Abstract

SMA N 1 Kutasari adalah salah satu sekolah yang turut memberikan upaya dalam membantu siswa untuk terus bersekolah dengan memberikan pembebasan biaya operasional sekolah. Keputusan penerima pembebasan operasional melibatkan banyak pihak sehingga menyebabkan permasalahan berupa kurang subjektif dalam penilaian dan kurang tepatnya sasaran penerima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun Decision Support System penerima pembebasan operasional untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dalam proses seleksi. Proses perhitungan yang digunakan dalam Decision Support System ini adalah kombinasi antara metode Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk mengambil keputusan dengan memberikan prioritas yang efektif atas persoalan yang kompleks dan Borda yang mampu menyatukan beberapa keputusan menjadi keputusan bersama. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan kelompok dengan kriteria penilaian dari waka kesiswaan, wali kelas dan guru BK. Dari masing-masing kriteria juga terdapat subkriteria. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk proses perhitungan dari pembuatan matriks sampai dengan perankingan sedangkan metode borda digunakan untuk menghitung hasil akhir rata-rata penilaian dari masing-masing kriteria. Perhitungan difokuskan pada kelas X dan diambil 10 nama siswa dengan score penilaian tertinggi. AbstractSMA N 1 Kutasari is one of the schools that helped give an effort to help students to continue going to school by giving school operational costs free. Decision recipients of operational exemptions involve many parties so that the assessment is less subjective as a result there are students who can afford financially but receive operational exemptions. With the condition of the recipient of the exemption of operational costs that are not right will give problems to the school because there are still students who are supposed to get exemption from school operational costs so that it continues to burden SMAN 1 Kutasari. To reduce or eliminate inappropriate decisions, a decision support system is needed. The existence of a Decision Support System for operational exemption recipients aims to overcome the problems that exist in the selection process. Stages of research conducted include data collection, problem identification, AHP Method Calculation and Borda Method Calculation. Calculation Results Analytical Hierarchy Process method for making decisions by giving effective priority to complex problems and Borda which is able to unite several decisions into joint decisions. From this study produced a decision support system so that it can reduce the problem of decision making that is not appropriate in accordance with the criteria of recipients of operational exemption from schools.

Abstract

Governance and planning for aligning business strategies with strategies in managing Information systems (SI) is the main key in winning business competition in each organization. Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital as a business organization engaged in health cannot be separated from this, but the problem of governance and the lack of alignment between the current business strategy and the SI strategy make the Ananda General Hospital Purwokerto less in terms of service issues. For this reason, an evaluation of the existing SI governance is needed at Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital. COBIT 5 can be used to evaluate SI governance, because in COBIT 5 there are 5 domains consisting of 2 categories, namely the category of governance domain and management domain, for problems experienced by Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital can use the EDM and APO domains on COBIT 5. The results expected are in the form of measuring the level of governance implementation of SIR Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital in the EDM and APO domains, so that the best recommendations can be given based on the COBIT 5 framework.

Abstract

Ananda Purwokerto Hospital already has system such as hospital information system (SIRUS), website and mobile application. but in the process of using information technology there are still many obstacles and prevention of problems that have not been well documented resulting in losses. This research is about design business continuity plan that functions to maintain the business continuity of the company so that it continues to run when information technology in the company is disrupted, where this study uses the 22301 international standard organization framework. This standard will greatly help the company in the process of develop business continuity plan with an identification methodology and analysis of the use information technology and the risks that will arise in the company. The evaluation results have not yet implemented the overall business continuity plan and many employees have not yet realized the importance of business continuity plan in the use of information technology. From the analysis, it turns out that there is no business continuity plan process implemented so that business continuity plan is designed that refers to international standard organization 22301, cluase 4: context of organization, cluase 5: leadership, cluase 6: planning, clause 7: support.

Abstract

Terjadinya pendemi COVID-19 mengharuskan para guru harus berinovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Menteri pendidikan juga mengeluarkan surat edaran tentang pembelajaran berbasis daring. Pembelajaran daring hampir dilakukan diseluruh sekolah yang ada di Indonesia tidak terkecuali di Sekolah SD Negeri 1 Beji. Di SD Negeri 1 Beji menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp untuk berkomunikasi dan melakukan pembelajaran terhadap siswa. Dari proses pembelajar tersebut, guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik. Sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan pengembangan proses pembelajaran bagi guru yang bertujuan agar guru lebih berinovasi dalam memberikan materi pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktikum secara langsung. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan para peserta pelatihan tentang penggunaan google meet, zoom dan mengupload video di youtube. Hasil yang lain adalah meningkatkan inovasi guru dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis daring

