Abstract

The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Objects that are examined in this study is KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Tegal. The sample in this study were all employees KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Tegal totaling 49 employees that serve as the respondent. The sampling technique in this research is census and data analysis methods used in this research is simple regression test and test indirect effect mediation using bootstrapping (SPSS Macro). The results showed that organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention with the t test value is -4.794 and the signification is 0.000, job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment with the t test value is 2.587 and the signification is 0.013, and job satisfaction effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment with the t test value is 2.993.

Abstract

Kinerja usaha merupakan keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi pokokdalam rangka mewujudkan sasaran, target dan tujuan, Suatu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi strategikepemimpinan biaya pada hubungan orientasi wirausaha dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM laundry di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 UKM laundry. Metodepengumpulan data menggunakan metode probability sampling. Analisis dengan path analysis (analisis jalur).Hasil analisis menunjukkan orientasi pasar dan orientasi wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi kepemimpinan biaya. Orientasi pasar, orientasi wirausaha dan strategi kepemimpinan biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM laundry, dan strategi kepemimpinan biaya mampu memediasipengaruh orientasi wirausaha dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM laundry di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determinant the direct and indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture to employees’ performance with the organizational commitment as a mediator variable at the RSUD Kabupaten Brebes. The population of this study is all employee at RSUD Kabupaten Brebes, as much 87 employees. Used by sensus method, all the population becomes sample, which mean the sample is 87 RSUD Kabupaten Brebes employees’. This study used primary data and secondary data, followed by computerassisted analysis of the path analysis IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The analysis showed that the leadership and organizational culture have a positive direct influence to organizational commitment. The leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment also have a positive direct influence to employees’ performance. While there is a positive indirect influence between leadership and organizational culture with organizational commitment as a mediator variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in Semarang search and help offices, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all members of the Semarang search and rescue office as many as 122 employees. The sampling technique uses census. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, then proceed with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 18 program. The results of the analysis show that Competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously. Motivation significant positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously, and the work environment significantly positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial literacy on cashless transaction behavior mediated by lifestyles on the employees of the Blora Regency Regional Secretariat. The population as well as the sample in this study amounted to 112 Civil Servants (PNS) Blora Regency Secretariat. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and using the SmartPLS 3 tool. The sampling method is the saturated or census sampling method. Data collected by questionnaire. The results of this study are financial literacy has a significant positive effect on lifestyle variables, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on cashless transaction behavior variables, financial literacy has a significant positive effect on cashless transaction behavior variables, and lifestyle is not related to financial literacy variables and variables cashless transaction behavior. Furthermore, the R-square value for the latent variable of cashless transaction behavior is 0.460, this means that the financial literacy variable increased by 46% of the cashless transaction behavior, and for the lifestyle latent variable by 0.402, meaning that financial literacy was 40.2% for the style life. While the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Service can be defined as the process of providing services (serving) the needs of people or communities who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the main regulations and procedures that have been previously determined. Seeing the importance of employees in an organization, employees need more serious attention to the tasks they are doing so that the results of the organization will be achieved maximally. Through high servant leadership, employees will work harder in carrying out their jobs. This study was to determine the effect of Trust and Servant Leadership on Performance with the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for case study employees at the Fisheries and Livestock Service Office of Blora Regency with 50 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study using the equation path analysis and sobel test to determine the mediation ability of OCB to performance. The results showed positive results of Trust, Servant Leadership to Performance and OCB were able to mediate Trust and Servant Leadership to employee performance..

Abstract

Analisis paper ini ditinjau dari karakteristik manajemen RBV (resource-based view) UKM…menurut orientasi stratejik para pemilik dan/atau para manajer UKM…dan konsekuensinya terhadap kinerja UKM dan efisiensi usaha. Tipologi strategi yang dikembangkan berasal dari tipologi Miles dan Snow, yang memiliki implikasi penting bagi pihak manajemen UKM, karena berdasarkan orientasi stratejik yang dimiliki oleh para pemilik dan/atau manajer UKM – defender, prospector, atau analyzer – perusahaan dapat lebih memfokuskan pada perluasan beberapa aspek-aspek manajemen usahanya, sepert posisi teknologikal, inovasi, disain organisasional, dan manajemen/pengelolaan sumber daya manusianya. Lebih jauh, aspek-aspek manajemen ini secara luas dapat menentukan kinerja UKM dan efisiensi usahanya. Abstract

Government internal auditors must comply with labor regulations as civil servants and must comply with the APIP code of ethics and APIP audit standards that have been established when conducting guidance and supervision. Auditors need two main things, namely competence and independence to produce high audit quality. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of competence and independence on the performance of government internal auditors, as well as the role of auditor ethics in moderating the influence of competence and independence on the performance of government internal auditors. The population in this study are all auditors who work in the Tegal District Inspectorate, amounting to 40 people. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that auditor competence and independence have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. Other results from auditor ethics analyze the relationship between competency and auditor independence to auditor performance.

Abstract

Modern life and rapid development require women to take over in developing work careers, and even some become leaders of organizations and countries. In contrast to past perceptions that place women are considered low and tend to experience discrimination in careers and jobs. The participation of women by working brings negative consequences resulting from role conflicts. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of multiple role conflict on the performance of female employees with job stress as a mediating variable. The sample in this study was 97 employees of Bank Jateng, the Coordinator in Purwokerto. The data analysis method uses the structural equation modeling - partial least square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 3.3.2 software. The results showed that multiple role conflicts had no effect on performance, and job stress had no effect on performance. Multiple role conflicts have a positive influence on job stress. In addition, the moderating role of job stress shows a connecting effect between the influence of multiple role conflicts on the performance of female employees
