Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat  kepuasan pengguna dalam hal ini mahasiswa dari STMIK XYZ terhadap layanan sistem pembelajaran online dengan cara melakukan identifikasi terhadap atribut-atribut kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan metode WebQual dan Model Kano. WebQual menyediakan dimensi-dimensi pengukuran tingkat kepuasan dan selanjutnya diukur dengan menggunakan Model Kano. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STMIK XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 22 atribut kepuasan dari WebQual yang dianalisis dengan Model Kano menunjukkan 19 atribut masuk ke dalam kategori One-dimensional, 2 atribut untuk kategori Attractive dan 1 atribut masuk ke dalam kategori Indifferent.

Abstract

a change in resource availability has been a concern of various parties. With the rapid economic growth in many parts of the world, global GDP is expected to increase from U.S. $ 70 trillion in 2008 to U.S. $ 135 trillion (increase 95%) in 2030. At the same time, the world population will grow from 6.7 billion people to 8.2 billion people. This phenomenon has prompted the more responsible and sustainable way to resource management, including resource management best-practice. Recent research from McKinsey suggests that the corporate sustainability practice has increased the ability of businesses to compete in the market. Recently, PT. X Indonesia has planned to implement corporate sustainable initiatives are more integrated, systematic, and continuous-based. Considering that corporate sustainability is a wide scope corporate initiative which involved many stakeholders both internal and external, PT. X Indonesia is very concerned about how to approach sustainability most effectively to gain sustainability competitive advantage through leverage their capabilities and will reduce future risk to sustainable growth of company’s business. The author has proposed the use of sustainability integration into business management systems through PDCA cycle of continuous improvement based on integrated management system approach. This solution would be basis to further develop PT. X Indonesia sustainability management practice in the areas of control, integration, and performance management. Implementation of final project is expected to optimize corporate sustainability initiatives to gain competitive advantage by ensuring their alignment to the achievement of business objectives and provide clarity and flexibility in managerial, measurement and assessment. The author has recommended implementation plan: establish objectives, prepare management programs, and monitoring progress in the last part of this document. Keyword: Corporate Sustainability, Integrated Management Systems, Business Management System, Organizational Capabilities, Stakeholders, Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

Abstract Academic Information System is an online and interactive learning information system owned by universities. Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.Keyword : Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance AnalysisAbstrakSistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Fungsinya sangat penting untuk mendukung kelancaran kegiatan akademik maupun peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ belum memenuhi harapan dari pengguna sehingga perlu upaya dari pihak pengelola untuk memperbaiki layanan yang diberikan untuk semua dimensi yang ada yaitu usability(U), information quality(I), interaction quality(A) terutama untuk variabel-vararibel yang termasuk dalam kuadran empatKata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akademik, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis

Abstract

Monte Carlo is a simulation method that using random numbers obtained from Linear Congruential Generator (multiplicative generator) as an approximation in estimating the number of visitors using previous time visitor data. The number of visitors who come to use internet services on internet cafes is often difficult to predict. Apart from some indicators that affect or may be experienced by the cafe owner with the activities of the internet service, it will  predicted the number of visitors using visitor data from 60 days ago with linear method congruential generator as scrambler and monte carlo method as estimator. The results obtained is the estimated number of visitor in uniform distribution [0,1] for the next 60 days that can be used as information for cafe owner.Keywords:Simulasi, Linier Congruential Generator, Monte Carlo, Estimasi, Random Number
