Abstract

During this time, the Greenbean coffee sorting process is still done manually which still has many shortcomings. Manually, this result is classified in inappropriate and inconsistent classification results due to human negligence. Grading in the processing and marketing sectors is important. Inappropriate grading opposes farmers simply because Lanang and ordinary Arabica coffee are the same. Hence, we need a consistent classification system. This research uses image processing to recognize Greenbean Arabica coffee. K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) method is used for a quality classification. This research will classify Arabica Greenbean coffee into 4 quality classes, namely intact Lanang Arabica, broken Lanang Arabica, intact ordinary Arabica, and ordinary broken Arabica. The search of trial process shows that K-NN classification feature is able to recognize Arabica coffee Greenbean into 4 classes with an accuracy value of 63.5%, very good at recognizing 90% of regular Arabica intact and 97% of whole Arabica intact. However, it is still weak in recognizing broken coffee Greenbean based on its type. The area feature is better in recognizing Arabica coffee Greenbean based on 4 classes with an accuracy of 69.8%. This research obtains 120 datasets from 80 tested data trains and 40 tested random data.

Abstract

Kesenjangan digital memiliki definisi tentang perbedaan kemampuan individu atau sekelompok masyarakat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Kabupaten Bantul yang telah menerapkan e-government ialah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Panembahan Senopati. Pemanfaatan TIK pada RSUD adalah sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan dibidang keuangan dan pelayanan. Dalam pemanfaatan TIK tersebut, terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang IT minded, sehingga dibutuhkan pengukuran kesenjangan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistika nonparametrik untuk mengetahui kesenjangan digital di lingkungan isntansi RSUD tersebut signifikan atau tidak. Selanjutnya, variabel-variabel kesenjangan digital diukur kemudian diberi perankingan menggunakan metode profile matching. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan tentang pengukuran kesenjangan digital pada pegawai RSUD Panembahan Senopati Kabupaten Bantul yang dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa perankingan tingkat kesenjangan digital pada pegawai RSUD Panembahan Senopati kabupaten Bantul dimulai dari yang paling tinggi ialah pada aspek penggunaan e-government, yaitu dengan indeks 4,2 disusul oleh penggunaan internet dengan indeks sebesar 4,1 dan yang memiliki kesenjangan paling rendah ialah aspek penggunaan internet dengan indeks sebesar 1,2.Kata Kunci—Kesenjangan Digital, Profile Matching, statistikAbstractDigital divide has definition about the difference between a person or a society to follow the information technology. One of Government’s Organization in Bantul Regency that has implemented e-government is Panembahan Senopati Regional General Hospital. The use of ICT in the house of Panembahan Senopati General Hospital is become a supporter of decision making in the financial and service fields. In the implementation ICT, there are problems that the lack of human resources that are IT minded, so we need to measure the digital divide. This research uses nonparametric statistical methods to determine digital gap in the hospital environment is significant or not. Next, the digital gap variables are measured then ranked using the profile matching method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of digital gap measurement at Panembahan Senopati Hospital employees, it can be concluded that the ranking of the digital gap level at Panembahan Senopati Hospital staffs starts from the highest is in the aspect of e-government use, with the index 4.2 and followed by the use of internet with an index of 4.1 and lowest gap was the aspect of internet use with an index 1.2.Keywords—3-5 Digital Divide, Profile Matching, Statistics.Kesenjangan digital memiliki definisi tentang perbedaan kemampuan individu atau sekelompok masyarakat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Abstract

STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi di Purwokerto yang perkembangannya semakin pesat. Untuk menentukan kemajuan belajar mahasiswa dilakukan penilaian berkala berbentuk ujian semester.  Dari sudut pandang manajemen masih terdapat kekurang dalam pemerataan alokasi ruang dan pengawas ujian, sehingga akan menimbulkan permasalahan dengan sumber daya pada ruangan yang berkaitan dengan waktu pemakaian dan  sangat mengganggu pelayanan, untuk itu dibutuhkan solusi baru untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan memanfaatkan suatu algoritma, salah satu algoritma optimasi yang cukup handal dan sering dipakai dalam permasalahan penjadwalan adalah Genetic Algorithm (GA), karena karakteristik GA sesuai dengan penjadwalan yaitu dapat menyelesaikan objek yang banyak dan kriteria yang banyak.Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka diusulkan penelitian tentang ”Perancangan Sistem Penjadwalan Ujian Menggunakan Genetic Algorithm Pada STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan solusi Penjadwalan Ujian Menggunakan Genetic Algorithm yang dapat mengalokasikan ruangan dan pengawas yang lebih merata di STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan pengolahan data menggunakan metode genetic algorithm untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan ujian yang optimum.Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan solusi penjadwalan ujian yang  dapat mengalokasikan ruangan dan pengawas yang lebih merata di STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto, karena tidak ada bentrok jadwal dan dapat mengalokasikan ruangan dan pengawas lebih merata dibandingkan dengan penjadwalan sebelumnya, akan tetapi masih membutuhkan peran pembuat jadwal untuk memaksimalkannya.

Abstract

Biodiversity that exists in nature shows the overall variation between living things both from the smallest levels, namely genes, species and eskosistem. One animal with a fairly high level of variation, namely birds chirping. Chirping has an identifier for each type both of the color of the feather, body shape, shape of the beak, food, how to find food and the most obvious is the difference in the chirping of birds. The problem faced is the number of species of birds chirping that are almost similar to each other so the introduction of birds with sound becomes quite difficult. This makes the introduction of birds with sound requires a special technique. The techniques used are transform wavelets and neural networks. At the end of the study, obtained Wavelet Package Decomposition extraction with training data used as many as 500 data. There are two preprocessing methods that are done by cutting and resampling (downsampling). The most optimal number of neurons to be used in hidden layers is 256 neurons with 500 epochs. The highest accuracy is 88.6% with momentum 0.2, learning rate 0.2 and wavelet daubechies2 while the lowest accuracy is 74.2% with momentum 0.8, learning rate 0.8 and wavelets haar.  Keywords: Classification, Neural Network, Wavelet Transform, Haar, Daubechies2

Abstract

Stemming algorithm Nazief & Andriani has been development in terms of the speed and the accuracy. One of its development is Non-formal Affix Algorithm. Non-formal Affix Algorithm improves the accuracy for non-formal affixed word. In its growth, Indonesian language is used in two ways: formal and non-formal. Non-formal language is commonly used in casual situations such as conversations and social media post (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). To get the root of the word of a casual conversation or a social media post, stemming algorithm which can process the non-formal words with affixes already proposed. But, the previous algorithm unable to stem a non-formal word that slightly change the root word. Therefore, this study modifies Non-formal Affix Algorithm to increase stemming accuracy on non-formal word. Modifications are made by adding Levenshtein Distance. The result of the research shows that the algorithm made in this research has 96.6% accuracy while the Non-formal Affix algorithm has 73.3% accuracy in processing 60 non-formal affixed words. Based on the result, Levenshtein Distance approach can increase the accuracy on stemming non-formal affixed word.

Abstract

Proses pencarian IP pada Web Application Firewall menjadi sebuah tantangan ketika database IP yang dikumpulkan mulai membesar. WAF harus dapat dengan cepat memberikan keputusan apakah sebuah IP masuk kedalam kategori buruk (blacklisted ip) atau tidak. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya algoritma bloom filter dapat dengan mengurangi waktu pencarian secara signifikan, namun hal itu tidak cukup karena bloom filter memiliki kelemahan pada struktur datanya yang tidak dapat dilakukan penghapusan, berdasarkan masalah tersebut kami mengajukan pemodelan baru pencarian IP pada WAF dengan menggunakan algoritma Counting Bloom Filter.

