cost of electricity consumption per hour and usage for a month of 26 days for the lecture hall consisting of lamps, air conditioner and LCD projectors is IDR 58,617.78. The research method used is literature study and data collection, technology concept design, development preparation, hardware assembly, Arduino UNO coding, upload coding to hardware, technology testing. To find out the test results whether the technology can work properly, it must be applied directly by connecting the technology that has been created with electricity directly. The way that can be done is to connect the Arduino with mains power using a DC 5 V adapter then connect the relay to a 220 V AC power source and a 220 V halogen lamp. After everything is connected, the lights can be turned on by bringing the registered RFID closer to the RFID Reader, if you want. set how long it takes for the light to turn on can press a button on the IR remote

Abstract

In the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, companies are trying to implement information technology to increase competitive competitiveness. Information technology is implemented within the company to increase productivity and help achieve quality, time standards, and satisfaction for consumers and employees, wherein business this is manifested in a set of systems consisting of information systems and supporting infrastructure. One solution is to implement a system to manage all company resources or what is called an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Implementing an ERP system requires high costs and is highly dependent on the vendor. The purpose of this research is to build an ERP system on an open-source basis so that it can be used by middle to lower enterprises as an alternative to ERP systems to support the company's operations. The ERP system was developed using the waterfall system development method. The result of this research is the development of an ERP system based on open source. The conclusion of this research is that the ERP system can be configured according to the needs of small and medium scale companies. Can record documentation of company operational activities. The centralized database system provides benefits for companies to view data on business operations. Suggestions given for further research are to develop warehouse management and material management modules.

Abstract

Their IT governance in higher education can provide one support to determine the benefits and risks that would be obtained. Audit of information technology governance in Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta conducted to assess, ascertain, find out what the cause and provide recommendations on the application of information technology in polytechnics indonusa Surakarta. To evaluate an information technology must use a tool such as the framework and framework used is COBIT 5, because the problem is also related to the management area contained in the framework.In this research for problem resolution will refer to the Standard Framework COBIT 5 with Of Enterprise IT Management of area and more focused on domain MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess) on the control objective is MEA01 - Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance. Scope of IT governance is SIAKAD (Sistem Informasi Akademik), SIMANTA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Tugas Akhir).The study provides, among others, the level of ability (Capability Level) the application of information technology today, obstacles in the implementation of IT, as well as provide recommendations can be given with regard to the use of IT.

Abstract

Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta telah mengimplementasikan TI pada SIM Penjaminan Mutu. SIM Penjaminan Mutu bisa membantu dalam proses membantu memberikan penilaian terhadap borang akreditasi program studi maupun borang akreditasi perguruan tinggi. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan penilaian terhadap tingkat kemampuan dalam penerapan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey research, pengumpulan data berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder. Framewok yang digunakan adalah COBIT 5 pada domain MEA01.01 Establish a monitoring approach, MEA01.02 Set performance and coformance targets, MEA01.03 Collect and process performance and conformance data. Hasil pengolahan data dari responden menunjukan proses MEA01.01, MEA01.02 dan MEA01.03 dengan nilai rata-rata 2.55,tingkat kematangan pada proses MEA01.01 berada pada level 2 dengan nilai 2.40, tingkat kematangan pada proses MEA01.02 berada pada level 3 dengan nilai 2.74, tingkat kematangan pada proses MEA01.01 berada pada level 3 dengan nilai 2.51.

Abstract

Energy consumption apart from the use of low-power consumption devices, it is also necessary to use energy-saving behavior that supports sustainable energy. Unwise use of electricity will of course have an impact on the high use of electricity, this also affects the depletion of electrical energy supplies because the need for electrical energy is greater than the supply of electrical energy, for that it is hoped that every community understands the efforts to use electricity wisely. Problems faced by households in managing the use of electrical energy include: Not using LED lights (Light Emitting Diodes); Using unnecessary electronic equipment; It is not wise to use equipment that requires electrical energy. The purpose of this research, among others, is how to monitor the use of electrical energy in the household by utilizing IoT and connected to the Android application to make monitoring easier. The contribution given by the researcher is how to combine microcontroller hardware, internet and android applications so that they can support the use of smart homes at home. Research Methodology includes data collection, needs analysis, program development, tool design, testing. Conclusions that can be drawn based on research that has been done include: Smart home that has been made can help turn on and turn off electronic equipment at home, Smart home applications that are made can be connected to the internet network, Smart Home applications can be installed on Smartphones with operating systems Android versions Android 7.0 – 7.1 (Nougat), Android 8.0 – 8.1 (Oreo), Android 9 (Pie), Android 10 (Android Q). For the implementation of using the application, the user must prepare the IoT Smarthome Hardware that has been designed and then connected to the internet. If so, household electronic equipment can be accessed via Android Mobile. In working on the Internet of Things Smart Home For Android, the author follows the path of the Research Methodology.
