Abstract

AbstractThe focus of this research is the participation of the community and parents in improving the quality of education (TK Idhata 1, Banjar Village, Benua Kayong District, Ketapang Regency) with research questions directed at: How perceptions, planning, implementation, impact, evaluation, obstacles and solutions for community and parent participation in improving the quality of education in kindergarten Idhata 1, Banjar Village, Benua Kayong District, Ketapang Regency. To express these questions researchers used a qualitative research approach to the type of case study research. To explore data and information from informants, researchers used interviews, observations and study documents in the process of collecting research data. The conclusion of the study is that the perception of the community and parents about the quality of education is quite good, so with the planning and implementation of community participation and parents in general have done quite well. The impact that occurs is that the increasing community participation in the quality of education, the evaluation process has been carried out quite well even though found a little obstacle in the parents of new students who still need to be adjusted to the school program. The application in the field is known by the existence of community participation, it has an impact on the quality of education so that the increasing confidence of the community to send their children to school.Keywords: Participation, Education Quality.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to find out how the description and find out how much influence the headmaster's communication and organizing have on the work motivation of teachers in the Public Middle School in the Sandai District of Ketapang Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all public junior high school teachers in Sandai Subdistrict, Ketapang District, which numbered 68 people. Based on the analysis of the data, it was found that: (1) the description of the communication of principals in the Sandai District Middle School in Ketapang District was very good, with the highest number and percentage of respondents from a total of 68 respondents, 26 respondents or 38.23% with a variation of 135- 144, (2) the description of organization in the Sandai District Middle School in Ketapang District is classified as good, with the highest number and percentage of respondents from a total of 68 respondents, 27 respondents or 39.70% with variations in the number of scores 94-100, (3) organizing description in The Sandai District Middle School in Ketapang District is classified as good, with the highest number and percentage of respondents from a total of 68 respondents, 27 respondents or 39.70% with variations in the number of scores 94-100. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the principal's communication has a significant effect on the motivation of working in the Public Middle School teacher in Sandai Subdistrict, Ketapang District, (2) organizing has a significant effect on the work motivation of state junior high school teachers in Sandai District, Ketapang District, Principal communication and organization together have a significant effect on the motivation of working in the State Junior High School teachers in Sandai Sub-District, Ketapang District.Keywords: Communication, Organization, Work Motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal the effect of academic supervision and achievement motivation toward the performance of Junior high school teachers in Pontianak. This research applied qualitative method of analitic description Teachers of stated junior high school teachers which have been teaching more than three years were the population of this research. The total number of the population were 954. Using the table Bartlett, Kotrlik dan Higgins, the reseacher determined 106 teachers as the sample of this research. In order to analyze the data, the researcher used aplication of SPSS 20. The hypothesis were tested using double regretion analysis. The result show that: (1) based on the scale used in this research,academic supervision conducted by the school principal toward their teachers is categorized good (2) achievement motivation of state junior high school teachers was categorized good (3) the performance of state junior high school teachers is very good (4) it is found that there is a positive correlation between academic supervision conducted by school principal toward state junior school teachers performance in Kota Pontianak with the score 24,7%, (5) positive and significant correlation was also found  between the achievement motivation and and the teachers performance with score 65%, (6) positive and signicifant correlation between academic supervision and achievement motivation toward state junior high school in Pontianak, with the score 53,2%. Keywords: Academic supervision, achievement motivation, teachers’ performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Matematika Siswa-siswi Melalui Media Gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa-siswi kelas V c Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Pontianak Kota dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas agar lebih baik sesuai dengan tujuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan model penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Dari hasil analisis observasi didapatkan bahwa kinerja siswa dalam proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan data secara rerata diperoleh hasil awal tindakan/pra tindakan 37,5 %, siklus I 65,63 %, siklus II 88,01 %. Hal ini berarti dengan menggunaan media gambar kertas origami dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V C Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Pontianak Kota pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan materi menentukan luas layang-layang. Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, media gambar kertas origami Abstract: Increasing Students Motivation Mathematic Studying Throrgh Origamy Paper Picture Media in Class V C in Elementary School 24 Pontianak City. This research tittled is to repair and increase students learning activity in learning process in the classroom to be better as the objectives. The methode be used is descriptive methode with the class action research model which content two cycles. From the result abservation analyses is found that students working in learning process increase. Based on the data averagely got the early result or before the action is 37,5 %, the firs cyle is 65,63 %, the second cycle is 88,01 %. Its mean that using origami paper picture can increase students studying motivation class V C elementary school 24 Pontianak City on mathematic lesson in defining the area of kites material. Abstract

 Laboratorium merupakan wadah dalam penunjang kelengkapan akademik dalam nenunjang pembelajaran sains khusus nya IPA, hal ini meliputi mata pelajaran fisika, kimia, biologi. Melihat penting nya hal tersebut dalam hal kwalitas dari pembelajaran tersebut, untuk itu di perlukan pengelolaan yang terstandarisasi baik dari ketersediaan peralatan laboratorium sekolah perlu perhatian khusus.berdasarkan pengamatan penulis  laboratorium  yang belum memenuhi standar baik dari guru maupun tenaga kependidikan yang di tunjuk sebagai pengelola laboratorium .keterkaitan dalam hal ini dianggap perlu dalam hal adanya pelatihan pengelolaan laboratorium tersebut, guna memperoleh keefektifan pengelolaan laboratorium yang menghasilkan keefektifan pembelajaran IPA yang dapat di lihat dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian,pelaksanaan,pengawasan dan evaluasi dari hasil ujian khusus nya bidang studi IPA dan lomba olyviade kreatifitas peserta didik.dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan kualitatif.
