Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia memberikan sumbangan pendapatan nasional yang cukup signifikan dan semakin terus berkembang seiring dengan pertumbuhan teknologi online. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa market dari pemasaran melalui online akan semakin besar dan bahkan seamakin menjadi kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 100 sampel dengan menyebarkan kuisionar. Metode yang digunakan untuk adalah metode non probability sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan adalah 6 variabel independent yaitu Pemasaran Hubungan, Saluran komunikasi, Rantai pasokan, Persaingan, Lingkungan Pemasaran dan Bauran pemasaran, dan 1 variabel dependent yaitu Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha. Dari hasil analisa penelitian di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa Pemasaran Hubungan (X1) t=5,787 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung > dari t tabel. Saluran Komunikasi (X2) t=0,007 berpengaruh sedikit tidak signifikan terhadap Peningkatan pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung < t tabel namun tetap positif. Rantai Pasokan, (X3) t=3.301 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha karena t hitung > dari t tabel. Persaingan (X4) t=9,211 memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung > t tabel. Lingkungan Pemasaran (X5) t=-1,143 memberikan pengaruh tidak signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung < dari t tabel. Bauran Pemasaran (X6) t=0,394 memberikan pengaruh sedikit tidak signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung < dari t tabel namun tetap positif. F Hitung yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari pada F tabel (F hitung > F tabel) sebesar 522,566 dan F tabel sebesar 3,72 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa; H0 = 0 Ha ≠ 0 dan Ha diterima karena terdapat hubungan saling memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan antara variable independent terhadap variable dependent yaitu Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha (Y).

Abstract

The growth of Modern Stores in Indonesia is very rapid, experiencing growth from year to year, this condition is offset by demand from large communities and increasingly enjoys the convenience and comfort of shopping in modern stores. However, Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta provides a number of rules as outlined in Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2012 concerning Licensing of Shopping Centers and Modern Stores, which it is hoped that this regulation will have a significant impact on equitable distribution between modern shops and traditional markets in Sleman Regency, YogyakartaReferring to the Regional Regulation, this research was carried out to see the impact of the application of the Modern Shop business permit to the existence of traditional markets in Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta. In this study 200 samples were taken by distributing 250 questionnaires with a distribution of 125 questionnaires to managers and modern shop owners and 125 questionnaires to traditional shop owners in the traditional market of Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta, which finally received 200 questionnaires. The method used for sampling is a non probability sampling method that is sampling by specifying specific criteria on respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and data processed with SPSS software. The variables used in this study are 4 independent variables namely Business Location Aspects, Social Aspects, Partnership Aspects with MSMEs and Use of Local Workers Aspects, and 1 dependent variable namely the Existence of Traditional Markets. From the results of the research analysis it was concluded that the business location aspect variable (X1) had no impact on the existence of traditional markets with negative B1 (- 0.799) and t count was smaller than t table, Variable Social Aspects (X2) had no impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with B2 negative (-1,334) and t count smaller than t table, Variable Aspects of Partnership with MSME (X3) have an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B3 (9,153) and t count is greater than t table, Variable Aspects of Use of Power Local Work (X4) has an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B4 (1,646) and t count is greater than t table, and the four Independent Variables together have an impact on the dependent variable The existence of Traditional Market Sleman DIY Regency is allegedly also influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : modern shop, traditional market, Sleman Regency D.I. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world has shattered the order of human life before. This condition is a big challenge for all countries in the world in order to survive in times of crisis due to the outbreak of this disease. The impacts include various sectors of human life, including the impact of the decline in the community's economy due to the pandemic, many companies have had to close their businesses and lay off their employees by termination of employment. For employees who experience termination of employment, it will be very difficult to live the next life. Therefore, it is important for them to immediately find a way out to be able to still have an income for their family. The government through the Manpower and Transmigration Office pays attention to workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as victims of this termination of employment by providing Self Employment Entrepreneurship Debriefing in the Agricultural Sector, namely Hydroponic Entrepreneurship Training. Hydroponics that produces vegetables and also fisheries through even narrow land and the use of small amounts of water capacity is very helpful in producing a promising business. The results of hydroponic vegetables are expected to be easily traded and traded because they are products of everyday people's needs, with easy and cheap raw materials. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on the commitment of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative where this research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency a sample of 70 employees as respondents. The research data was obtained through the collection of questionnaires which were distributed directly and interviews through Focus Group Discucian (FGD) to respondents in the Temanggung Regional Secretariat. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data is processed with SPSS software. The research questionnaire consists of 35 question items, which contain 3 research variables, namely Work Culture as measured by the Attitude to Work Variable (X1), Behavioral Variable at Work (X2), which is the independent variable, and the Commitment variable (Y) as the dependent variable. The method used for sampling is the Stratified Random Sampling method, which is a sampling method that provides equal opportunities to be taken for each element of the population with the number of elements in each sub-population being different but homogeneous. The population is divided into several parts (sub-populations) so that each sub-population will have homogeneous sample members. From each sub-population a sample is taken randomly with a proportional approach because the number of elements in each part (sub-population) is not the same. Hypothesis Testing is done by analyzing the data which gives the result that all data are valid and reliable. Furthermore, the test is carried out using multiple linear regression with the results of the analysis that, t count 1.735 < t table 1.996 significance level 0.087 (p> 0.05) then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant effect of the attitude variable towards work (X1) on commitment. employee (Y), t count -0.117 < t table 1.996 significance level 0.907 (p>0.05) then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant effect of the behavior variable at work (X2) on the employee commitment variable (Y). Thus, the hypothesis which partially states that there is a significant effect of attitude towards work and behavior at work on the commitment of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency is rejected. Furthermore, F count < F table (2.319 < 3.13) and a significance level of 0.106 (p>0.05) then Ho is accepted, simultaneously there is no significant influence of work culture (X) which consists of attitudes towards work (X1) and behavior at work (X2) on employee commitment (Y), R Square the commitment variable is 0.066 or 6.6%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the Attitude to Work variable and the Behavior At Work variable to the Employee Commitment variable is 6.6%. While 93.4% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.
