Abstract

The meatballs culinary in area Galuh Mas Karawang is a bustling area and is often visited by the public. The research sample consisted of 167 respondents who were only visitors and direct customers in March 2021. The research method was in the form of a questionnaire and analysis using the Markov chain. The results showed that in the 10th period in November 2021, it reached a balance point with the percentage for Baso Ambon, which was 54%, in the second place, Baso Sopo Nyono was 25% and the lowest was for Baso Malang, 21%. The purpose of the study was to determine the magnitude of the consumer opportunities for the three meatballs culinary MSMEs there are Baso Ambon, Baso Malang and Baso Sopo Nyono, and predict the opportunities for their transfer in the coming period to the three meatball dishes.

Abstract

Gudang bahan baku PT. XYZ merupakan gudang yang bertanggung jawab pada proses penyimpanan, dan pengelolaan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan pada perusahaan. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan sukses yang bergerak pada produksi kertas dan tisu. Maka, pada penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan 6S atau 6K yang dilakukan gudang PT. XYZ dan mengetahui proses penataan raw material digudang. Namun dengannya jenis bahan baku yang berbagai macam serta penerapan budaya kerja yang belum optimal yang menyebabkan tidak teraturnya bahan baku. Maka, perlu dilakukan pengaturan penyimpanan bahan baku yang tepat dan evaluasi penerapan budaya kerja yang tepat. Oleh karena itu metode yang tepat yaitu 5S + Safety, untuk menekan penerapan budaya kerja yang baik dan pengelolaan kondisi gudang yang terorganisir. Penerapan metode 5S+Safety pada warehouse lokasi penyimpanan pulp lbkp & nbkp pefc PT. XYZ belum sepenuhnya terlaksana secara sempurna. Karena dari 6S yang harusnya diterapkan, hanya 2S yang diterapkan dan 4S belum secara maksimal pada kondisi gudang.

Abstract

In determining the cost of production and sales of a product unit is often faced with problems in making decisions. Determination of the cost of the production unit can be done more quickly and there is a standardized calculation method correctly and correctly. The purpose of this research is to determine and calculate the cost of production per unit of product in a certain amount based on the imposition of production costs. Imposing production costs. The production cost calculation is determined on these production cost components, both by direct and indirect costing in accordance with the organizational structure approach of the company concerned. The result of the research shows that the calculation of the unit cost for the Inner tube product based on the current experience and knowledge of the company is Rp. 15,200 per unit, while the results of research using the distribution method of the production unit cost of Rp. 13,045 per unit. Thus, there is a difference in the unit cost of the product that is 20% cheaper than it is currently in the company

Abstract

High mobility in the era of globalization has resulted in the service system in a company being demanded to be faster to meet customer needs. Responsiveness or responsiveness is one aspect of service quality that serves as a benchmark in achieving customer satisfaction. Banking as a financial service in dealing with customers is closely related to the speed of services provided to customers, sometimes whether or not fast customers are constrained by unpredictable queuing times. BRI Bank as the bank that has the largest units that are spread almost all over Indonesia, BRI Bank has been committed to creating excellent service in serving its customers, so that the queuing system in a banking service is crucial to be noticed so that customers can be well served. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimal teller service queue system for minimizing queue waiting time using queuing theory methods. Data collection with a determined time-based observation and recording of activities that occur directly by researchers to be carried out at BRI Cibadak Branch, Sukabumi. The data to be taken is the time to the teller the service queue system which is the time between the arrival of the customer and the time of customer service. The results showed an optimal number of tellers of 6 with an average server utilization of 67%, an average number in the queue of 0.57 customers, an average number in the system of 4.57 customers, an average time in the queue of 0.01 hours and an average time in the system of 0.11 hours.