Abstract

At present business competition in Indonesia is getting tougher, including business competition in the field of wig making. PT Mono Jaya is one of the companies engaged in the production of wigs that are in Kroya, Cilacap district, Central Java. To increase competitiveness against its competitors, companies must be able to create new innovations and use information systems that are in accordance with the needs of the company as a support to improve performance, increase competitiveness against its competitors, and realize the company's goals. But to get an information system that fits the needs of the company, it requires an information system strategic planning. This study uses the Ward And Peppard method, the tools used are SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis, Five Force Porter Model analysis, Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis, and Balaced ScoreCard (BSC) analysis. The final results of this study are in the form of information system portfolio recommendations that are needed by PT Mono Jaya to improve the competitiveness of the company

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi saat ini luar biasa, banyak perguruan tinggi menerapakan sistem informasi untuk melayani mahasiswa salah satunya adalah STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Banyak sistem yang telah diterapkan salah satunya adalah E-Skripsi yang dibuat untuk dosen membimbing mahasiswa. Namun masih banyak dosen yang belum bisa menggunakan aplikasi ini dengan baik terutama dosen non program studi karena belum adanya panduan penggunaan sistem secara tertulis, budaya terbiasa menggunakan sistem konvensional dan aplikasi tersebut juga masih dalam proses pengembangan. Maka perlu dilakukan suatu analisis identifikasi tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem E-Skripsi. Salah satu metode untuk melakukan analisis tingkat penerimaan sistem adalah metode Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). UTAUT merupakan sebuah model untuk menjelaskan perilaku pengguna terhadap teknologi informasi. Hasil menunjukan variabel X1, X2 dan X3 terhadap Y diterima namun variabel X4 dan Y terhadap Z ditolak

Abstract

Bertambahnya ketergantungan organisasi terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi dalam rutinan sejalan dengan ancaman dan risiko yang timbul dari penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut. Permasalahan penggunaan sistem informasi juga dialami oleh Tripio Purwokerto. Tripio merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi di Purwokerto. Tripio memiliki dua sistem informasi untuk menunjang proses bisnisnya yaitu website dan Point of Sales (POS) systems. Dalam penggunaan sistem informasi mengalami permasalahan seperti server mengalami error, jaringan yang bermasalah, data yang rusak karena terkena virus dan human error. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui risiko dan juga dampak dari penggunaan sistem informasi di Tripio Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan adalah International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 3100:2018 dan standar pengendalian menggunakan International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001:2013. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat 15 risiko yang terdiri dari 6 risiko dengan tingkat risiko high, 7 risiko dengan tingkat risiko medium, dan 2 risiko dengan tingkat risiko low. Rekomendasi kontrol yang digunakan mengacu pada ISO 27001:2013 bagian human recource security, access control, physical and environmental security, operations security, protection from malware, communications security, system acquisition, development and maintenance.

Abstract

The Banyumas Regency DPRD is a Regional People's Representative Institution that is located as an organizing element of local government as a representation of the people, Banyumas District DPRD has legislative, budgetary and supervisory functions. To help the process of sending and receiving mail, the E-Office application is used to facilitate transactions. There are obstacles in using the E-Office application, namely the existence of information network interruptions causing delays in the process of correspondence to be disrupted, the number of employees who have not been able to use the application properly, there is no statistical report on the delivery of correspondence. The method used uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as the method of analysis. The results of this study are all variables from the TAM and UTAUT methods which are tested with the results of H0 being rejected, H1 is accepted meaning that all variables have positive significance

Abstract

Karang Taruna aims to realize the growth and development of every member of society who is qualified, skilled, intelligent, innovative, characterized and has social awareness and responsibility in preventing, counteracting, overcoming and anticipating various social welfare issues, especially the younger generation, the quality of social welfare of each member the community, especially the younger generation in the village / kelurahan in an integrated, directed, comprehensive and sustainable manner, the development of business towards the independence of every member of the community, especially the younger generation and the development of partnerships that ensure increased capability and potential of young people in a directed and sustainable manner. This is reflected in the vision of cadets by Beji Village 5, namely: "Creating young people who are creative, innovative, productive and social" and one of the missions "Improving HR for a better future through the social field". One of the work programs is training for its members. This work program is under the coordinator of education and training. Community service activities in the form of computer technician training for administrators and members of Karangtaruna have been carried out. The knowledge of the management and members of Karangtaruna village of Beji regarding computer technicians in general increased compared to before conducting the training indicated by the results of the interview. With the training of computer technicians the management and members become aware of the name of the hardware, maintenance and trouble shooting associated with computer technicians.

Abstract

Impact of COVID-19 is very influential in various fields, one of which is the field of education with online learning through government regulations. The implementation of the learning from home policy will be implemented starting in mid-March 2020. With home learning, a teacher is still required to administer the daily agenda of learning activities. Currently the teacher's daily agenda is still in the form of books, with learning from home this makes it increasingly difficult for principals to check and supervise learning activities carried out by teachers, homeroom supervision of students is increasingly difficult. So there needs to be a breakthrough in the online learning process, one of which is through the website. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based teacher activity agenda information system. the system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. the results of this study have created a web-based teacher activity agenda information system, after the Alpha test with the blackbox method got the results that the existing features were running well in accordance with their functions
