Abstract

                                                           AbstractThe Purpose of the research is to get information about ?Pembiasaan membaca hadis dan artinya dalam pengembangan nilai agama islam pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Al-Kautsar Pontianak?. Here, I used Descriptive Research Method with qualitative approach. The Media used by teacher is visual media that shaped illustrated story books, picture, and sometimes using video. The steps carried out by the teacher is with greetings, pray, and start question and answer. After that, the teachers prepare the book or materials for students reading hadith then students are invited to read the hadith together and that has been memorized at the point to become a leader in the group. Repeated alternately so that everything became familiar with the hadith that teach. The constraints of the students is some students won?t issue the voice so the teacher is difficult to know whether the students are already memorized or just don?t want to take their voice. The efforts made in habitual reading and the meaning of the hadith in the development of the value of Islam is the teacher invites other students to participate in the invited students who do not make a sound for reading hadith taught by the teacher.Keywords: Habituation, Hadis, The Development of Islamic Religious Values

Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this research is to reveal Management of Educational Facilities Infrastructure to Improvement Educational Quality of SMK Negeri 1 Sintang. The research method used qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collected by in-depth interviews, participant observation,  documentation and analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification. Testing of data reliability is done by extending the observation period, and triangulation. The results of the study concluded : (1) planning of the facilities and infrastructure programs had been made by the student section to develop the facilities in the activities at the school. (2) The use of facilities and infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the learning needs of each teacher and arranged and monitored in an orderly manner, (3) Monitoring of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out directly by the principal, (4) Reporting has been carried out periodically by the student head school, (5) Obstacles faced in facilities and infrastructure are financing for procurement and maintenance. Based on the results of the study it is suggested the following matters: (1) The principal is expected to optimize the supervision of all planned activities so that the objectives that have been determined can be achieved. (2) It is necessary to involve the community in providing financing and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. (3) Teachers, administration is expected to be involved in the management of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Educational quality, Facilities, infrastructure, Managing educational.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the influence of principal leadership styles though achievement motivation teacher in private elementary school sub district South Pontianak; This research was using the research quantitative with descriptive with descriptive analysis. Subject of the research were teachers at private Elementary School Sub District South Pontianak by the number are 72 teachers. Measuring instrument used in data the principal Leadership style questionnaire, discipline teacher job questionnaire, and achievement motivation teacher questionnaire was Likert’s Scale. For testing the hypothesis in this thesis used to technique of correlation and analyzed by regression technique. The results from correlation analyzed and regression technique found that: (1) there was an influence from principal leadership style though achievement motivation teacher with value 54,4 % (2) there was an influence discipline teacher job though achievement motivation  teacher with value 24,3 % (3) there was an influence from the principal leadership style and discipline teacher  job though achievement motivation teacher with value 26,6%.  Keywords: Achievement Motivation  Teacher, Discipline Teacher Job, Principal                  Leadership Style

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the style of principals who gave punismen to honorary teachers, as well as transfer fees and barriers to principals in 1 Anjongan Public High School, Mempawah District. describe (1) the leadership style used by the principal in giving rewords to honorary teachers at SMA 1 Anjongan, Mempawah Regency; (2) the leadership style of the school principal in giving punismen to honorary teachers in SMA 1 Anjongan in Mempawah Regency; (3) the leadership style of principals in mobilizing honorary teachers at SMA 1 Anjongan in Mempawah Regency; (4) factors that hinder the leadership style of principals in SMA Negeri 1 Anjongan, Mempawah District. With a qualitative approach and a type of case study research, this thesis is structured using direct observation, direct communication (interviews), documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and verification and conclusion. The purpose of this study was to find out the style of the principal giving reword and punismen to honorary teachers, as well as moving honorariums and barriers to principals in 1 Public High School Anjongan, Mempawah Regency. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to knowing how to implementation of dhuha prayer for develop religious character in children aged 5-6 years old in TK Mujahidin 1 Pontianak Selatan. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative research. The data source of this research is 1 teacher and 16 children from group B6th in TK Mujahidin 1 Pontianak Selatan. Technique this research is observation with observation sheet, interview technique directly with the interview form tool and with documentary. Analysis of the data of this research is data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion the documentation tool. Based on the results of research that has been done and through the results obtained from data analysis, generally conclusions can be drawn namely at the implementation of the practice of dhuha prayer in the presence of dhuha prayer ie reading intention to pray dhuha is done with guidance by the class teacher with the method habituation by repeating the intention of daily prayers together. Then, following the prayer movement is carried out with the guidance of the teacher who is the imam, The teacher uses the exemplary method to set an example for children by participating and the dhuha prayer in congregation. Next, recite the prayer after the dhuha prayer is led by teachers who are followed by students together after the dhuha prayer with daily habituation methods that are carried out together.Key words: Religious Character, Dhuha Prayer

