  Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pemanfaatan teknologi meningkat sangat cepat. Hal ini menuntut semua sumber daya manusia untuk terus berpacu dalam meningkatkan kinerja guna mengimbangi berkembangnya teknologi, khususnya untuk para staff tata usaha disebuah instansi sekolah dalam mengelola arsip. Yayasan Pendidikan dan Penyantunan Anak Luar Biasa Bagian B (Tunarungu Wicara) Kota Magelang mempunyai kendala dalam mengelola kearsipan. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang mempermudah petugas untuk mengelola kearsipan serta pembantasan akses terhadap pengguna sistem.Sistem pengelolaan arsip dengan menerapkan manajamen akses user berbasis web pada Yayasan Pendidikan dan Penyantunan Anak Luar Biasa Bagian B (Tunarungu Wicara) Kota Magelang adalah sistem informasi yang dibangun untuk dapat membantu petugas dalam proses pengarsipan dan memanajemen hak akses user. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode penelitian lapangan.Sistem informasi ini akan mengakomodasi proses-proses pengarsipan dan penerapan manajemen hak akses user terhadap menu-menu pada sistem serta operasi (create, read, update, delete) yang dapat dilakukan pada sistem. Data pembatasan akses user dan data arsip tersimpan pada database. Sehingga data akses user dan data arsip dapat diubah sewaktu-waktu jika ada perubahan kebijakan dari pihak sekolah.

Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMgl) has a vision of "Superior in Science, Islamic in Behavior" which is responsible for providing students with the skills to be independent after graduating from college. To prepare it, UMMgl emphasises to all students to be independent and superior entrepreneurs, to get it is not easy. The processes of the curriculum, internships, and entrepreneurial incubators also need to be prepared carefully and structured. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, requiring the right mentor and guidance to succeed in growing the entrepreneurial spirit, which is essentially the independence of the souls of UMMgl students. The method proposed in this proposal through several stages of intensive mentoring, including 1) Classroom training with entrepreneurial speakers and practitioners in the form of lectures, discussions, case studies, discovery of exploration, simulation, and testimonials; 2) apprenticeship in the partner industry to improve managerial, financial, technical, and entrepreneurial skills; 3) comparative study to get an explanation directly in the industrial premises of the owner; 4) guidance pattern, 5) supervision pattern; 6) the pattern of providing financial assistance to tenants. The results of this Program are formed by five selected tenants and are considered capable of being entrepreneurs ready to compete in the community.

The academic world in Indonesia has growing rapidly which is marked by the development of science and technology. With all the facilities offered, technology has a positive and negative impact on life. One of negative impacts is plagiarism. The plagiarism often occurs among students, therefore detection of plagiarism needs to be done to avoid plagiarism. This reseacrh to detect the similarity of the text content of the document using the Levenshtein Distance algorithm. The type of document used is .pdf . The documents used are thesis proposals and publication papers. In the calculation speed test, the source document which count words 4405 with 3 comparative documents that have words 13465 count produces a calculation duration 3.57 seconds.

Historic sites are a form of heritage and cultural heritage of ancestors that have value for the life of the nation today and in the future. Magelang City is one city that has many historic sites that have not been optimally managed. The k-medoid algorithm is a method used in creating groups based on objects as representatives (medoid) which function as cluster centers for each cluster. In this research, web-based historic site information system design in Magelang City is carried out. Through the information system that has been built to provide a friendly user  information retrieval that has many advantages such as searching, grouping and information data accessed by visitors.

Library Information Systems and Academic Information Systems that are not integrated with each other have resulted in duplication and inconsistency of data. This study aims to integrate databases by implementing web services in both systems. Simperpus uses the Rest Client and SIAK uses the Rest Server. The exchange of data between the server utilizes JSON. This research uses UML as a system design modeling with several diagrams, namely use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, component diagrams, and deployment diagrams. Writing programming language in the study is the Codeigniter framework with MySQL database. The test results showed that the process of sending data in JSON format from SIAK to Simperpus obtained a response time of 137 ms.

AbstrakUniversitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMgl) mempunyai visi “Unggul dalam Ilmu, Islami dalam Perilaku” yang dimana bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan bekal terhadap mahasiswanya untuk mandiri setelah lulus dari perguruan tinggi. Untuk menyiapkan itu maka UMMgl menekankan kepada seluruh mahasiswa untuk menjadi entrepreneur yang mandiri dan unggul, untuk menuju ke sana memang tidak mudah. Proses – proses dari kurikulum, magang, dan inkubator entrepreneur pun perlu disiapkan secara matang dan terstruktur. Menjadi wirausaha memang tidak mudah, membutuhkan mentor dan bimbingan yang tepat agar berhasil nantinya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan yang intinya adalah kemandirian pada jiwa mahasiswa UMMgl. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal yang melibatkan obyek menjadi subyek aktif kolaborasi. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah 1) Rekruitmen, 2) Inkubasi, 3) Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan peningkatan dari 20 tenan menjadi wirausaha yang mempunyai produk untuk dikembangkan, dan 5 tenan mandiri siap mengembangkan produk bisnisnya, yaitu Bakso Bakar, Mr. Kriuk, Merchandise Online, Online Shop, dan Latte (coklat tempe).Kata kunci: wirausaha, kewirausahaan, ummgl AbstractUniversitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMgl) has a vision of "Excellence in Science, Islam in Behavior" which is responsible for providing supplies to students to be independent after graduating from college. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sejak tahun 1997 hingga saat ini berdiri kokoh di Indonesia. Dalam perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia, perlu inovasi dan strategi dalam pemasaran produk untuk mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan UMKM dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Ashfa Madu Borobudur sebagai UMKM peternak lebah dan penghasil madu yang terletak di Desa Wisata Tanjungsari, Kecamatan Borobudur, Kabupaten Magelang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Ashfa Madu Borobudur belum sepenuhnya menjadi bagian dalam Branding Borobudur yang ditetapkan Pemerintah Pusat sebagai kawasan cagar budaya Internasional dan tingkat penjualan produk masih rata-rata. Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar penjualan produk madu meningkat dengan konsumen melakukan repeat order serta menjadi salah satu merek dan tujuan wisata yang dikenal sebagai penghasil madu dan peternak lebah di sekitar kawasan Borobudur. Beberapa potensi yang dimaksimalkan dalam strategi product branding seperti perancangan ulang logo, brosur, kemasan produk dan x-banner serta optimalisasi website Ashfa Madu Borobudur. Dengan implementasi strategi product branding oleh dosen dan mahasiswa KKN PPMT Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, kontribusi penjualan online meningkat menjadi sebanyak 28 %.Kata kunci: Borobudur; Branding; Digital Marketing; Madu; UMKM.AbstractMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from 1997 until now stands firmly in Indonesia. In the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, it is necessary to innovate and strategy in marketing products to achieve the success and stability of MSMEs in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Ashfa Madu Borobudur as MSMEs beekeeper and honey producer located in Tanjungsari Tourism Village, Borobudur District. Ashfa Madu Borobudur has not yet fully become part of the Borobudur Branding that has been established by the Central Government as an international cultural heritage area and the level of product sales is still average. This dedication aims to increase the sale of honey products by consumers making repeat orders and becoming one of the brands and tourist destinations around the Borobudur area. Some of the potentials are maximized in product branding strategies such as redesigning logos, brochures, product packaging, and x-banners as well as optimizing the Ashfa Madu Borobudur website. With the implementation of the product branding strategy by lecturers and students of KKN PPMT University of Muhammadiyah Magelang, the contribution of online sales increased to as much as 28%.Keywords: Borobudur; Branding; Digital Marketing; Honey; Micro Small And Medium Enterprises.

Public services issue becomes major issue in the provision of public services, especially at higher education as one of the public sector in the field of education. Innovation is needed sistematically in developing service system especially on employee of higher education with good governance principle. This development is depend on Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi UMMagelang. However, the control and development control of the system is autonomously assigned to each institutional. So the system is not developed based on the business function that is executed or the required data entity, but limited to the spontaneity of short-term needs. it needs an in-depth relationship analysis between the development of information systems with business functions running as well as data entities required. This research using Zachman Framework which has advantages in the depth of analysis on the data architecture as modelling method. This research relate 3 variables such as business functions, data entities and applications that facilitate the identification of positions that need to be addressed immediately.

Higher education in Indonesia is regulated by the government with the Higher Education Accreditation (APT). In APT 3.0, Higher Education is required to be able to present performance data in the form of a Higher Education Performance Report (LKPT) as a reference in making a Self-Evaluation Report (LED). However, it is necessary to have an in-depth analysis to determine the gaps in the data required by Higher Education according to the APT 3.0 standard. The process of integrating the samples refer to the Zachman Framework (ZF). The results of this simplification that the data is available in support of APT 3.0 approximately 79% of the total data both inside and outside the core business of Higher Education and is well managed in an integrated database. The remaining 21% of the data that are not available is spread across several information systems, especially SIMMawa, SIMHumas and Cooperation, and SIMAKU. This shows that the change in accreditation standards that have been in effect since April 2019 has created a significant data gap for Higher Education. This research also produced an alternative model of integrated data management that can be used as input for Information System developers in the Higher Education scope.
