Abstract

Abstrak: This research aimed to increase student achievement by application of active learning strategies types synergetic teaching on learning topic of Colloid in XI IPA SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. This is an experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are XI IPA 3 as the experimental class, XI IPA 1 as the controll class which were determined randomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The experimental group was treated with the application of synergetic teaching active learning strategies while the control group without the application of synergetic teaching active learning strategies. The data analysis to test the hypothesis was using t-test right side. Based on the data analysis, it is obtaine tcount = 4,03 and ttable=1.66 with α=0,05, dk=67. tcount > ttable is 4.03> 1,66, It’s mean that the application of active learning strategies of synergetic teaching can improve students achievement on the subject of colloids in XI IPA class SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The raising student achievement category in the experimental class including a high score by normalized gain of 0,79.Keywords: Synergetic Teaching active learning strategies, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: Has made the gived task to make concept map on the topic of colloid in class XI sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. This research aims to improve student achievement. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The population were all of the students of XI sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. The samples of this research were the students of class XI sains3 as the experimental class and students of class XI sains2 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is gived task to make Concept Map while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test with dk is 59 and α is 0,05.before t-test has made,the sampels had normal distribution and homogeneus. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 2,42>1.67, means that the gived task to make Concept Map can improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in class IX Sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,75. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,66.Keywords : Achievement, Concept Map, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to improve the activity and mastery learning students on the material elements of class X.10 Senior High School of class X.10. This form of research is the Research Action Class . The study was conducted collaboratively, where researchers and teachers cooperate at this stage of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The implementation of the actions carried out by teachers, while a researcher as an observer. The research subject is class X.10 SMA Negeri 2 Tambang year 2016/2017 which amounted to 37 students, consisting of 17 male students and 20 female students. The research results obtained are the use of Uno Card games as the Chemo-Edutinment media can improve the learning activities of students of class X.10 SMA Negeri 2 Tambang with the percentage average cycle I of 70,57% and 85,89% for the second cycle. The use of Uno Card games as the Chemo-Edutainment media can improve learning completeness students in class X.10 of SMA Negeri 2 Tambang with the percentage amounted to 91,90% the first cycle and the second cycle of 100%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to increase students learning achievement by implementation of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) strategy on the equilibrium solubility subject in class XI MIA MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. The type of research is quasy experimental with Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Population consist of 3 class has been tested normality and homogenity using prerequisite data, 2 random samples were selected, XI MIA 1 as experiment class and XI MIA 2 as control class. The experiment class was applied with contextual teaching and learning strategy, while control class without contextual teaching and learning strategy. Instrument in this research is a question of solubility equilibrium that has been test validation and reliability. Results showed instrument is valid and reliable. Data analysis technique is descriptive and inferensy analysis. Hypothesis using Mann Whitney test with significance level (α=0,05), based on the analysis and processing of data obtainable zcount>ztable is 2,27>1,64, its mean implementation of contextual teaching and learning strategy can increase students learning achievement on the on the equilibrium solubility subject in class XI MIA MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru.Key words : equilibrium solubility, learning achievement, contextual teaching and learning strategy

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the improvement of motivation and achievment of students on Reaction Rate subject in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar. The type of research is experimental research with Rendomize Control Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population of this study is the entire class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar as many as 4 classes. Samples were determined based on normality test and homogeneity test, obtained by 2 classes that were normally distributed and randomly selected by students in class XI MIPA 1 as experimental class and learner in class XI MIPA 4 as control class. The experimental class is a class that applied GGE active learning strategy while control class is not applied GGE active learning strategy. The instrument of this research is a matter of understanding the matter of reaction rate and motivation questionnaire that has been tested Validity and reliabelitas, obtained valid and reliable data after testing. The result of hypothesis test of t-test obtained t of t table. t-test 2,65 for learning result and t-test3,68 for learning motivation with t table 1,67. It can be concluded that the implementation of GGE active learning strategy can increase motivate student’s and achievment on the subject matter of Reaction Rate. The influence of GGE application of active learning strategy to the learning outcomes of 26.6% and learning motivation of 12.2% with the relationship of learning outcomes and learning motivation of 34.7%.Keywords :Reaction Rate,Learning Outcomes,Learning Motivate, Group to Group Exchange (GGE)