Abstract

Abstract— Improved performance at PT. XYZ is very much determined by its human resource capabilities. In fact, the ability of existing resources sometimes cannot be utilized optimally. This can be seen from the high and low performance intended by the employees. One of the causes of not optimal employee performance is due to performance appraisals and awards that are not as expected. This dissatisfaction occurs due to the existence of a work appraisal system and a closed, directional and subjective reward system. Method that use in studi in this case is Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP),were do prioritas to factor – factor  which eight (8) Criteria Performance to work employee that is : knowledge, honesty and Effort, Initiative, Discipline,loyalitas, work responsibility, cooperation and the leader. For can to determine we can to do in todecide prioritas  for that, before doit we must make structur hirarci from criteria – criteria wich acurate because that important to decide prioritas from factor – factor wich to influence criteria – criteria Performance from employee. Fundation from resutl calculation Analytical Hirarchi Precess (AHP) beable to factor – factor wich prioritas by: part each grade is for to :each operational / grade 1- 4 criteria knowledge wich most big, with heavy 0,190, for each Administasi / grade 5 – 7 criteria knowledge that most big with heavy 0,175, for each manajerial / grade 8 – 11 criteria wich most big is aleasder with heavy 0,156. Thus, the company is expected to be able to find out the factors that must be prioritized from each part/grade to be assessed so that with the presence of priority levels, employees can improve their performance in accordance with company expectations.Abstrak— Peningkatan kinerja di PT. XYZ sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Pada kenyataannya kemampuan sumber daya yang ada tersebut kadang tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari tinggi rendahnya kinerja yang ditujukan oleh para karyawan. Salah satu penyebab tidak optimalnya kinerja karyawan adalah karena adanya penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan yang tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan mereka. Ketidakpuasan ini terjadi akibat adanya sistem penilaian kerja dan sistem penghargaan yang tertutup, searah dan bersifat subjektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah Analitycal Hirarchi Process (AHP) dimana melakukan prioritas terhadap faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi delapan (8) kriteria penilaian kinerja karyawan diantaranya yaitu : pengetahuan, Inisiatif, disiplin, kejujuran dan usaha, kerjasama, tanggung jawab, loyalitas dan kepemimpinan. Untuk dapat memastikan bahwa kita dapat melakukan dalam menentukan prioritas tersebut maka sebelumnya dilakukan terlebih dahulu pembentukan struktur hirarki dari kriteria – kriteria yang akan diteliti. oleh karena itu maka dilakukan penentuan prioritas terhadap faktor – faktor  yang mempengaruhi kriteria – kriteria penilaian kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP) didapatkan faktor – faktor yang diprioritaskan oleh bagian masing – masing grade / golongan yaitu : Bagian operasional/Grade 1–4 kriteria pengetahuan yang  mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,190, Bagian administrasi/Grade 5–7 kriteria  pengetahuan yang mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,175, Bagian manajerial/Grade 8–11 kriteria kepemimpinan yang mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,156. Dengan demikian diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengetahui faktor – faktor yang harus diprioritaskan dari tiap-tiap bagian/grade yang akan dinilai.sehingga dengan adanya tingkat prioritas, karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya yang sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan.

Abstract

Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant is a manufacturing company that produces motor vehicle engines. In the production process, Logistic supply partner Machining is a Logistics Sub-division whose task is to carry out the distribution process of small parts. Supply is carried out by Man power to the available shelves on the production line, in the process this activity has some potential for waste or what is called Muda. If supply activities experience problems that cause delays in the supply process, then the worst possibility is that the production line can stop and make the company suffer losses. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to eliminate these Muda potentials which is the purpose of this research. Process small part is carried out using dolly. This can lead to the potential for Muda. Of the 8 types of Muda, there are potential for 3 types, namely muda waiting, muda transportation and muda motion. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the number of dolly, in order to avoid the potential of double handling. In addition to this dolly, the manufacturing process must follow the rules of anthropometry, which is a collection of numerical data related to the characteristics of the human body in the form of size, shape and strength, as well as the application of these data to handling design problems. In addition to anthropometric data, data are also needed that will affect the design of the dolly such as the size and shape of the box to be carried. By using the 50% percentile of anthropometric data and also box size data, the dolly design to be made is 156 cm long, dolly width 83 cm, dolly height 83 cm and dolly handle height is 96 cm.