Abstract

Development of computer network has changed human lives in many ways. Currently, everyone is connected to each other from everywhere. Information can be accessed easily. This massive development has to be followed by good security system. Intrusion Detection System is important device in network security which capable of monitoring hardware and software in computer network. Many researchers have developed Intrusion Detection System continuously and have faced many challenges, for instance: low detection of accuracy, emergence of new types malicious traffic and error detection rate. Researchers have tried to overcome these problems in many ways, one of them is using Deep Learning which is a branch of Machine Learning for developing Intrusion Detection System and it will be discussed in this paper. Machine Learning itself is a branch of Artificial Intelligence which is growing rapidly in the moment. Several researches have showed that Machine Learning and Deep Learning provide very promising results for developing Intrusion Detection System. This paper will present an overview about Intrusion Detection System in general, Deep Learning model which is often used by researchers, available datasets and challenges which will be faced ahead by researchers

Abstract

The 3D animation industry is currently growing rapidly, but the process of animating 3D characters is not always fast, because it is often constrained at the animation stage due to the complexity or irregularity of the function of each rig on the 3D character object, therefore it takes a proper rig creation stage to support the animation process that is more efficient in terms of process and time. Kinematics in animation is used for reference when an object is moving. The animation uses a Kinematics approach to display natural results. This research aims to study the level of effectiveness in terms of the time span required to drive the 3D Walk cycle animation using the attached Kinematics & Advanced Kinematics methods. The animation reference used was a standard human Walk cycle with the extent for each part of the body to be animated such as head animation, hand animation, foot animation, and bed animation to complete a walking compilation of animated Walk cycle. The execution of each part is carried out by the inverse kinematics method and then proceed with the advanced kinematics method. Based on the results of the implementation in each section of the walk cycle by comparing the two methods, Inverse Kinematics is an effective method for animating the legs and the head. While the Forward Kinematics method is more effective in animating the hands, body parts, and finishing movement. The results of the comparison show that the level of time effectiveness in human character 3D animation movements using the inverse kinematics method compared to forward kinematics are 31.18% in body animation, 40.46% in foot animation, 13.94% in hand animation, 2.04% in head animation motion, and 7.61% for finishing walk cycle movement.

Abstract

One of government efforts to deliver educational equity in society is conduct education equality program. Center of community learning (PKBM), an institution created by community or society that having management principle: by, from and for society. Two PKBM named P. Diponegoro and Bangunmulya are example of PKBM in Sleman District. Main problems faced by P Diponeforo and Bangunmulya PKBM are lacked of tutor or trainer to teaching life skills for student in PKBM even though life skills are important materials in addition to formal knowledge. The considerations why PKBM should teach life skill for student because they are easy to learn, less funding, short time to learn and marketable. The offer solutions for faced problems are conduct training activities such as : 1) utilization computer as aids to create and design creative products having economic value; 2) using of graphic design software to create and design mugs and pins cover; 3) Optimization Internet as promotion media; 4) Increasing entrepreneurial spirit in Internet Era; 5) Management and utilization of PKBM website. In addition to life skill training, PKBM website is developed to be information and promotion media for product made by PKBM students also as communication media between administrator, students and society. The outcome form this program are : 1) increase of student knowledge about informatics roles to create and design economic value products; 2) Bangunmulya PKBM students able to using CorelDraw software for create and design batik graphics and print it into mug media using sublime printer; 3)P Diponegoro PKBM students able to using CorelDraw software for create and design graphics and print it using printer press machine; 5) PKBM students are inspired from successful entrepreneurs that using web and social media in the business; and 6) availability of website as promotion and communication media between management, students and society.

Abstract

Curah hujan adalah salah satu faktor terjadinya bencana banjir ketika tingkat curah hujan tersebut tinggi dan ketika curah hujan yang tinggi itu belum diprediksi sebelum dapat menyebabkan kerugian baik dari segi materi pada saat terjadi banjir. Di era perkembangan teknologi saat ini mampu memprediksi bencana alam tentulah bukan hal tabu lagi. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat melakukan prediksi adalah metode ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System). Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis inilah penulis mencoba memprediksi curah hujan yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya banjir dengan metode ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System). Penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini belum sampai dapat memprediksi banjir tetapi masih sampai prediksi curah hujan di tahun 2019. Penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini adalah tahap awal untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu prediksi banjir dan pola tanam di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Dan adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa pola curah hujan rata-rata yang diwakili tiga kecamatan mengikuti pola curah hujan dengan variasi angka curah hujan yang berbeda-beda di masing-masing kecamatan dengan rata-rata terdapat 2 bulan dengan curah di atas batas normal tiap tahunnya yaitu pada bulan November dan Desember di 3 kecamatan.
