Abstract

The purposes of this research are to identify the potentials of beach tourism, to identify institutional barriers, and to create a model for the development of a beach-based ecotourism area in the Sub-District of Kelumbayan, Tanggamus Regency. The type of this research is exploratory descriptive. This study uses an inductive approach with qualitative analysis methods. The main data sources are the interview results, observations, and other relevant documents. Data validity testing was done by triangulation of the sources. The results of research show that there are at least 7 beach tourism objects in the Sub-District of Kelumbayan that are potential to be developed. The management of tourist attractions are carried out by each goverment at the village level through the tourism awareness group. The tourism areas development has not involved any external stakeholders outside the village yet, such as universities and private sectors. The absence of regulations on the management of ecotourism areas, the lack of budget allocation, the absence of a uniform fee system related to entrance tickets and profit sharing between the village and the manager, and the opportunistic behavior of a small part of the community are institutional obstacles in the development of the Kelumbayan ecotourism area.  Based on the study, the researchers propose that the development of its coastal ecotourism area is sustainable tourism with the penta helix model, which involves local governments, private sectors, academias, local communities, and mass media.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi wisata pantai, mengidentifikasi hambatan kelembagaan, dan membuat sebuah model pengembangan kawasan ekowisata berbasis pantai di Kecamatan Kelumbayan, Kabupaten Tanggamus.  Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan induktif dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dan observasi serta dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang relevan. Pengujian validitas data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat setidaknya 7 objek wisata pantai di Kecamatan Kelumbayan yang potensial untuk dikembangkan. Pengelolaan kawasan wisata dilakukan oleh masing-masing pemerintah desa melalui Kelompok Sadar Wisata.  Pengembangan kawasan wisata belum melibatkan stakeholder di luar desa, seperti perguruan tinggi dan pihak swasta. Belum adanya regulasi tentang pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata,  minimnya alokasi anggaran, tidak adanya sistem biaya yang seragam terkait dengan tiket masuk  dan bagi hasil antara desa dengan pengelola, perilaku oportunis sebagian kecil masyarakat merupakan hambatan kelembagaan dalam pengembagan kawasan ekowisata Kelumbayan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dalam penelitian ini maka pengembangan kawasan ekowisata pantai yang diusulkan adalah pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan model penta helix, yang melibatkan pemerintah daerah, sektor swasta, akademisi, masyarakat setempat, dan media massa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) tipe kepribadian, (2) komitmen, dan (3) kaitan antara tipe kepribadian dan komitmen pengusaha dengan kemajuan usaha tahu tempe di Bandar lampung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang pengusaha tahu tempe dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar pengusaha tahu tempe memiliki tipe kepribadian B (73,3%), dan sebagian besar pengusaha memiliki komitmen yang sedang (40%). (2) Tipe kepribadian dan komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan usaha tahu tempe di Bandar Lampung. Secara keseluruhan besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel ini adalah 54,1%. Sedangkan secara parsial tipe kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan usaha.The aims of this research are to know (1) Type of personality, (2) commitment, and (3) correlation between type of personality and commitment of entrepreneur with business improving in Bandar Lampung. The type of research is descriptive by using survey methodology. The number of sample is 30 entrepreneurs of tahu tempe and data analyzed using multiple regressions.The research result show that (1) Type of personality is B by majority (73,3%), and majority of entrepreneur with medium commitment (40%). (2) Type of personality and commitment influencing to business improving of tahu tempe in Bandar Lampung. Overall, both of variables effected about 54,1%. By partial, type of personality effecting to business improving.

Abstract

Batik is a product that is very popular with people. This industry is developing not only on the island of Java, but also across Indonesia, including Bandar Lampung. There are several batik enterprises that are developing in Bandar Lampung at small and medium scale. This research aims to identify the development potential of the batik industry in Bandar Lampung. The method of investigation used is descriptive and qualitative. Respondents to the research were Siger Roemah Batik and Rahmad Batik Lampung. Data collection techniques involving interviews with owners, employees and consumers, and compliance techniques. Data analysis based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that the batik industry in Bandar Lampung can be expanded. The external potential of the batik industry is fairly significant because it is supported by local government regulations concerning the use of batik clothing in government institutions and schools. The internal potential of the batik industry is in the medium category because there are still several internal problems that must be resolved, including the source of raw materials that must be sent from Java. The batik enterprises that has the first priority to be developed is Rahmad Batik Lampung's because it has great external potential and its internal potential is in the medium category. Meanwhile, Siger Roemah Batik's has external and internal potential which is in the medium category. Keywords: Batik, Development Potential, Internal and external potential.

Abstract

The General Elections Supervisory (BAWASLU) plays a role in supervising the implementation of elections in accordance with the laws and regulations in order to realize people's sovereignty as well as the application of democratic principles or values ​​for the realization of the ideals of a democratic Indonesian society. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which choose the BAWASLU Office of South Lampung Regency as a research location. The focus of the research is the strategy of strengthening human resource capacity by using a strategic management process. The purpose of the research is to find out how the strategy is to increase the human resource capacity of the elections Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency. The results of the study indicate that the strategy carried out by the Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency has been running in accordance with the strategic planning made. Based on the SWOT analysis, which produces quadrant I, which supports an aggressive strategy, it shows that the Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency has great strengths and opportunities in favorable situations so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats around them.

Abstract

Abstract Purchase decisions of consumers shopping at Untung Suropati Traditional Market can be analyzed from the influence of price, service quality and servicecape partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were people who shopped at Untung Suropati Market in Bandar Lampung with a total sample of 100 respondents who were determined by the purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program test tool. Based on the F (simultaneous) test, it shows that the variable price, service quality, and servicescape have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in traditional markets with a coefficient of determination of 52.8% partially shows that the variables of price, service quality and servicescape have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in the traditional market of Untung Suropati Labuhan Dalam.