Abstract

Over time, the development of business in Indonesia is quite fast. However, the competition in the world of work is getting tougher. A company will compete to find a method to win a competition, one of which is to put the company's focus on the quality of the product produced. In order to maintain the consistency of the quality of the products produced in accordance with the demands of market needs, it is necessary to carry out quality control or quality control over the process activities undertaken. The criteria used in writing this article are (1) to describe the analysis of product quality, (2) to be written in Indonesian, (3) to have complete sections, and (4) to be published in the range of 2017 – 2022. The basic seven tools method is used. to control the quality of the resulting product. Control and supervision are activities carried out to ensure that production and operating activities are carried out in accordance with what is planned and if there are deviations, these deviations can be corrected so that what is expected can be achieved

Abstract

The good performance of the members will have a good impact also for an organization. This study aims to find out if there is a significant influence between organizational commitment and work motivation together on member performance, to find out also whether there is an influence between the organization's commitment to member performance, and to find out if there is an influence between work motivation on member performance. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression method, this method is used to find out how much influence a free variable exerts on bound variables and can also predict the value of bound variables if free variables are already known. The results found in this study have an influence simultaneously or jointly between free variables namely organizational commitment and work motivation to bound variables i.e. member performance, the partial significant influence between the organization's commitment to member performance, and the partial significant influence between work motivation on member performance. The influence exerted by the organizational commitment and work motivation of NVD Production members has a very strong influence on the performance of members of NVD Production. Kinerja yang baik dari anggota akan memberikan dampak yang baik juga bagi sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama terhadap kinerja anggota, untuk mengetahui juga apakah ada pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode regresi linear berganda metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang di berikan oleh suatu variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dan dapat juga meramalkan nilai variabel terikat jika variabel bebas sudah diketahui. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adanya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara variabel bebas yaitu komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota, adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota, dan adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dari anggota NVD Production memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja anggota dari NVD Production.

Abstract

Antrian adalah keadaan di mana sekumpulan orang yang membutuhkan pelayanan harus menunggu dalam suatu urutan baris tertentu sebelum memperoleh pelayanan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kemampuan memberikan pelayanan lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan akan suatu pelayanan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu adalah adanya antrian yang panjang pada loket pengambilan obat khususnya pada jam 08:00-09:00 WIB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki kinerja sistem antrian dan menentukan jumlah petugas loket pengambilan obat yang terbaik. Metode penyelesaian yang digunakan adalah metode simulasi sistem dan analisis workload indicator staffing needs. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja awal sistem antrian pada Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu dengan jumlah petugas loket pengambilan obat sebanyak satu orang dengan waktu tunggu antrian selama 2,70 menit. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan usulan perbaikan kinerja sistem antrian, jumlah petugas loket sebanyak dua orang dan rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antriannya turun menjadi 0,16 menit. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil analisis metode Workload Indicators Staffing Needs yang menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk loket pengambilan obat sebanyak dua sampai tiga orang. Abstract

UKM Roti ZB is a company engaged in the food sector. The problem that is being faced by the company is the assignment of product delivery to consumers, each employee is facilitated by the same means of transportation but has a different delivery time. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the resulting delivery time using the Hungarian method, as well as to provide settlement arrangements for employee placement in product delivery to consumers based on the Hungarian method. This study uses the Hungarian method and POM-QM for Windows software. Based on the research that has been done, the result is that the total time of product delivery before using the Hungarian method is 89 minutes, while if using the Hungarian method is 85 minutes. So that the time efficiency obtained when using the Hungarian method is 4 minutes. Then there are differences in product delivery assignments before using the Hungarian method, namely Doni to deliver products to Cibuaya, Rahmad to Cilaber, Wawan to Jayakerja, Aldi to Banyusari, and Irwan to Jatisari. Meanwhile, if you use the Hungarian method for Doni for Cilaber, Rahmad for Cibuaya, Wawan for Banyusari, Aldi for Jayakerja, and Irwan for Jatisari.