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is 1) Educational development planning Life skills 2) Steps in  lifeskills   education   service  3) Evaluation  of  life  skills  education  services  4)  Supporting,  matters   in  the  implementation  of  life  skills  education  services 5) Efforts  to  overcome  obstacles  in  implementing  life  skills  education  services. This research uses a qualitativeapproach, carried out in SLB-C Dharma Asih Pontianak  with  the subject of the Principal, the informants are curriculum waka, teachers and students. The study was conducted  from January  to  March   2019.  Data   sources  used   were   documentation,   observation   and interviews.  The  data  validity  technique  uses  triangulation  techniques,  namely:  source triangulation,  method  triangulation,  investigator  triangulation, and theory triangulation. The  collection  technique  uses  primary  and  secondary data. The results of the study are:1) Management  of  developing  life skills  education  for life skills for children with special needs  with  mental  retardation  in  Dharama Asih Pontianak SLB-C. namely managementConducted  in  SLB  has  been  carried  out,  from planning, implementation, supervision to evaluation  Skill  teachers  have the responsibility of each, towards their students, but thereare some things that are lacking in delivery so that education is confused about the existing planning,  because  it  directly  submits  to  the respective  skill  units.  Its  development and preparation  are  carried  out  in  accordance  with  teaching  and learning activities left to educators  and  teacher  skills.  In  the  implementation is less than the maximum due to the factor of children not going to school, as well as supervision and evaluation of the skills  of each  teacher  each  unit  is  less  effective  2) Obstacles  in  the implementation of life skills education  services  for children with special needs with mental retardation in SLB namely: lack  of  coordination with teachers in the field of study about the expected plan, the factors of  students  who are easily tired, tired, easily offended so they do not want to participate in teaching  and  learning  activities  3) solutions  to  learning  methods  vary in providing life skills  education  services  for  children  with  special  needs  with basic skills in the field of entrepreneurship, for example: making eggs salted from the manufacturing  process  to  themarketing  of  students  trained  and fostered, by classroom teachers and skill teachers who have junior-high and LB-high  education,  the  level  of disability is mild retardation that is able  to    educate   and   be  able   to   train.   Students  are  fostered,  trained  with  smooth communication  and  given rewards to students, so that the learning process is comfortable and enjoyable. Keywords: Management, Life Skills, Children With Special Needs

Abstract

AbstractTo make a quality school requires a process by providing a best service and quality to customers. provision  of service at  school depend on the ability of a leader who called Principal. The principal has a very important role in influencing his subordinates to be able to work together on achieving the goal that has been settled. Provision   of quality service  at school is very coveted by all citizens of the school and community. Provision of service  at school is one  of form  of the needs of citizens  at school and surrounding communities  in increasing the needs of school facilities and infrastructure. The  factors that can affect the quality of school services in an effort to make a quality school in this research, that is principal leadership and teacher motivation. The  aim of this research to determine the influence of principal’s leadership and teacher’s motivation toward  the quality of State Vocational High School service in Subrayon 1 Sambas Regency.This research suggest 1) to give maximum result in quality school management by giving service to customer, 2) to crate qualified graduates, in teaching and learning process at school, the teacher should give the best service and learning motivation to the  students. 3) principals, teachers and staffs that exist in the school environment provide treatment in serving students, parents and community that priority to customer service satisfaction in the form of prime service. 4) in this research has explained that the quality of service provided by the principal to customers and  teachers motivation to the students in learning will be affect to the quality of the school.      Keywords : Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Motivation, quality

Abstract

Abstract : Basicly from observation in SDN III Singkawang Selatan, Study motivation and result of study students in science Organisme still under. Research look for solution from problem studying. Research to try use Talking Stick to increase motivation study from students perhab to enjoy and suitable of feature in elementary school. Generally to aim research is explain apply learning Talking Stick model in organisme feature to increase study motivation in science at class III SDN 3 Singkawang Selatan.Research methode use descriptive methode with classroom action Reseach.Data collection techniques used are direct observation and interview techniques, data collection tools that earch study observation sheets and teacher observation sheet. Reseach prosedur about planing, doing observation and reflection. Result of research that use Talking Stick model, enaugh effective to increase students motivation to study science class III. Grade motivation study in class III SDN 3 Singkawang Selatan pre-cycle, grade motivation 39,29 % at doing first cycle grade motivation 75 % and doing the second cycle grade motivation is 100 %. Result change is significant with everage KKM 60. Motivation increase impact in result study is from applycation in cycle I from 28 student and 21 students (75%), Students canS only 11 or 39,29 % to value ? 60, than 17 students or 60,71 % student not yet graduate in study. Implication in the first cycle from 28 students there is 21 students or 75 % everage value class 65,54?KKM 60. Than implication second cycle, Students achieve everage value class 76,25?KKM 60.In cycle secound, all students did get grade everage class 76,25 ? kkm 60. Apply learning Talking Stick model in organisme feature can increase study motivation in science at class III SDN 3 Singkawang Selatan. Abstrak : Berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan yaitu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Singkawang Selatan . Motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa - siswi pada pelajaran IPA masih rendah.Dari hal tersebut peneliti mencari pemecahan masalah.Peneliti mencoba menggunakan Pembelajaran Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa - siswi agar lebih menyenangkan dan sesuai karakteristik siswa - siswi sekolah dasar.Secara umum tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kejelasan penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick pada materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidup untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas III SDN 3 Singkawang Selatan.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung dan teknik komunikasi, dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar obesrvasi siswa siswi dan lembar obsevasi guru. Prosedur penelitian mencakup: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi atau pengamatan dan reflkesi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Penggunaan model pembelajaran talking stick, cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa siswi di kelas III. Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa - siswi kelas III SDN 3 Singkawang Selatan pembelajaran pra siklus, tingkat motivasi sebesar 39,29%, pada pelaksanaan siklus I tingkat motivasi sebesar 75% dan pada pelaksanaan siklus II tingkat motivasi siswa - siswi sebesar 100%. Hal ini bermuara pada perubahan yang signifikan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa - siswi telah mencapai KKM 60. Peningkatan motivasi berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu dari 28 siswa - siswi, hanya 11 orang atau 39,29 % siswa - siswi yang memperoleh nilai ? 60. Sedangkan 17 orang atau 60,71 % siswa - siswi belum memperoleh nilai ketuntasan belajar. Pada siklus pelaksanaan siklus I dari 28 orang siswa - siswi sebanyak 21 orang siswa - siswi atau 75 % siswa - siswi berhasil memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 65,54 ? KKM 60. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II, semua siswa - siswi telah mencapai ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 76,25 ? KKM 60. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Penerapan Pembelajaran Talking Stick dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa - siswi di kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Singkawang Selatan. Abstract

