Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of gender, academic achievement, residence, and parents’ income on the financial literacy of undergraduate students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research sample was 396 students. This study applies multinomial logistic regression analysis technique. The results showed that academic achievement had a significant effect on student financial literacy. Meanwhile, gender, residence, and parents’ income have no significant effect on student financial literacy. This finding has implications for the leaders of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta to improve student financial literacy, for example providing personal finance education to undergraduate students in all faculties. Abstrak Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah menguji pengaruh gender, prestasi akademik, tempat tinggal, dan pendapatan orang tua terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa strata satu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 396 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik analisis regresi logistik multinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Sementara itu, gender, tempat tinggal, dan pendapatan orang tua tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini berimplikasi bagi pimpinan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan mahasiswa misalnya memberikan pendidikan keuangan individu pada mahasiswa strata satu di semua fakultas. Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of social media abuse most often carried out by teenagers because there are no specific requirements to examine how to use social media. Uniquely, the impact of cyberbullying in Indonesia can make victims viral and famous categorized as Micro-Celebrities. Micro-Celebrities are the ones famous for their content broadcasted through social media. This research aims to explain teenagers' motives in doing cyberbullying against Micro-Celebrities through social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenology approach. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with female teenage informants 15 – 17 years of age. The research was conducted at SMAN 4, Bekasi City, located in a suburban area where most teenagers are heavy social media users. Summary of research result shows that teenagers’ motives to do cyberbullying against Micro-Celebrities are: (1) feeling dislike of micro-celebrities personality; (2) intending to insinuate with unethical negative comments; (3) feeling envious and intending to incite; (4) feeling that micro-celebrities do not deserve popularity when compared to macro-celebrities. Cyberbullying by teenagers against micro-celebrities is in the form of negative comments in the comments column. These micro-celebrities are being bullied because they are considered to have gained popularity by spreading harmful content. Teenagers disagree with celebrities who are instantly famous because it is very unfair to celebrities who have creations and positively benefit society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove empirically whether capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Net Interest Margin and Company Size affect the profitability of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2020. The method in this study is regression analysis of panel data. The population in this study is all state-owned bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2020. Selection of samples by purposive sampling method, selected research samples as many as 4 state-owned bank companies. The data analysis technique in this study is regression of panel data using annual data. The results of the F test study showed all independent variables namely Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Net Interest Margin and Company Size significantly affect profitability. The results of the t test found that variable Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio negatively had no significant effect on profitability. Non-Performing Loans negatively and significantly affect profitability. Net Interest Margin has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Perusahaan Tambang di Kalimantan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dan data diolah dengan SPSS versi 22, metode pengolahan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Interntion Pada Perusahaan Tambang di Kalimantan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Involvement on Employee Loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), the Kebayoran Baru Branch office. The research method is quantitative with data collection through a survey using Google Forms distributed to employees of PT. Bank BRI Kebayoran Baru branch office with a total population of 193 and determining a sample with the Slovin formula as many as 45 respondents. The results showed that Perceived Organizational Support had an impact on employee loyalty and job involvement had an impact on employee loyalty. This research implies that PT. Bank BRI provides support to employees and involves employees in company activities, so that employees feel involved, and creates employee loyalty at Bank BRI Kebayoran Baru branch office.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the inhibiting factors for budget implementation and improve financial management through the development of an information system on budget realization at Universitas Berbasis Teknologi Modern (Modern Technology Based University - UBTM), a university in Banten focusing on modern technology. This is an applied research type with primary data obtained through focused group discussion using fishbone diagram analysis involving eleven informants. Based on the research, conditions and recommendations for improvement have been identified, which will then be prepared for the budget management flow process as the basis for preparing the budget realization information system. This system has set a monthly budget execution schedule, adequate internal control, and identified 34 work units with 91 users involved.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to figure out how compensation affects loyalty by giving people more power. It does this by using a quantitative method called SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 and Amos 24 programmes. The research instrument was put through tests to see if it was valid and if it could be trusted. In this study, 125 people answered a questionnaire. The data was collected using a saturated sampling method, meaning the whole population was used as a sample. Based on the results of this study, we know that the value of cr in H1 is 4.215.2. This means that it has significant results, which means that compensation variables significantly affect loyalty. Since H2 has a cr value of 2.860 2, we know that the empowerment variables have a big effect on loyalty. H3 has a value that says the total effect of pay on loyalty through empowerment is greater than the direct effect. This means that empowerment is an intervening variable that will help make teachers and staff more loyal.

Abstract

The price that investors are prepared to pay for a business's stock is a good indicator of the firm's value, and hence the stock market price is a good indicator of the value of the company. The CGPI, ROA, NIM, and NPL are just a few examples of parameters that will be investigated in order to ascertain the degree to which they have an impact on PBV. In this line of investigation, we make use of the common effect model in conjunction with the panel data regression technique. The research sample is State-Owned Banks in Indonesia, specifically Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) and Bank Mandiri (BMRI). The period from 2011 to 2020 will be examined by the research. According to the findings, CGPI, ROA, and NIM each have a considerable influence on PBV that is both positive and beneficial. It has been established that the variable NPL moderates by lowering the influence that CGPI has on PBV. On the other hand, it has not been demonstrated that the variables ROA and NIM moderate. This is because the NPL number, despite having increased, is still regarded to be within the tolerance limit, making it an acceptable risk despite the fact that it has increased.

Abstract

Diyakini bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. ROA, ROE dan NIM merupakan variabel profitabilitas dan LDR merupakan variabel likuiditas yang telah diuji pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV. Penelitian dilakukan pada empat bank BUMN di Indonesia, dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel model common effect periode 2011 hingga 2020. Hasil studi menyimpulkan ROA dan NIM memiliki pengaruh positif dan berarti terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi ROE tidak terbukti pengaruhnya. LDR berpengaruh negatif dan berarti, selanjutnya secara bersama-sama ROA, ROE, NIM serta LDR memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to solve payroll problems at Universitas Binamika Tangerang (UBT) by identifying factors that are considered to play a role in the preparation and determining the stages of the payroll system on the remuneration basis. Data collection and processing were carried out by means of focused group discussions using fishbone diagrams to obtain data related to the old payroll system and the new payroll system with the remuneration model. Discussions involving fifteen personnel as informants, documentation studies and observations were also carried out to complete data acquisition. The results of the study identified eight elements that are key to the successful preparation and implementation of a remuneration payroll system, namely type of employment, staffing level, payroll information system, layer determination, payroll element, performance indicator, system models, and implementation stage.
