Abstract

Kota Toboali merupakan ibukota Kabupaten Bangka Selatan yang telah menjadi daerah tujuan wisata baru karena keindahan yang dimiliki dan didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Oleh sebab itu fasilitas wisata terus dikembangkan hingga saat ini. Namun banyak wisatawan dari daerah lain yang mengalami kesulitan dalam perjalanannya menuju tujuan wisata di Kota Toboali. Hal ini dikarenakan mereka belum mengenal letak geografis Kota Toboali. Kesulitan yang dialami para wisatawan ini adalah dalam hal mengetahui dan menentukan jalan yang akan dilalui menuju ke tujuan wisatanya. Untuk itu dibuatlah sistem informasi geografis yang berbasis web dan dilengkapi dengan fungsi penentuan jarak terpendek menggunakan Algoritme Dijkstra agar dapat lebih cepat sampai pada tujuan wisata. Sistem dirancang berbasis web agar lebih banyak orang yang menggunakannya. Dalam penelitian ini juga dibahas mengenai cara perhitungan manual algoritme Dijkstra, selain itu untuk pembuktian hasil perhitungan, diberikan pula berupa contoh kasus penentuan jarak terpendek di salah satu sudut Kota Toboali. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem informasi pariwisata Kota Toboali yang dapat menentukan jarak terpendek menuju lokasi wisata. Dari hasil pengujian algoritme dapat dibuktikan bahwa sistem mampu menentukan jarak terpendek dari titik awal yang ditentukan pengguna menuju titik tujuan wisatanya. Dari pengujian blackbox didapat hasil bahwa fungional sistem memiliki kinerja yang baik.   AbstractToboali City is the capital of South Bangka Regency which has become a new tourist destination because of its beauty and supported by local government policies. Therefore tourism facilities continue to be developed to date. However, many tourists from other regions experience difficulties on their way to tourist destinations in Toboali City. This is because they do not know the geographical location of Toboali City. The difficulty experienced by these tourists is in terms of knowing and determining the path to be traveled to the destination. For this reason, a geographic information system based on the web was made and equipped with the shortest distance determination function using the Dijkstra algorithm to be able to reach tourist destinations faster. The system is designed web-based so that more people use it. In this study also discussed how the manual calculation of the Dijkstra algorithm, in addition to proof of calculations, is also given in the form of a case in determining the shortest distance in one corner of the city of Toboali. The results of the research in the form of the Toboali City tourism information system that can determine the shortest distance to the tourist location. From the algorithm test results it can be proven that the system is able to determine the shortest distance from the user-specified starting point to the destination point of the tour. From the blackbox testing, the results show that functional systems have good performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sudah diterapkan pada pelaksanaan ujian masuk POLRI yang diadakan oleh Polda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Kegiatan ini secara rutin diadakan setiap tahunnya. Sistem yang digunakan adalah Ujian Masuk berbasis Komputer (Computer Base Test). Seiring berjalannya waktu, ditemukan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan tes ujian masuk POLRI ini, yakni masih terjadinya tindakan kecurangan yang dilakukan peserta ujian, seperti mencontek dan meminta atau mencocokkan jawaban dengan rekan di sebelahnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diusulkan penggunaan algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle untuk melakukan pengacakan soal pada tes ujian masuk POLRI ini. Keunggulan dari algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle berupa tingkat efektivitas dari metode pengacakannya serta kompleksitas algoritmanya yang optimal yaitu O(n). Dengan diterapkannya algoritma pengacakan ini, maka peserta ujian akan kesulitan melakukan tindak kecurangan, karena urutan soal sudah diacak dan berbeda-beda setiap orangnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dengan tahap-tahap berupa pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan system, implementasi, dan pengujian system. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox, sistem yang dibangun sudah berhasil melakukan pengacakan soal dan seluruh system berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

In the campaign period of regional heads election, fraud can occur, such as money politics, blaming campaign facilities, campaign time violations, and black campaign. This study implemented a secure SMS application for election fraud complaints as a tool for the society to report all forms of election fraud that have occurred to the election supervisory department safely. The RSA algorithm was applied to encrypt the messages for sender privacy protection. The application was able to perform the message randomization function properly with a 10.44% avalanche effect. Brute force attack using a 16-bit key length needs 3.7 milliseconds for each try to find 32.768 possible private keys.

Abstract

Improved security of short message services (SMS) can be obtained using cryptographic methods, both symmetric and asymmetric, but must remain efficient. This paper aims to study the performance and efficiency of the symmetric crypto of AES-128 and asymmetric crypto of RSA with message compression in securing SMS messages. The ciphertext of RSA and AES were compressed using the Huffman algorithm. The average AES encryption time for each character is faster than RSA, which is 5.8 and 24.7 ms/character for AES and AES+Huffman encryption and 8.7 and 45.8 ms/character for RSA and RSA+Huffman, from messages with 15, 30, 60, and 90 characters. AES decryption time is also faster, which is 27.2 ms/character compared to 47.6 ms/character in RSA. Huffman compression produces an average efficiency of 24.8 % for the RSA algorithm, better than 17.35 % of AES efficiency for plaintext of 1, 16, 45, and 88 characters.