Abstrak: From the research results can be generally concluded that the application of RPP by using the Image Series on the learning construct coherent sentences in paragraphs Fourth grade students SDS Good Shepherd 2 East Pontianak increased improvement was evident in the first cycle of 46.33% in the second cycle increased 66.7% . (2) The implementation of learning by using the Picture Series in formulating coherent sentences in paragraphs Fourth grade students SDS Good Shepherd 2 East Pontianak in accordance with a prepared lesson plan. (3) Physical activity learning Indonesian with media Image Series in formulating coherent sentences in paragraphs Fourth grade students SDS Good Shepherd 2 Pontianak East in the first cycle of 40% less active second cycle increased to 76% is quite active and 24% are very active. (4) Mental Activity Indonesian learning by using the Picture Series in formulating coherent sentences in paragraphs Fourth grade students SDS Good Shepherd 2 Pontianak East in the first cycle of 40% less active second cycle increased to 36% is quite active and 64% are very active. (5) Activities emotional learning Indonesian with media Image Series in formulating coherent sentences in paragraphs Fourth grade students SDS Good Shepherd 2 Pontianak East in the first cycle of 40% less active second cycle increased to 76% is quite active and 24% are very active. Dari hasil penelitian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan RPP dengan menggunakan media Gambar Seri pada pembelajaran menyusun kalimat dalam paragraf padu siswa kelas IV SDS Gembala Baik 2 Pontianak Tenggara terjadi peningkatan perbaikan terbukti pada siklus I 46,33% pada siklus II meningkat 66,7%. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Gambar Seri dalam menyusun kalimat dalam paragraf padu siswa kelas IV SDS Gembala Baik 2 Pontianak Tenggara sesuai dengan RPP yang telah disiapkan. (3) Aktivitas fisik pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan media Gambar Seri dalam menyusun kalimat dalam paragraf padu siswa kelas IV SDS Gembala Baik 2 Pontianak Tenggara pada siklus I 40% kurang aktif siklus II meningkat menjadi 76 % cukup aktif dan 24 %sangat aktif. (4) Aktivitas Mental pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan media Gambar Seri dalam menyusun kalimat dalam paragraf padu siswa kelas IV SDS Gembala Baik 2 Pontianak Tenggara pada siklus I 40% kurang aktif siklus II meningkat menjadi 36 % cukup aktif dan 64 %sangat aktif. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang ada tidaknya Peningkatan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Siswa-Siswi Melalui Media Gambar Pahlawan di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Pontianak Utara. terkait denganpeningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa tentang pahlawan melalui media gambar di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Pontianak Utara. Untuk mengetahui masalah di atas, peneliti bersama teman sejawat menggunakan media gambar pahlawan dalam proses pembelajar IPS. Alasan menggunakan media gambar pahlawan-pahlawan Bangsa adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Pontianak Utara.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus, dengan satu kali pertemuan setiap siklusnya. Setiap pertemuan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa tentang pahlawan di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01Pontianak Utara,secara khusus bahwa media gambar dapat meningkatan aktivitas visual, aktivitas motorik dan aktivitas emosional tentang materi pahlawan. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Pembelajaran IPS dan Media Gambar Pahlawan. The reason for using the media image of the nation heroes is to improve student learning activities 4 th grade publik elementary schools 01 Pontianak North. This study was conducted as many as 3 cycles with one meeting each cycle. Each meeting includes planning, implementation, observation, reflection.Based on the results of research and discussion, this study concluded that us tool images can enhance students learning activity about heroes in grade 4 elementary schools student state 01 Pontianak North.
