Abstract

The feasibility of a home for family residence is the basis for growing and developing a better family life. The roof, floor, and walls are data on the indicator of the feasibility of the house at the time of the survey. The need for a system that can display RTLH locations in the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) accompanied by detailed RTLH data and photos. This study explains how the system tracks the location of RTLH survey data officers using Android GPS, then represents it on WebGIS. The tracking method starts when the clerk fills out the home data input form via the Android application. Location coordinates in the form of latitude and longitude will be detected automatically and become input parameters accompanied by photos and RTLH data details. Offline data will be stored in SQLite then sent to MySQL via database synchronization while online. The purpose of this research is to establish a location tracking system for RTLH survey officers to facilitate the validation process of data suitability between data and facts in the field. This system managed to track the location of RTLH survey officers by being marked by the appearance of markers on the Google Map on the WebGIS application. From a total of 14,949 houses in Kota Solok in December 2018, there were 938 RTLH. From 938 RTLH, the coordinates of the location of latitude and longitude are 100%.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that often experiencing natural disaster, both because of geological factors and because of human activities. For example, floods or landslides. These kind of disasters also experienced by West Sumatra, especially in the city of Padang. Post-disaster control that had happened in Padang before meet some difficulty in processing data victims. Family has to recognize the identity and characteristics of the victims while there are not enough hints about the location of the disaster. A government agency for Disaster Management (BPBD) made the information system for searching the disaster victims in the Padang City easier for some stakeholder especially the families of the victims to identify their families. Data will be fast and easy to accessed by anyone, especially by family in identifying their missing family members. This system also can provide information about the searching location.

Abstract

Abstract Attendance data is very important for a company and institution. Attendance data will be used to pay salaries, bonuses, and employee performance reports. Currently, many companies have used mobile attendance applications for processing employee attendance data, but these applications can be used anywhere, thus allowing fraudulent attendance taking by employees. For example, employees can take attendance from home, even though the employee does not come to work or is late. This gave rise to the idea for the author to create a mobile attendance application based on location coordinate mapping so that attendance can only be done at a predetermined location. This application design methodology uses the prototyping method. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the authors have done, it can be concluded that the presence of a mobile attendance application based on location coordinate mapping can facilitate the management of employee attendance and can prevent fraudulent attendance taking by employees. Keywords: attendance, employees, mobile applications, mapping, location coordinates Abstrak Data absensi merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan dan institusi. Data absensi akan digunakan untuk kepentingan pembayaran gaji, bonus, serta laporan kinerja karyawan . Saat ini telah banyak perusahaan menggunakan aplikasi absensi mobile untuk pengolahan data absensi karyawannya, namun aplikasi tersebut dapat gunakan di mana saja, sehingga memungkinkan terjadi kecurangan pengambilan absensi oleh karyawan. Sebagai contoh karyawan dapat mengambil absensi dari rumah, padahal karyawan tesebut tidak masuk kerja atau terlambat. Hal ini memunculkan gagasan bagi penulis untuk membuat suatu aplikasi absensi mobile berbasis maping koordinat lokasi, sehingga absensi hanya dapat di lakukan pada lokasi yang sudah di tentukan saja. Metodologi perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah penulis lakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi absensi mobile berbasis maping koordinat lokasi dapat mempermudah pengelolaan absensi karyawan dan dapat mencegah kecurangan pengambilan absensi oleh karyawan. Kata kunci: absensi, karyawan, aplikasi mobile, mapping, koordinat lokasi