Abstract

Abstract: Research on active learning strategy group to group exchange (GGE) has been implemented in SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The research aimed to know the increase student’s achievement learning and the influence of GGE strategy on students achievement learning on the subject of Chemical Equilibrium in XI IPA SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. The type of research is experimental research with pretest-posttest design . XI IPA SMAN 11 Pekanbaru consisting of 3 classes performed normality and homgeneity test using prerequisite data so that obtained 2 randomly selected samples that is student in class XI IPA 2 as an experimental class and students in class XI IPA 3 as a control class. The experimental class is the class that applied GGE active learning strategy while the control class is not applied GGE active learning strategy.This research instrument is a quastion of chemical equilibrium that has been tested validation and reliability and obtained valid and reliable data as research instrument. The hypothesis testing using U Mann-Whitney test obtained z arithmetic > z table is 3.89> 1, 64, based on hypothesis testing concluded that the implementation of GGE active learning strategy can increase student achievement learning on the subject of chemical equilibrium in class XI IPA SMAN 11 Pekanbaru . Abstract

Abstract: This research was about the use of card games or dominoes as chemo-edutainment media. The developed research was applied to improve students learning result on the subject of atomic structure and periodic system of elements in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is quasi experiment with the randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Technique of taking sample using the cluster random sampling. The used samples were XI IPA2 as experiment class and XI IPA4 as control class, that the class determined randomly after testing normality and homogeneity. The experiment class was given treatment using card games or dominoes as chemo-edutainment media, whilst the control class was not given treatment. The analysis of data was used t-test. The results demonstrated that the data was found tscore > ttable (11,07 > 1,66). This showed that the use of card games or dominoes as chemo-edutainment media could significantly improve the students learning result on the subject of atomic structure and periodic system of elements in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Card games or dominoes as chemo-edutainment media, Learning Result, atomic structure and periodic system of elements

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of research to find out significant differences in student’s achievement and to determine student’s achievement higher between implementation of cooperative learning models NHT and TPS on learning topic of Atomic Structure and Elements of the Periodic System. This is an true experimental research with design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. Population on this research are all students of class XI IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru 2015/2016 academic year consisting of 5 classes. The research sample consisted of 3 classes, XI IPA 1 as the experimental class of NHT, XI IPA 2 as the experimental class of TPS and XI IPA 3 as the control class. Research data analysis using ANOVA one way followed by Scheffe multiple comparison test. Based on the results of data processing by ANOVA one way obtained that Fcount > Ftable is 18,92 > 3,08 with α = 0,05; df JKA = 2 and df JKD = 109. The results of data processing by Scheffe multiple comparison test was obtained the difference between the average experimental class of NHT and TPS exceeded the values Scheffe is 5,6> 4,49 with α = 0,05 and an average experimental class of NHT higher than average experimental class of TPS is 48,96> 43,36. Based on the analysis of data processing concluded that there are significant differences in student’s achievement between implementation of cooperative learning models NHT and TPS. Student’s achievement with implementation of cooperative learning models NHT higher than TPS on learning topic of Atomic Structure and Elements of the Periodic System in class XI IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru.Keywords: NHT, TPS, Learning Achievement, Atomic Structure and Elements of the Periodic System

Abstract

Abstract : The research about application of guided discovery learning model aims to improve students learning outcomes on the subject of colloid in class XI Science at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Guided discovery learning model is a model the theacer gave the students examples of spesific topics and guide the students to understand the subjects. The type of research is experiment research with design randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample consisted of two classes, XI Science 6 as experiment class and XI Science 5 as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class is the class that implemented guided discovery learning model while the untraeted control class. Data analysis techniques used is the t-test. Results of the analysis it was found that tscore > ttable (1,89 > 1,67), it means that the application guided discovery learning model can improve students outcomes on the subject of colloid in class XI Science SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of students learning outcomes including high category with N-gain = 0,84.Key words : Guided Discovery Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Colloid.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research was to develop media of chemistry learning in hydrocarbon based on Lectora Inspire 12. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model which was consists of five stages are analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The collecting data used validation sheet were given to three validators (two of matter experts and a media expert) and questionnaire for teacher and student. The result of validation showed that the percentage of pedagogic, content, designing and the convenience aspects consecutively was 95%; 97,22%; 93,18% and 100% with the average 96,35% (valid). The pilot study was conducted on three teachers and 20 students in grade XII IPA 3 SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. The result study show with consecutively were 89,44% (teachers) and 90,33% (students) in good category.Key Words: Learning Media, Lectora Inspire 12, Hydrocarbon
