Abstract

The world of banking requires a marketer to be able to reduce the risk of borrowing by keeping his customers from occurring non-performing loans. One way to reduce this risk is by using data mining techniques. Data mining provides a powerful technique for finding meaningful and useful information from large amounts of data by way of classification. The classification algorithm that can be used to handle imbalance problems can use the Random Forest (RF) algorithm. However, several references state that an optimization algorithm is needed to improve the classification results of the RF algorithm. Optimization of the RF algorithm can be done using Bagging and Genetic Algorithm (GA). This study aims to classify Bank Marketing data in the form of loan application receipts, which data is taken from the www.data.world site. Classification is carried out using the RF algorithm to obtain a predictive model for loan application acceptance with optimal accuracy. This study will also compare the use of optimization in the RF algorithm with Bagging and Genetic Algorithms. Based on the tests that have been done, the results show that the most optimal performance of the classification of Bank Marketing data is by using the RF algorithm with an accuracy of 88.30%, AUC (+) of 0.500 and AUC (-) of 0.000. The optimization of Bagging and Genetic Algorithm has not been able to improve the performance of the RF algorithm for classification of Bank Marketing data.

Abstract

The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration (Ministry of Village PDTT) is a ministry within the Indonesian Government in charge of rural and rural development, empowerment of rural communities, accelerated development of disadvantaged areas, and transmigration. Village Potential Data for 2014 (Podes 2014) in West Java Province is data issued by the Central Statistics Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Village PDTT which is in unsupervised data format, consists of 5319 village data. The Podes 2014 data in West Java Province were made based on the level of village development (village specific) in Indonesia, by making the village as the unit of analysis. Base on the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2016 concerning the village development index, the Village is classified into 5 village status, namely Very Disadvantaged Village, Disadvantaged Village, Developing Village, Advanced Village and Independent Village based on the ability to manage and increase the potential of social, economic and ecological resources. Village status is in fact inseparable from village development that is under government funding support. However, village development funds have not been distributed effectively and accurately according to the conditions and potential of the village due to the lack of clear information about the status of the village. Therefore, the information regarding the villages priority in term of which villages needs more funding and attention from the government is still lacking. Data mining is a method that can be used to group objects in a data into classes that have the same criteria (clustering). One of the algorithms that can be used for the clustering process is the k-means algorithm. Data grouping using k-means is done by calculating the closest distance from data to a centroid point. In this study, different types of distance calculation in the K-means algorithm are compared. Those types are Manhattan, Euclidean and Chebyshev. Validation tests have been carried out using the execution time and Davies Bouldin index. From this test, the data Village Potential 2014 in West Java province have grouped all the 5 status of the village with the obtained number of villages for each cluster is a cluster village Extremely Backward many as 694 villages, cluster Villages 567 villages, cluster village Evolving as much as 1440 villages, the cluster with Desa Maju1557 villages and the cluster Independent Village for 1061 villages. For distance calculation, Chebyshev has the most efficient accumulation time of 1 second compared to Euclidean 1.6 seconds and Manhattan 2.4 seconds. Meanwhile, the Euclidean method has the value, Davies Index most optimal which is 0.886 compared to the Manhattan method 0.926 and Chebyshev 0.990.

Abstract

MTs Roiyatul Mujahidin is a tsanawiyah madrasa that forms quality human resources (HR). The learning system that takes place at MTs Roiyatul Mujahidin is done face-to-face and there is no online learning media that utilizes information technology that supports students' understanding of the main lessons by the teacher. The problem that has occurred so far is the ineffectiveness of teaching and learning activities in schools, so there is a need for additional hours of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to create a Web-Based E-Learning Information System at MTs ROIYATUL MUJAHIDIN using PHP and MySQL dataase which can be accessed anytime and anywhere so as to support the educational process at MTs Roiyatul Mujahidin and facilitate the dissemination of knowledge to students. E-Learning is a distance learning using internet technology, the development method used by the author is the Research & Development method, which is a method that uses a systematic and sequential approach starting from the development carried out in several stages, namely design, production, and evaluation. Abstract

Abstract Hydroponics is a technique of growing crops without using soil as a growing medium but by utilizing water by pressing on the nutritional needs of plants. The hydroponic treatment method in general is to drain nutrient water after the nutrient content in the water decreases as the plant grows. Therefore, this study aims to help treat hydroponic plants with an automatic nutrient water control method using Arduino. The design of this final project uses the method of controlling water conditions automatically by checking the nutrient content of the water. This system uses Arduino Uno microcontroller. The microcontroller is used to read the nutrient levels in the water through the TDS sensor and control the nutrient pump to regulate the nutrient water in the hydroponic tank, then the sensor also reads the water temperature in the hydroponic tank via the LM35 sensor. From the test results, when the nutrients are less than the set point, the system will fill in the nutrient water. Then after the system reads the nutrient concentration value has passed the set point limit, the nutrient pump will stop. Based on the test results starting from the nutrient filling process to the draining the system can run with 100% success. Keywords: Hydroponics, Total Dissolve Solids, TDS Sensor, Arduino

