Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the application of teaching factory learning and Internal Quality Assurance System on motivation of quality culture. This was a quantitative research which is analyzed using multiple regression. The sample used in this study were 79 teachers who were taken by purposive sampling. The instrument used to obtain data using a questionnaire. The results showed that the regression line equation  with the significance test of the F test= 60.414 with a significance level of 0.00, meaning that the equation is able to predict changes in the culture of teacher quality caused by changes in variants of teaching factory and Internal Quality Assurance System. The effect of teaching factory and Internal Quality Assurance System on motivation of quality culture stated the value of R2 is 0.530. In this regard, it can be concluded that there is an influence between teaching factory and Internal Quality Assurance System on motivation of quality culture.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai satuan pendidikan memiliki struktur organisasi yang mempunyai fungsi dan peran masing-masing dalam menjalankan sistem pendidikan. Salah satu lembaga mandiri sekolah yang bekerjasama dengan baik dengan orang tua siswa (masyarakat) bernama komite sekolah. Salah satu perannya adalah mewujudkan sekolah yang berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komite sekolah dan paguyuban orang tua siswa terhadap prestasi sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, guru dan wali siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Karangsambung, sedangkan sampel penelitian terdiri dari: 26 kepala sekolah, 26 guru, 13 komite sekolah, dan 13 wali siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson product moment serta analisis regresi ganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan: (1) peran komite sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi sekolah dasar, (2) paguyuban orang tua siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi sekolah dasar, dan (3) peran komite sekolah dan paguyuban orang tua siswa secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi sekolah dasar. Maka dari itu, untuk menciptakan peran komite sekolah yang maksimal dalam pencapaian prestasi sekolah, diharapkan adanya partisipasi dari berbagai pihak sebagai upaya mengintegrasikan peran melalui komite sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 QMS, analyze the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 QMS implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan Yogyakarta. This type of research is a qualitative research using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The population in this study were principals, teachers, and administration. The evaluation used uses the evaluation of the stake model. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan is categorized as good once or running effectively. The supporting factors include teachers who have S1 and have received educator certificates, solid management, adequate infrastructure, large number of students and have many achievements, transparently managed finances, the existence of ISO 9001:2008 QMS guidelines, the desire of the parties involved. schools to improve service quality. Inhibiting factors include government policies that change frequently so that they affect the implementation of school curricula, there are still many students whose tuition payments are in arrears even until graduation, and there are still teachers who do not understand the ISO 9001:2008 QMS; Efforts made include socializing ISO to all school residents, making continuous improvements by always conducting periodic evaluations, the ISO team always trying to provide input to school management, optimizing the implementation of the Quality Management System with hard work, working smart and sincerely, improving and complete all deficiencies in the infrastructure data base, and increase cohesiveness among all school members. Abstract

The purpose of this research are (1) to analyze effectiveness of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS) in Semesta Middle School; (2) to analyze the resisting factors of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS); (3) to analyze the supporting factors of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS); (4) to analyze the success Edunav SIS’s implementation. The research was conducted at Semesta Junior High School located to evaluate effectiveness of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS). The population in this study were principal, administration, students, teachers, and parents and students. This paper uses evaluative research using CIPP model. The mixed approach is used in this research. Quantitative descriptive approach using a quantitative descriptive questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of Edunav’s SIS implementation. The findings indicate that (1) The result of the assessment of the contex, input, process and product with the CIPP model show that the implementation of SIS Edunav is very good for all indicators. (2) Resisting factors, namely the lack of participation of parents and socialization is not optimal. (3) The implementation of SIS Edunav has many supporting factors such as foundation support, human resources capabilities and easy of access. (4) In general, management system of school information in Semesta Middle School well.
