Abstract

Dictionary of medicine in the form of a thick book has many disadvantages, one of which is impractical. This is the reason for Indonesian developers to create drugs e-Dictionary. But the drugs e-Dictionary that has been developed is still in the form of a letter index so that users must search the terms one by one in sequential order. This has become so inefficient and ineffective that it is necessary to add a search function and query suggestion feature to the drug e-dictionary. The purpose of this study is to build a query suggestion facility on drugs e-Dictionary using the Levenshtein Distance algorithm. The stages of this research consist of the Development of web-based drugs e-Dictionary, Implementation of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm, Query Suggestion Testing, and Usage. Based on the results of the implementation of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm and test results, Drugs e-Dictionary can evaluate words that are not in the database. The query suggestion function works by producing the closest word output contained in the database.

Abstract

Selama kehamilan, seorang ibu sering mengalami mual, muntah, sakit punggung, atau indikasi penyakit ringan lainnya. Terkadang hal ini menghasilkan keputusan untuk minum obat tanpa resep dokter atau bidan. Perilaku seperti itu dapat menyebabkan risiko cacat janin. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang obat-obatan yang dapat dikonsumsi selama hamil. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mengumpulkan pengetahuan tentang obat-obatan yang aman untuk dikonsumsi wanita hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMS) obat berbasis Android untuk wanita hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) yang terdiri atas beberapa tahap, yaitu evaluasi infrastruktur, pembentukan tim,  menangkap pengetahuan, merancang cetak biru  KMS, verifikasi dan validasi, implementasi KMS, dan pengujian KMS. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan pengetahuan tacit dan explicit mengenai obat ibu hamil. KMS Obat Ibu Hamil ini dilengkapi dua fungsi pencarian, yaitu pencarian berdasarkan nama obat dan pencarian berdasarkan keluhan nyeri atau indikasi penyakit. Pengetahuan Obat yang ada di KMS telah diverifikasi dan divalidasi. Pengembangan KMS Obat telah dilengkapi fiturnya sesuai dengan hasil proses penangkapan pengetahuan dari pakar. Adapun KMS Obat Ibu Hamil lebih lengkap 72% fiturnya dibandingkan dengan aplikasi yang telah berjalan, yakni MomsMed. KMS ini telah diuji fungsionalitas dan kompatibilitasnya, sehingga berfungsi dan kompatibel untuk versi Android 5.0, Lollipop (API level 21) ke atas. Terakhir, KMS ini dapat membantu ibu hamil dalam mencari pengetahuan tentang keamanan obat yang akan dikonsumsi ibu hamil sehingga tidak berisko pada janin. AbstractDuring pregnancy, a mother often experiences nausea, vomiting, back pain, or other indications of minor illness. Sometimes this results in the decision to take medication without a prescription from a doctor or midwife. Such behavior can cause the risk of fetal defects. This can occur due to a lack of knowledge about medicines that can be consumed during pregnancy. Therefore, we need a system that collects knowledge about medicines that are safe for consumption by pregnant women. This study aims to build an Android-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) of medicines for pregnant women. This research uses the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method which consists of several stages, namely evaluation of infrastructure, team building, knowledge capture, design of the KMS blueprint, verification and validation, implementation of KMS, and KMS testing. This study has produced tacit and explicit knowledge regarding the medicines of pregnant women. KMS for Pregnant Women Medicines is equipped with two search functions, namely searching by medicine name and searching based on complaints of pain or indication of disease. Drug knowledge in KMS has been verified and validated. The development of KMS has been equipped with features under the results of the process of capturing knowledge from experts. The KMS for Pregnant Women is 72% more complete than the existing application, namely MomsMed. This KMS has been tested for functionality and compatibility, so it works and is compatible with Android versions 5.0, Lollipop (API level 21) and above. Finally, this KMS can assist pregnant women in seeking knowledge about the safety of drugs that are to be consumed so that there is no risk of the fetus.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid 19 melumpuhkan aktivitas masyarakat termasuk didalamnya adalah aktivitas pembelajaran. Sampai saat ini pemerintah belum memberikan izin aktifitas pembelajaran diselenggarakan secara luring. Sehingga pembelajaran daring menjadi pilihan yang harus dilakukan. Dalam menyiapkan pembelajaran daring dibutuhkan suatu kemampuan tertentu yang harus dimiliki oleh dosen dalam menyiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang akan diberikan pada mahasiswa. Untuk itu diperlukan pelatihan Learning Management System (LMS) di Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Pakuan Bogor menggunakan media Zoom Meeting untuk peserta online dan praktik bagi peserta offline dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan.  Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan LMS berbasis Moodle ini adalah (1) untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada para dosen dalam mempersiapkan materi, tugas-tugas terstuktur dan forum diskusi dari mata kuliah (2) melakukan evaluasi dari pelatihan LMS berbasis Moodle.  Kegiatan pelatihan Learning Management System meliputi tahap: 1) Persiapan dan pendaftaran 2) pelatihan, 3) Simulasi dan diskusi, dan 4) tahap evaluasi dengan pemberian angket pada para peserta.  Fitur fitur yang diberikan pada pelatihan meliputi Profil Matakuliah, Upload Materi, Kuis, Assessment, Forum, Attendace, Feedback, Grading. Sedangkan Fitur tambahan e-learning, yaitu Bank Soal, Convert PPT to Video/ Pdf, Embedded Video, Conference, Label. Evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan diperoleh dari hasil umpan balik pengisian kuisioner peserta pelatihan.  Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa kredibilitas instruktur dan metode pelatihan berpengaruh pada peningkatan kemampuan para dosen dalam menggunakan elearning dan mendukung penyelenggaraan pembelajaran daring pada masa Pademi Covid 19. Abstract:  The Covid 19 pandemic has paralyzed community activities, including learning activities. Until now, the government has not given permission for learning activities to be held offline. So that online learning becomes a choice that must be done. In preparing online learning, a certain ability must be possessed by lecturers in preparing learning materials that will be given to students. For this reason, a Learning Management System (LMS) training is required at the Vocational School of Pakuan University, Bogor using Zoom Meeting media for online participants and practice for offline participants by implementing health protocols. The objectives of this Moodle-based LMS training activity are (1) to provide skills to lecturers in preparing materials, structured assignments and discussion forums from courses (2) to evaluate the Moodle-based LMS training. Learning Management System training activities include the following stages: 1) Preparation and registration 2) training, 3) Simulation and discussion, and 4) evaluation stage by giving questionnaires to participants. The features provided in the training include Subject Profiles, Material Uploads, Quizzes, Assessment, Forum, Attendace, Feedback, Grading. While the additional e-learning features, namely Question Bank, Convert PPT to Video / Pdf, Embedded Video, Conference, Label. Evaluation of training activities is obtained from the results of the feedback filling out the training participants' questionnaires. From the results of data processing, it was found that the credibility of instructors and training methods had an effect on increasing the ability of lecturers to use e-learning and supporting the implementation of online learning during the Covid Pademi 19.