Abstract

The Tangerang Regency Housing, Settlement and Cemetery Service has house renovation assistance for Low-Income Communities (MBR). Data input still uses manual data in the form of data such as resident documents in determining the assistance in the form of house renovation. In determining the recipient of assistance still uses subjective assessment. Analysis of Manual Calculations with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method after that analysis and design were made using object-oriented methods by making use cases, activities, sequences, class diagrams and user interfaces. Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan in processing Payroll Teacher still manual by using Excel format. The problems that often arise in the payroll system in SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan is a payroll error, mismatch reports with pay slips and do not have data storage databases, therefore required adalanya a computerized information system to facilitate the data processing. The research method used in this payroll information system is a structured method, while for the system pengembaangan using prototype, the method of analysis by using tools consisting of Flowmap and DFD, data collection methods with Interviews, Observations and Library Studies. Abstract

Water monitoring system is a solution offered to anticipate problems that occur in some industries, using the development of monitoring system is expected to mengeffesiensikan working time, a simple simulation is exposed through prototype and programming language Borland Delphi (boland Delphi 7), the monitoring system is a device simple software and can be used to regulate or control the temperature and water level of a quenching tub which is a part cooling tub (appliance). In realizing this, using the method approach, the method used for the preparation of research that is the method of experiment. In software design using Delphi programming language modified with assembler language to translate the input or output on the pheripheral through the parallel port. The performance of the system simulation device acknowledges the water level so that the process material is not NG, with the help of the parallel port interface via the LPT1 address $ 378 will provide output to the driver circuit. Utilization of this interface to maximize the work of the parallel port should use a PPI (programmable peripheral interface) IC because the IC is designed to blind the input port and parallel computer output which only has 8 bits can be 24 bits, so it can accept larger I / O (many ). Abstract

This research is motivated by the progress of the development of communication technology and information is very fast and increasingly cheap so that makes the community for mobile phone pulses become a mandatory requirement at the presente time. Of various pulse products available at the counter RA Cell Pulses Tekomsel, Pulses XL, Pulses Indosat, and Pulses 3 the autors classify as bestseller and non-sellers. The goal is to find out the implementation of data mining using the Naive Bayes algorithm in determining the classification of best-selling products and the result of the accuracy of the data in the sales of pulses. By collecting 600 data into 480 training data and 120 testing data. Data mining is a form of extracting data in classifying a large amount of data, using the RapidMiner application and the Naive Bayes algorithm is a classification method that is widely used because of its simple and high accuracy in classifying data. Based on the result of researh that has been done, the type of product that is most restricted to the sale of pulses by product name is Telkomsel Pulses. The level of classification accuracy with the naive Bayes methodproduces an accuracy value of 97,50%, a precision value of 100%, and a recall value of 93,48% so the Naive Bayes method is good method in this study. Abstract

Media sosial adalah platform di internet yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berkomunikasi, berbagi informasi, dan terhubung dengan orang lain. Instagram adalah salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan di seluruh dunia. Cyberbullying adalah tindakan menyiksa, mengancam, atau menyiksa seseorang secara online. Machine learning adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan komputer untuk mempelajari danmengembangkan kemampuan tanpa diberi instruksi secara eksplisit. Machine learning dapat digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk content moderation untuk mencegah cyberbullying. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian tentang content moderation dengan machine learning berbasis cloud cukup efisien, mengingat nilai akurasi yang diperoleh sebesar 85%.

Abstract

The management of the “Laundry Bagus” business is still managed with a paper recording system, starting from receiving customer orders to purchasing raw materials and management reporting, and has not implemented an accounting-based governance system, resulting in process errors, and slow in the process of retrieval and presentation of data and information. This paper presents a bookkeeping application design that can be used by the management of the Good Laundry Business in managing the activities of the service business being carried out. The application system is designed using structured tools and object-oriented tools, and developed using the Visual Basic.NET programming language and MySQL database. The field observation method is used in studying the running system, as well as the interview method in a series of system requirements elicitation activities. The results of needs elicitation formulate system process requirements and functional requirements in the form of: Customer data collection function, incoming and outgoing laundry, and activity reporting function. The system process model is presented in a flowmap, the functional model is presented in a use case diagram, the system logic model is presented in an activity diagram, and the database model is presented in a database relationship diagram.Keywords: Bookkeeping Application; Laundry Business; Visual Basic.NET; Mysql AbstrakPengelolaan bisnis Laundry Bagus masih dikelola dengan sistem pencatatan di kertas, mulai dari penerimaan pesanan pelanggan hingga pembelian bahan baku dan pelaporan manajemen, serta belum menerapkan sistem tata kelola berbasis akuntansi, sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan proses, serta lambat dalam proses temu kembali serta penyajian data dan informasi. Paper ini menyajikan rancangan aplikasi pembukuan yang dapat digunakan oleh manajemen Usaha Laundry Bagus dalam mengelola aktivitas usaha jasa yang dijalankan. Sistem aplikasi didesain menggunakan tools terstruktur dan tools berorientasi objek, serta dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.NET dan database MySQL. Metode Observasi lapangan digunakan dalam mempelajari sistem yang sedang berjalan, serta metode wawancara dalam rangkaian kegiatan elisitasi kebutuhan sistem. Hasil elisitasi kebutuhan merumuskan kebutuhan proses sistem dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan fungsional berupa: fungsi pendataan Pelanggan, cucian masuk dan cucian keluar, serta fungsi pelaporan kegiatan. Model Proses Sistem disajikan dalam flowmap, model fungsional disajikan dalam Use Case Diagram, model logik sistem disajikan dalam Activity Diagram, serta model database disajikan dalam diagram relasi database.
