Abstract

Abstract: Strategic Partnership Model for Increasing Efforts to Water Services (Public Private Partnership against Studies in Regional Water Company Gresik). Water is a basic human needs. Therefore Millennium Development Goals is targeting that by 2015 access to basic sanitation clean water should be 68.87% filled. But in Indonesia, just 47.56% (BPS, 2011). This study problem formulation is: 1) how does a model partnership in PDAM Gresik, 2) how do the impact of the partnership as a strategic improvement of water services in Gresik. The purpose is: 1) to describe and analyse a model partnership in PDAM Gresik, 2) to describe and analyse the impact of the partnership as a strategic improvement of water services in Gresik. The research method used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The results of the study appointment that the government's limited capacity can be transferred to the private sector’s involvement it. Conclusion, the PDAM Gresik success improve water services. Air adalah kebutuhan pokok manusia. Berkaitan dengan itu, Millenium Development Goals mentargetkan bahwa pada tahun 2015 akses terhadap sanitasi dasar air bersih yang harus dipenuhi sebesar 68,87%. Namun di Indonesia hanya terpenuhi 47,56% (BPS, 2011). Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) bagaimana model partnership di PDAM Kabupaten Gresik, 2) bagaimana dampak partnership sebagai upaya strategis peningkatan pelayanan air bersih di Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model partnership di PDAM Gresik, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak partnership sebagai upaya strategis peningkatan pelayanan air bersih di Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian penunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan kapasitas pemerintah dapat dialihkan dengan adanya keterlibatan sektor swasta didalamnya. Kesimpulannya, PDAM Gresik berhasil meningkatan pelayanan air bersih. Kata kunci: air, PDAM Gresik, public private partnership

Abstract

Background - The corona virus (Covid-19) has rocked the world, WHO even declared this a pandemic, so that various policies have also been carried out by the Indonesian government to reduce the spread of the virus. However, the business world is the most affected, especially SMEs as the tip of the economy in Indonesia. Therefore, SMEs need to create a business strategy that can continue to maintain their business in the midst of a pandemic situation that is still ongoing today. Purpose - to identify internal and external conditions and formulate business strategies to improve competitiveness in the small business of the Azky Collection hijab in Melirang Wetan Village, Bungah District, Gresik Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic which is still ongoing until October 2020. Design / Methodology / Approach - This study uses a case study approach with an explanative qualitative research method. Data analysis using Expert Choice V11 software. Results and Discussion - The results showed that the analysis of the internali and externali environmenti at the Azky Collection was above average (stabel). The right strategy formulation used by Azky Collection in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic through matrix analysis of IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE, CPM, Grand Strategy and QSPM which can increase its competitiveness is product development. Conclusion - The right strategy formulation used by Azky Collection in facing the challenges of environmental change due to the Covid-19 pandemic is product development. Research implications - This study provides a contribution to the application of strategic management related to the determination (formulation) of strategy in SMEs which are the driving force of the largest economic sector. Research limitations - The study was conducted by conducting interviews and questionnaires given via telephone and WhatsApp because they were still in a pandemic situation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the meaning of change in hijab culture in society and how the role of these values change on the implementation of differentiation-focus strategy and its effect in improving business performance. This research is conducted  on small business hijab Faiz Collection in Manyar District Gresik. This research approach is a case study with qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of the study indicate that the meaning of change in hijab culture is related to values on the hijab. The first value is cultural value, formed by: 1) religious system, 2) social     organization     system,            and 3) knowledge system. The second value is hijab value, formed by: 1) religious system, 2) community norms, 3) requirements, and 4) benefits. The third value is business value, formed by: 1) consumption activities, 2) production activities and 3) distribution activities. The effect of changing needs on hijab (from hijab standard to the syar'i hijab) to business performance is the increasing sales doubled compared with the standard hijab sales.  https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.2151