Abstract

The use and management of e-Government websites as a mean of public service among Kelurahan Ciwaringin Bogor (Ciwaringin Bogor Village) officials are still considered low. This has implications on the level of online public services in Ciwaringin Bogor Village which is less optimal. This research aims to provide website management training and to conduct an evaluation on information and communications technology (ICT) literacy prior to (plan) and after (reflect) the training of Ciwaringin Bogor Village authorities in order to optimize the usage of e-Government website for public service improvement purpose. The research method consists of three stages, namely: Planning, Website Management Training, and Reflecting. The training is conducted 10 times from February 2019 to April 2019. Based on evaluation of the planning and reflecting stages, the authorities are ready for ICT usage and management as there is a significant improvement in e-Government website management skill of the Ciwaringin Bogor Village authorities from 40% to 80%.

Abstract

An Android-based medicines knowledge management system (KMS) application has been built as a result of a research about the usage of medicines on pregnant women. Usability testing is needed to be used to measure the success rate of the implementation of this mobile application. In this study, the Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire method is used, with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the test results, it shows that the KMS application for pregnant women has a high usability result, with each component score, namely Usefulness reaches 86%, Ease of Use of 86%, and Satisfaction of 84%. On average, 85% indicates that the Android-based medicines KMS application for pregnant women has high quality attributes in ease of use. In addition, this application already has criteria to meet the needs of users, especially pregnant women, to easily find information and knowledge about medicines that are safe to consume during pregnancy to relieve pain or pregnancy complaints.

Abstract

The Dictionary of Medicine in the form of a physical book has many drawbacks, one of them is its thickness makes it impractical to be carried. This becomes a motivation to develop drug dictionary applications in the form of a Drugs e-Dictionary. One of the developed Drugs e-Dictionary uses A-Z index-based approach to discover any drug terms. This approach is less effective and less efficient timewise. Therefore, it is necessary to add a search function that has an autocorrect feature to aid the user. The purpose of this study is to build a search module that has an autocorrect feature on Drugs e-Dictionary using the Levenshtein Distance algorithm. The methodology or the stages of this research divided into the construction of a search module on Drugs e-Dictionary, implementation of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm, and autocorrect validation test. The results of the algorithm implementation show that the search module with the autocorrect feature can detect typing errors in the inputted terms by producing the closest drug term output in the database, then automatically provide suggestions for improvement and display the results of the improved drug terms to the user. it reaches 90% accuracy of inputted query, with 90% precision and 90% recall.

