Kinerja pustakawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya diatur dalam jabatan fungsional dan angka kreditnya berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2014. Ketentuan tersebut diharapkan jabatan fungsional pustakawan mempunyai ruang lingkup tugas, tanggung jawab, wewenang, dan hak untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kepustakawanan. Motivasi kerja sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap kemajuan perpustakaan, pada dasarnya motivasi bersumber pada diri seseorang yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan atau berkembang melalui proses interaksinya dengan lingkungan melalui proses belajar. Sehingga perlu dianalisis hubungan karakteristik pustakawan dengan motivasi kerja, hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pustakawan, serta perbedaan motivasi pustakawan ahli dan terampil. Peneliian ini dilakukan di 30 instansi Kementerian Pertanian lingkup Jawa Barat dan Jakarta. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilaksanakan selama dua bulan terhitung dari bulan April-Mei 2017. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan sudah menjabat fungsional pustakawan, sehingga diharapkan mampu mendukung terlaksananya penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin berhubungan dengan Kebijakan perusahaan, dan tingkat pendidikan non formal berhubungan dengan kebijakan perusahaan serta gaji/tunjangan. Selanjutnya Pendidikan berhubungan dengan kebijakan perusahaan, Pengelolaan perpustakaan berhubungan dengan prestasi; pengakuan; pekerjaan itu sendiri; kemajuan; hubungan interpersonal; gaji/tunjangan. Serta pelayanan perpustakaan erhubungan dengan hubungan interpersonal dan gaji/tunjanga. Dilihat dari perbedaan motivasi pustakawan ahli dan terampil, hanya kualtas supervise/atasan yang memiliki perbedaan antara pustakawan ahli dan terampil.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kinerja, Pustakawan

Effectiveness of SL-PTT activity requires dynamic creativity in concocting the use of various methodsof learning appropriate. Effectiveness is the relationship between the objectives and results to beachieved, as the effects caused by their activities. The purpose of this study wanted to clarify theeffectiveness of the activities of rice based SL-PTT on the increase in the competencies (knowledge,skills and attitudes) learning objectives (farmers) in the province of Banten. Location of the studyconducted in four districts in Banten province, namely : Serang, Pandeglang, Lebak and Tangerang.respondents and the research informants purposively determined in accordance with the problems andresearch objectives. Data collection through focus group discussions and interviews. Data wereanalyzed by descriptive analytical to explain the effectiveness of SL-PTT activity as measured by theparameters level of knowledge, skills and attitude of the respondent farmers. The level of learningeffectiveness SL-PTT rice in Banten province there is a gap between the level of competence of thefarmer participants and non participants SL-PTT rice.

TV food advertisements are designed to cultivate positive portrait of the food advertised. Married rural women have dominant role in providing food for family and more possibility to make TV as the main source of information about food. The study aimed to examine the exposure of TV advertisements about industrial processed food on married rural women, the attitude of married rural women towards industrial processed food, and to analyse relationship between the exposure of TV advertisements and the attitude towards industrial processed food. Based on a survey conducted on 104 married rural women with children,who were TV audience and aged 20-60 in Curugbitung Village, Nanggung District, Bogor Regency, it was known that TV food advertisements exposure of respondents were moderate (56%) and high (44%), while their attitude towards industrial processed food were positive (27%) and neutral (73%). A highly significant positive correlation (r = 0.254, p < 0.01) between TV food advertisements and attitude towards industrial processed food on respondents was revealed by Spearman’s rank test. The results implicated that food TVadvertisements were not respondents’ main source of information about food. Analysis of total food TV content and interpersonal information channel of married rural women would be necessary. Keywords : attitude, exposure, processed food, rural women, TV advertisement

This study aims to (1) describe communication competence of facilitator on Simantri programme, (2) describe the level of farmer satisfaction toward facilitator, (3) analyze the relationship of internal and external factors offacilitator with their communication competence, and (4) analyze the relationship of facilitator communication competence with farmer satisfaction. It was a survey study and the unit of analysis was the outsourcing facilitator ofSimantri programme. The respondents were 30 facilitators and 150 farmers of Simantri in Klungkung and Jembrana Regency. The methods of collecting data were questionnaire and interview. The data analyzing technique useddescriptive analyzing, Rank Spearman, and Mann-Whitney assisted by SPSS 22.0. The result indicated (1) the level of communication competence of facilitators in Klungkung and Jembrana are generally high (based on self-report and receiver-report); (2) the level of farmers satisfaction are high; (3) internal factor of facilitator has significant correlations with their communication competence and external factor of facilitator (the number of training) hassignificant correlations with their communication competence; (4) almost all indicators on facilitator communication competence has significant correlations with farmer satisfaction. Librarians at the Ministry of Agriculture are civil servants (PNS), who are appointed through a selection process whose duties and positions are governed in functional positions and credit figures based on ministerial regulations on the utilization of the state apparatus and the reform of the Indonesian bureaucracy. The librarian's profession as a civil servant is closely related to how they are able to communicate interpersonally and how it can support their performance as government employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the description of librarians of the ministry of agriculture, to analyze the relationship of librarian characteristics with the competence of interpersonal communication and to analyze the relation of competence of interpersonal communication and librarian performance. As well as analyzing the differences of interpersonal communication and the performance of expert librarians and skilled librarians. The research was conducted at library institution of Ministry of Agriculture with the number of respondents was 72 people. Data collection in the field was conducted during May 2017. The data obtained were processed using descriptive statistics, srearman ranks and chi-square to find relationships between variables. The majority of librarians judge that the competence of their interpersonal communication is in the category of both skilled librarians and expert librarians. Relationship characteristic with interpersonal communication occurs only on indicator of gender relationship to supportiveness and positiveness, formal and norformal education level to Positiveness. Performance has a relationship with interpersonal communication based on credit score only on indicator supportiveness. Overall performance indicators of work behavior assessment are significantly related to interpersonal communication. Empathy, Positiveness and supportiveness of expert and skilled librarians have real differences. While the performance of expert and skilled librarians has no real difference.

Untuk mengundang partisipasi pemustaka dalam library 2.0, Perpustakaan Nasional RI membuka account Facebook Fan Page. Keterlibatan pihak-pihak yang berpartisipasi dalam library 2.0 ini didasari oleh kepercayaan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan hubungan dimensi kepercayaan yang terdiri dari kemampuan, kebaikan hati, dan integritas pustakawan dengan partisipasi pemustaka melalui penerapan Facebook Fan Page di Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisa untuk menganalisis data adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode estimasi Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan menggunakan alat bantu software AMOS 21. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 169 responden, sehingga dapat dianggap mencukupi ketentuan minimal SEM. Hasil analisis dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa hanya variabel integritas pustakawan yang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepercayaan pemustaka pengguna Facebook Fan Page Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Sedangkan variabel integritas pustakawan dan kepercayaan pemustaka menjadi variabel-variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel partisipasi pemustaka pengguna Facebook Fan Page Perpustakaan Nasional RI.Kata kunci: Web 2.0, Library 2.0, Facebook Fan Page, Structural Equation Model, Kepercayaan, Partisipasi, Perpustakaan Nasional RI
