Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan Antara Job Insecurity Terhadap Stres Karyawan Pelaku Pariwisata Perhotelan Akibat Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Pada Karyawan Golden Palace Hotel Lombok). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penentuan sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu sampling aksidental dengan total kuesioner yang terkumpul 85 orang. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu Sampling aksidental. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap stres karyawan pelaku pariwisata perhotelan akibat dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pihak manajemen Golden Palace Hotel Lombok diharapkan dapat memperhatikan hasil dari penelitian ini khususnya berkaitan dengan job insecurity dengan tingkat sedang menurut penilaian responden pada masa pandemi ini, agar karyawan dapat tetap merasa aman dan tidak khawatir atas keberlanjutan karirnya. Diharapkan pula bagi pihak manajemen untuk mengelola stress karyawan agar selalu memberikan kinerja terbaiknya untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi saat ini merupakan sebuah kebutuhan dalam melakukan setiap aktivitas di hampir setiap bidang, terutama di dalam sebuah instansi. Tuntutan setiap aktivias ini yang menjadikan teknologi informasi sebagai bagian terpenting di dalam keberlangsungan kinerja yang sedang dijalankan oleh sebuah instansi. Salah satu bagian dari pengembangan teknologi informasi adalah sistem berbasis website yang pada saat ini telah berkembang pesat. Pada penulisan ini akan membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Gofoodies Lombok berbasis website menggunakan Framework Laravel dan Bootstrap, khususnya pada kinerja divisi merchant pada Gojek Indonesia cabang Lombok dalam memberikan kualitas dan konten informasi sehingga nantinya dapat membuat merchant menjadi lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi dan divisi merchant dapat dengan mudah mengelola informasi. Berdasarkan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu kinerja perusahaan dan didapatkan hasil pengujian dari sistem yang dibuat didapatkan hasil bahwa responden yang merupakan divisi merchant dan marketing setuju dengan sistem yang dibuat.

Abstract

Indonesian Government nowadays is focusing to develop the tourism sector area while some problems in companies in sectors of restaurant, hotel and touris, related to institutional ownership, managerial ownership, leverage, and the company profitability. This research then is aimed at analyzing the effect of institutional ownership and managerial ownership on the leverage, at analyzing the effect of institutional ownership and managerial ownership on the profitability, at analyzing the effect of leverage on the profitability, at analyzing the effect of institutional ownership on the profitability through leverage, at analyzing the effect of managerial ownership on the profitability through leverage. This research employed the path analysis. The research showed that institutional ownership have positive and significant effect on the leverage, the managerial ownership has negative and significant effect on leverage, institutional ownership have negative and significant effect on the profitability, managerial ownership has positive and significant effect on the profitability, leverage has negative and significant effect on the profitability, institutional ownership has negative and significant effect on the profitability through leverage, managerial ownership has positive dan significant effect on the profitability through leverage.Keywords : Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Leverage and Profitability

Abstract

With advances in technological development, people’s needs for fast and readily available services are on the rise. Therefore, many conventional banks started to develop their own brand of digital banking to accommodate these needs. This research is aimed to analyze the effect of third party funds (TPF) toward profitability and credit risk, effect of credit risk toward profitability, and indirect effect of third party funds toward profitability through credit risk by using path analysis method. This research shows that TPF do have a significantly negative effect toward credit risk and similar result of TPF toward profitability, a positive but insignificant effect of credit risk toward profitability, and lastly, TPF shows a direct effect toward profitability, which means that credit risk functioned as a partial mediation effect between TPF and profitability.

Abstract

The hardest part of doing research for some people is writing a research background and choosing the right research methods. The purpose of holding community service in the form of workshops with the theme of Scientific Article Writing and Research Methods is to provide training and guidelines for writing scientific papers and choosing the right research methods. The target of this community service is young lecturers / researchers of the Management Study Program, students of Semester V and Semester VII of S1 Management, Bumigora University. This workshop activity is considered important because the author realizes that new students and lecturers or researchers still need guidance to understand more deeply the steps that need to be done in each research phase. Community service in the form of workshops like this is expected to be a forum for lecturers and universities to provide guidance and knowledge to the target community, especially new students and lecturers. In addition, considering the importance of workshops with this theme, it is also hoped that this service activity can be a reference and inspiration for other institutions to hold similar activities.

Abstract

Students need knowledges about job prospects after graduating from the institutions so this activity is carried out using the sharing session/knowledge sharing method and the results of this service are 1) There is an increase in student and prospective students' knowledge about the prospects for management majors with 3 (three) concentrations both Management Human Resources, Marketing and Finance and 2) Be able to know and have a picture of how the world of work is in accordance with the knowledge gained during college and current job opportunities majoring in management, and 3) Can motivate students to study diligently and actively according to majors and concentrations he chooses to become graduates who are specialized and qualified and ready to work anywhere in accordance with the current needs of the world of work and industry.