Abstract

Pencarian pada sistem repository belum menggunakan algoritma pencarian sehingga hasil pencarian dari sistem tersebut belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya implementasi algorima pencarian yang akan membantu menghasilkan hasil pencarian yang cepat dan optimal. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasi Algoritma KMP pada fungsi pencarian dalam sistem repository tugas akhir. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tahap System Development Life Cycle yang terdiri atas analisis, rancangan sistem pencarian, implementasi algoritma KMP dan pengujian. Algoritma KMP berhasil diimplementasikan pada fungsi pencarian aplikasi repository tugas akhir. Hasil pengujian performa menunjukan bahwa rata-rata performa algoritma KMP dalam menemukan kata di form pencarian adalah 0.0138 detik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa algoritma KMP sudah cukup cepat dan optimal dalam fungsi pencarian pada aplikasi repository tugas akhir Diploma Manajemen Informatika

Abstract

Recording and monitoring rabbit reproduction data at Balai Penelitian Ternak (Balitnak) are yet integrated using systematic recording and searching system approach. Thus the purpose of this study is to build an interactive web monitoring and recording rabbit reproduction system as well as implementing the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm in order to provide a reliable search function. This research produced an interactive monitoring of recording rabbit reproduction data which record important information about rabbit codes, dates (mating, palpation, childbirth, 21 days, 35 days), weight (mating, palpation, after giving birth, 21 days, 35 days ), the number of children born alive or dead (giving birth, 21 days, 35 days). The results of the implementation of the KMP algorithm generated a search with a time of 0.015095 milliseconds with an algorithm test based on the search for rabbit names as many as 20 types of rabbits.

Abstract

Abstrak Teaching Factory (TEFA) merupakan pembelajaran kompetensi yang melibatkan industri dimana pembelajaran tersebut tidak hanya berorientasi pada bisnis tetapi juga berorientasi pada produksi. Pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan industri banyak mengimplementasi ICT untuk mendukung program kerja. Selain itu, pada kondisi ini menjadikan masyarakat harus belajar cepat terhadap penggunaan IT. Oleh karenanya, SMK berbasis IT menjadi sasaran dalam Teaching Factory. Berdasarkan data SMK yang ada di Kota Bogor maka perlu untuk dilakukan pengelompokkan terhadap bidang kejuruan yang akan menjadi landasan dalam sasaran. Adapun sebaran SMK menggunakan pendekatan teknologi SIG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan sebaran SMK bidang Teknologi Informasi di Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode incremental. Adapun tahapan utama pada metode ini, yaitu analisis, design, code, testing. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, terdapat 15% sekolah negeri dan swasta telah berstatus melaksanakan teaching factory, namun masih terdapat sekolah yang belum melaksanakan teaching factory. Ada sekitar 50% SMK berbasis TIK di Kota Bogor, namun belum semua melaksanakan teaching factory, baru 8% SMK Negeri dan Swasta yang sudah melaksanakan teaching factori di bidang IT. Hal inilah yang dapat menjadi sasaran bagi stakeholder industri untuk dapat bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah dalam melaksanakan teaching factory guna membangkitkan bidang usaha pasca pandemi covid-19. Abstract Teaching Factory (TEFA) is a competency learning that involves industry where the learning is not only business-oriented but also production-oriented. The Covid-19 pandemic has made many industries implement information and communication technology (ICT) to support work programs. In addition, this condition makes people have to learn quickly to use IT. Therefore, IT-based Vocational Schools are the targets in the Teaching Factory. Based on the data of SMK in Bogor City, it is necessary to group the vocational fields which will be the basis for the target. The distribution of SMK uses a GIS technology approach. This study aims to map the distribution of SMK in the field of Information Technology in the city of Bogor. The method used in this research is the incremental method. The main stages of this method are analysis, design, code, and testing. Based on observations, there are 15% of public and private schools have implemented a teaching factory, but there are still schools that have not implemented a teaching factory. There are around 50% of ICT-based SMKs in Bogor City, but not all of them have implemented teaching factories, only 8% of Public and Private Vocational Schools have implemented teaching factories in the IT field. This can be a target for industrial stakeholders to be able to work together with schools in carrying out teaching factories to revive the business sector after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang berkembang didalam bidang retail waralaba sangat dibutuhkan suatu layanan complain online untuk wadah komunikasi antara toko dan kantor bila terjadi masalah pada toko. Dan layanan complain online tersebut sudah ada dan diberikan tanggung jawab ke department EDP (electronic data processing) untuk menyelesaikan complain tersebut. Namun, pada perusahaan peneliti belum tersedia layanan complain online antar departemen. Sistem complain yang sedang berjalan hanya menggunakan 1 telfon kantor untuk menghubungi IT Support bila terjadi masalah jaringan/komputer. Hal ini tentu menjadi hambatan bila terjadi complain dari beberapa department dalam satu waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi helpdesk teknologi informasi berbasis website. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang tahapannya terdiri atas analisis kebutuhan fungsional, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berbasis website yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan complain, fitur rate penilaian karyawan menggunakan SLA dan fitur laporan complain. Aplikasi ini telah diuji menggunakan blackbox testing dengan nilai skor uji adalah 100%.  Aplikasi ini telah  berjalan sesuai dengan output yang diharapkan.