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah,menyerang,berbagai,negara di dunia, tanpa terkecuali Indonesia. Adanya Pandemi juga menimbulkan dampak pada berbagai sektor, sehingga berbagai kebijakan juga sudah dilakukan,oleh,pemerintah Indonesia, untuk, menekan, angka, penyebaran, virus tersebut. Salah satu bidang yang paling terdampak dari Pandemi ini adalah bidang perekonomian, oleh karena itu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) bahkan masyarakat umum perlu untuk pengatur terkait keuangan mereka dimasa sulit ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk, memberikan, pelatihan, literasi, keuangan.tentang pembukuan sederhana yang sangat bermanfaat dalam strategi pengelolaan usaha maupun masyarakat umum pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Mitra pengabdian adalah UMKM dan masyarakat umum yang ada di Desa Betoyoguci, Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yakni pendekatan dan teknik-teknik pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses-proses pemikiran yang berlangsung selama kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta pemantauan dan evaluasi program pembangunan masyarakat. Pada saat pengabdian, kegiatan berhasil diikuti oleh 56 peserta yang ada di Desa Betoyoguci, yang mayoritas masih belum mengerti tentang cara pengelolaan keuangan, sehingga materi literasi keuangan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, untuk mempermudah UMKM, tim pengabdian juga memperkenalkan aplikasi tidak berbayar yang bisa diakses lewat Hp bernama aplikasi “BukuKas” yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh PT BeeGroup Financial Indonesia, melalui aplikasi ini, masyarakat dapat terbantu terkait pengelolaan keuangan dari kegiatan harian operasional usaha. Untuk bisa mendapatkan aplikasi “BukuKas”; peserta bisa mendownload melalui link https://bukukas.co.id/download/. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian, dapat diketahui bahwa dibandingkan dengan sebelum pelatihan, maka tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Desa Betoyoguci yang tinggi mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 27 orang. Dengan adanya pendampingan dari tim pengabdian, mitra pengabdian mampu mengambil keputusan berkaitan dengan usahanya ditengah pandemi COVID-19 yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini.Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has attacked various countries, in the world, including Indonesia. The pandemic's existence also impacted various sectors, so that the Indonesian government has also carried out various policies to reduce the spread of the virus. One of the areas most affected by this pandemic is the economic sector, therefore Micro,,Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and even the general public need to regulate their finances in this difficult time. This service aims to provide financial literacy training on simple bookkeeping which is very useful in business management strategies and the general public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Community service partners are MSMEs and the general public in Betoyoguci Village, Gresik. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), namely approaches and techniques for community involvement in thought processes that take place during planning, implementation and monitoring, and evaluation of community development programs. At the time of the service, 56 participants in Betoyoguci Village successfully participated in the activity, most of whom still did not understand how to manage finances, so financial literacy material was very beneficial for the community. In addition, to make it easier for MSMEs, the community service team also introduced an unpaid application that can be accessed via a cellphone called the "BukuKas". This application was created and developed by PT BeeGroup Financial Indonesia. Through this application, the community can be helped with financial management from daily business operations. To get the "BukuKas" application, participants can download it via the link https://bukukas.co.id/download/. The results of the service implementation show that compared to before the training, the high level of understanding of the Betoyoguci Village community has increased by 27 people. With assistance from the service team, the service partners can make decisions related to their business amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still ongoing today.

Abstract

Untuk bentuk program pemberdayaan masyarakat berdasar potensi dan permasalahan pembangunan Desa pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara virtual menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Hasil Pengabdian diikuti oleh 21 peserta menggunakan media zoom. Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Desa Betoyoguci dalam bentuk pembelajaran materi pemberdayaan bersifat tentang E-Commerce, pendampingan pembuatan akun E-Commerce Tokopedia dan tutorial alternative cara membuat usaha kreatif ditengan pandemic yang ekonomis, dan mudah. Terutama untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha rumahan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Implementasi pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan mengadakan pendampingan pembuatan akun Tokopedia sebagai platform e-commerce yang mudah dan memberikan panduan contoh membuat usaha Dessert Box dan Budidaya Ikan dalam Ember (BUDIKDAMPER). Bentuk pemberdayaan yang tepat pada Desa Betoyoguci pada saat pandemic Covid-19 adalah pemberdayaan pendampingan pembelajaran E-Commerce untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha rumahan yang dimiliki masyarakat dan memberikan peluang baru untuk membuka usaha.