Abstract

The research publication reporting system of the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer is an android-based system used by the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer to report their research publications to the LPPM Research Section. To find out whether the system used is running well, an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation focuses on the value of Usability which consists of five categories as independent variables, namely Efficiency (X1); Learnability (X2); Satisfaction (X3); Errors (X4); and Memorability (X5). In addition, the dependent variable is Overall Impression Usability (Y). We used 37 lecturers as respondents. The test method used is a validation test consisting of a correlation test and a reliability test; simple linear regression analysis test, and the comparison of the Significance value with the Alpha value used is 0.05. The tests conducted using SPSS version 25. From the validity test conducted, taken from the value of Pearson Correlation and Corrected Item - Total Correlation values ​​that have values ​​above 0.05 and the results are that all variables have values ​​above 0.05. From the reliability testing, all questions proved to be reliable from one to another according to Cronbach’s Alpha values ​​above 0.60. From the simple linear regression test, the results show that the Efficiency (X1), Learnability (X2), Satisfaction (X3), and Memorability (X5) variables have a significant effect on Overall Impression (Y). In addition, the Errors (X4) variable does not have a significant effect on the Overall Impressions (Y) variable.

Abstract

Keamanan rumah merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kecemasan sering melanda disaat kita meninggalkan rumah. Namun, dengan penerapan sensor PIR yang dapat mendeteksi gerakan dan sensor magnetic switch yang dapat mendeteksi pintu yang terbuka, kita dapat mengetahui kemungkinan adanya penjahat yang masuk ke rumah. Selain itu fungsi SMS Gateway juga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu fitur untuk mengirimkan notifikasi pemberitahuan adanya gerakan dan status pintu yang terbuka kepada pemilik rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun prototipe sistem keamanan rumah yang menggabungkan sensor PIR dan magnetic switch berbasis mikrokontroler dan SMS gateway. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Hasil pengujian sensor PIR dapat mendeteksi gerakan dengan jarak terjauh 5 meter, sedangkan sensor magnetic switch dapat mendeteksi pintu yang terbuka maksimal 2 centimeter. Notifikasi SMS juga berhasil dikirimkan kepada pemilik rumah setiap kali ada gerakan atau pintu yant terbuka yang terdeteksi oleh sensor.

Abstract

Healthy life is not only oriented to physical health in the human body, but mental health is also important to keep the soul is not disturbed. Many people have psychiatric disorders, but they ignore it, so his mental health becomes a nuisance. People who have mental disorders also have difficulty for treatment. They must find the experts who are experts in mental disorder, and seek solutions to his recovery. It all costs a lot. Along with the advance of development technology, it can be made an application to help us to diagnose psychiatric disorders in humans so that patients with psychiatric disorders can make the initial diagnosis without having to come to the experts. This research is doing psychological system design. This study consists of data analysis conducted by collecting data obtained from psychology books or related to medical science related to psychology. Then from the data obtained successfully then translated into a graph of knowledge, decision tables, and decision trees. The use of forward chaining method in designing the development of the premise, namely reasoning first, and then testing the truth of the hypothesis. Abstract

Rumah adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia. Selain menjadi tempat berlindung dan beristirahat, terdapat banyak barang berharga yang disimpan di dalam rumah. Untuk itu keamanan rumah terus menjadi isu yang perlu dibahas. Seiring perkembangan zaman, teknologi dapat digunakan dalam pengamanan rumah, salah satunya adalah menggunakan mikrokontroler dan sensor. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Prototype dengan empat tahapan, yakni pengumpulan data, perancangan cepat prototipe, perancangan prototipe, dan pengujian prototipe. Juga digunakan berbagai sensor seperti sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi gerakan, MQ9 sensor untuk kebocoran gas, sensor LM35 untuk mendeteksi suhu, magnetik sensor untuk mendeteksi status pintu, dan sensor flame untuk mendeteksi api. Untuk menambah nilai mobilitasnya, maka dibuat agar keseluruhan kinerja sensor dapat dipantau menggunakan web. Dari tahapan pengujian kinerja sensor dan monitoring web didapat hasil sistem yang dibangun dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sensor PIR dapat mendeteksi gerakan terjauh 5 meter. Sensor MQ2 dapat mengidentifikasi gas dari jarak 2,5 meter. Sensor LM35 dapat mendeteksi suhu ruangan. Sensor magnetik dapat memberikan status pintu terbuka dengan jarak maksimal 1,9 sentimeter, dan sensor api dapat mendeteksi api dengan jarak terjauh 3 meter.

Abstract

Nowadays, we can find Lamongan Restaurants wherever we are. Almost every street there is one Lamongan Restaurant. One of these types of UMKM is so popular among the public. This happened because the food that offered was acceptable and became a favorite for the public, as well as what happened in Bangka Belitung Province. However, most UMKM still uses manual methods for bookkeeping and transactions. Problems arise when many customers come to place to order, as well as those who want to make payments must wait for the manual calculation. Besides, manual bookkeeping can still cause errors in the calculation. To solve this problem, an integrated management system is proposed throughout the Province of Bangka Belitung. That way, every UMKM can easily do bookkeeping and transactions, besides that the government can also easily to monitor, record, and access the information reports from UMKM. This study uses a prototype development model. Abstract

The number of pharmacies in the Pangkalpinang City has increased rapidly. This is directly proportional to the needs of the people of Pangkalpinang City to fulfill the health needs, buy medicine or divert doctor's prescriptions. This is a debate for people who do not know the location of pharmacies in this city. Practically, people can just go to a pharmacy with a location that far from user location, even though there is a pharmacy near the user. This is because there is no pharmacy information location in the Pangkalpinang City. To solve this problem, proposed a system that can display the location of all pharmacies in the Pangkalpinang City. In addition, the system can search the shortest path from the user's location to the nearest pharmacy location around using the A * algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because its advantages that are able to produce optimal solutions according to the expected heuristic functions. The results of the testing are that the system can optimize and be able to search the shortest path from the user's location to the nearest pharmacy.