Abstract

UMKM sebagai sektor penggerak perekonomian yang paling banyak di Indonesia, mengalami dampak yang sangat serius dari adanya pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini ditandai dengan 56 persen melaporkan terjadi penurunan penjualan, 22 persen melaporkan permasalahan pada aspek pembiayaan, 15 persen melaporkan pada masalah distribusi barang dan 4 persen melaporkan kesulitan mendapatkan bahan baku mentah. Azky Collection sebagai salah satu UMKM di Gresik, merupakan yang terdampak dan telah melakukan perencanaan strategi sebelumnya semenjak pandemic. Menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan model implementasi strategi yang digunakan di UMKM Azky Collection, dan faktor-faktor pendukung maupun penghambat yang berpengaruhi pada pencapaian kinerja terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi strategi yang dilakukan UKM Azky Collection memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap laporan penjualan sebagai determinan kinerja. Hal ini terlihat dari meskipun kondisi pandemi COVID-19, Azky Collection bisa survive dengan strategi yang dipilih yaitu pengembangan produk dan mampu menjadikan penjualan naik menjadi 3600 pcs pada 2021. Faktor pendukung implementasi strategi terdiri (1) eksternal, terdiri dari (a) jumlah konsumen jilbab yang banyak, (b) market yang tumbuh dan berkembang serta kebutuhan pengguna jilbab yang masih terus ada, (2) internal, terdiri dari (a) tim yang solid, (b) pengalaman, (c) harga terjangkau, (d) kualitas. Sedangkan faktor penghambat implementasi strategi adalah (1) Promosi, (2) Struktur, (3) Manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Since March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia has not ended. The existence of the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector which plays a very important role in economic development and growth is the most affected by this pandemic. Various problems experienced by MSMEs include decreased sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulty in raw materials, decreased production and layoffs of workers which pose a threat to the national economy. In addition, MSMEs lack resilience and flexibility in dealing with this pandemic, due to several things such as the low level of digitalization, difficulties in accessing technology and a lack of understanding of strategies to survive in business (OECD, 2020). The purpose of the service activity is to develop the competitiveness of MSMEs through information technology and innovation in Betoyoguci Village, Gresik Regency. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), namely approaches and techniques for involving the community in thought processes that take place during planning, implementing, as well as monitoring, and evaluating community development programs (Hamid, 2018). The activity was carried out in a hybrid manner, with 24 offline participants at the Betoyoguci Village meeting hall. To make it easier for coaching, in addition to explaining the forms of innovation that can be done during the COVID-19 pandemic, activities are supported by the practice of using information technology with the Shopee E-Commerce platform, starting from downloading in the appstore to uploading products, so that an increase in the ability of participants can be obtained. still survive during the pandemic that is still ongoing today.

Abstract

Indonesian people play an active role in the world economy. Through the world of banking, all economic actors can realize national development in order to increase economic growth. Economic actors have the ability to use credit facilities provided by banking financial institutions. Therefore, analysis of credit granting procedures is important in credit granting procedures to assess whether a credit application is feasible for approval. The bank, before extending credit, is required to conduct an assessment and analysis of prospective debtors to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans. This study aims to formulate procedures for granting credit and identify factors that cause problem loans in order to get debtors who meet the criteria of Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the researchers found a credit analysis procedure to minimize non-performing loans used by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. The procedure for extending credit is through credit procedural policies, verification of prospective customer data, assessing the feasibility of granting credit, credit analysis. The steps taken by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik to minimize non-performing loans are by analyzing the factors that cause non-performing loans and through credit monitoring.

Abstract

An increasing number of fierce commercial enterprise competition encourages companies to achieve marketplace position, as a result businesses need a sales strategy by means of credit score which will boom the range of income. The purpose of conducting this research is due to the discovery of empirical evidence regarding the analysis of accounts receivable turnover by PT Makmur Selaras, empirical evidence obtained in the company, namely the results of company receivables that go up and down. Credit sales within the company caused some customers to experience delays in paying debts, so it is necessary to analyze how much the turnover rate of receivables from sales made by PT Makmur Selaras in the 2018-2021 period. The method used on this studies is qualitative and utilizes descriptive techniques. This studies facts uses secondary records inside the shape of money owed receivable reviews at PT Makmur Selaras. Based totally at the effects of the study, it shows that from year to year the level of receivables turnover at PT Makmur Selaras is very small, as a end result the billing finished with the aid of management is called unsuccessful, the effects of the research display that the arrears ratio fluctuates, specifically 81.21% in 2020 and sixty nine.18 % in 2021. Likewise, the billing ratio that occurs fluctuates, this means that the organisation isn't very able to amassing receivables. Unsuccessful debts receivable turnover resulting from series of unpaid receivables causes the company to enjoy a lower in revenue.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of the Indonesian people to shop online is currently an interesting phenomenon, the many conveniences offered when transacting online are the main attraction for buyers, but it is not uncommon for buyers to be faced with risks that will be faced when making purchases online. Moreover, there were inconsistencies in the results of previous studies regarding online purchasing decisions so it became an interesting thing to re-investigate. This study aimed to find out the effect of Price, Information Quality, and Perceived Risk on Online Purchasing Decisions in E-Commerce. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative method, according to the explanation it was causal research. The sample used was female students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), which consisted of the Study Programs of Mathematics Education, English Education, and Elementary School Teacher Education, as well as the Faculty of Islamic Religion, which consisted of the Study Programs of Islamic Religious Education, Early Childhood Islamic Education, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik Class of 2018. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, so the results of multiple linear analyses proved that price, information quality, and perceived risk influenced online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce. so the implication of this research is that pricing, developing information quality, and well-managed perceived risk can improve online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce so it is important for economic actors to pay special attention to price, information quality, and perceived risk.
