Abstract

ABSTRACTThe conflict between villages in Bima Regency involves large masses and have the same identity. Equally the muslim,   Tribes of mbojo, and the same Maja labo dahu Cultural. The conflict between the village of Renda  with  Ngali  village in district of Belo Bima Regency forms the social solidarity which the massif of fellow  villagers. The results of this research show that; Conflicts between villagers backed by the communal nature of a sense of revenge due to the pride of the villagers who were disturbed by the actions of the other villagers that violates the values, norms and ethics prevailing in the village of Renda and Ngali village, conflict resolution  process  between  villagers Renda and Ngali through several  stages; First, the kesepakan is reached  through  Deliberation  and  Consensus  with upholding a culture of Maja  Labo Dahu.  Second, the settlement  based on chronological events, the conflict ended by itself when the outcome of the conflict was balanced, it is likely to be temporary. Thirdly,maintenance of peace with the reconciliation of the regional Government of Bima. A form of conflict resolution with the customary approach of deliberation  and  Consensus, approach  local wisdom  Maja labo dahu Culture  followed by  determination of the sanctions for the perpetrators of the violations. Conflict Research  Development  measures is urgently needed to bring about the integrity of the nation›s peaceful and prosperous future.Keywords: Ndempa Ndiha traditions, conflict resolution, reconciliation,between villagesABSTRAKKonflik antar desa di Kabupaten Bima melibatkan massa yang berjumlah besar, sementara masyarakat memiliki kesamaan latar belakang identitas. Penduduk kabupaten Bima berpenduduk muslim, Suku Mbojo dengan menggunakan bahasa Bima, dan menganut budaya Maja labo dahu. Konflik yang berlangsung diantara desa Renda dengan desa Ngali di kecamatan Belo Kabupaten Bima terjadi dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; Konflik antar desa dilatarbelakangi sifat komunal dari rasa dendam akibat harga diri masyarakat desa yang terganggu oleh tindakan dari warga desa lain yang dianggap melanggar nilai, norma dan etika yang berlaku di desa Renda dan Ngali, proses resolusi konflik antar masyarakat desa Ngali dan Renda melalui beberapa tahap; pertama, tercapai kesepakan damai melalui Musyawarah dan Mufakat dengan menjunjung tinggi nilai Budaya Maja labo dahu. Kedua, penyelesaian berdasarkan kronologis kejadian, konflik berakhir dengan sendirinya ketika hasil konflik berimbang, hal ini cenderung bersifat sementara. Ketiga, pemeliharaan perdamaian dengan rekonsiliasi dari pemerintah daerah Bima. Bentuk resolusi konflik dengan pendekatan adat Musyawarah dan Mufakat (Mbolo ro dampa), pendekatan kearifan lokal Budaya Maja labo dahu yang diikuti dengan penetapan sanksi bagi pelaku pelanggaran. Langkah Pengembangan penelitian konflik sangat dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan keutuhan bangsa yang damai dan sejahtera kedepanya.Kata kunci: Resolusi Konflik, Tradisi Ndempa Ndiha, Rekonsiliasi, Konflik antar desa

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki berbagai macam suku, ras dan budaya. Diantara kota-kota atau wilayah yang ada di Indonesia, maka semarang merupakan tempat yang memiliki beragam etnis seperti etnis Jawa, Cina, Arab dan Koja yang mana masing-masing dari etnis tersebut memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang dapat berakulturasi budaya, seperti halnya etnis Koja dengan etnis Jawa yang ada di Purwodinatan, Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran tokoh dalam proses akulturasi budaya antara etnis Koja dengan etnis Jawa dan apa saja hasil akulturasi dari kedua etnis tersebut. Teori Strukturasi menjadi alat sebagai menganalisis untuk membedah bagaimana proses akulturasi antara kedua etnis tersebut. Strukturasi berfokus pada relasi agensi dan struktur dalam proses reproduksi sosial. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran para tokoh memang sangat besar agar terciptanya akulturasi budaya antara kedua etnis tersebut, tindakan dan perilaku tokoh menjadi contoh dan panutan untuk masyarkat untuk bertoleransi dan menghargai akan perbedaan. Relasi antara tokoh dengan struktur menjadi hal penting dalam proses akulturasi budaya yang menciptakan sebuah proses produksi dan reproduksi sistem sosial yang bersifat keberlanjutan. Selain itu, hasil dari akulturasi antara etnis Koja dengan etnis Jawa berupa makanan, pakaian, bahasa dan kesenian.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the role of mothers in the delivery of teenage sex education in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the case study method. Data collection uses participation collection, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this research are mothers who live in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. And having a teenage daughter. This study discusses the role that is carried out and which is carried out in the process of delivering the education section of their daughters. Using the AGIL theory (adaptation, goal achievement, integration, maintenance of latent patterns) put forward by Talcott Parsons, with four important basic elements that must be discussed in full and become a unity. The process is then processed. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and gathering conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the role of mothers who play a role and the role of mothers who are involved in the delivery of sexy education to girls in the Village Gandekan, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The ability of adaptation (Adaptation) by the mother regarding the development of the pattern of child relationships in the midst of technological development can be agreed to be adequate, the goal of achieving damage to the child's future. The way mothers provide sex education (integration) to children is done through advice, messages and rules or restrictions given to children. The mother's ability to support patterns (Latency) through implanting values is hardly adequate. This is evident from the fact that there are still many children who refute the advice given by the mother.

Abstract

Education is the right for every Indonesian citizens, include the education for children with special needs (disability). Every parents who has child like this has aproblem in looking for special schools in order to give a good education for theirchildren for their child. It becomes a dilemma for every parents to send their child tothe special school or public school. The purpose of this research to figure howactions of parents in educating children on inclusive education services, as well as todescribe the actions of parents in educating children with special needs in inclusiveschool SDN 1 Tanjung, Purwokerto. This research was done in Purwokerto, precisely at SDN 1 Tanjung. This study usesqualitative method with case study strategy. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling technique, the main informants were parents of students withspecial needs in SDN 1 Tanjung. Data collection techniques used in this study is indepthinterviews, indirect observation technique (Non-participatory observation)and document analysis techniques. The validity of the data in this study include source triangulation, triangulation method and review the informant. In this study,the interactive model was used for the analysis of the data. The results showed that there are internal and external factors that influence theactions of parents who have child with special needs in determining education fortheir children. In addition, parentsactalsodivided intofourtypesofactionasdictatedbyMaxWeber. These actionsareinstrumentalrationalaction,whichactsasa parenthas hopesand dreamsfor their children, sotheysend theirchildren topublicschoolsthatprovideformaleducationinclusive. Action secondly isrational action gets value orientation, which is action which done by parent bymerges ethical points, esthetic and religious in its child education that gets specialneeds. Third act is afektif action which is action which done by parent because moodor feel, severally parent gets that assumption its child doesn't child get specialneeds, they finally are opting school by service inclusive education thanextraordinary school. The last act is traditional action where parent school its childbecause vicinity environment charge. Abstract

Student deliquency is a deviant behavior by students that plaguing thesociety. The purposes of this research were to determine how the forms ofstudent deliquency, the caused factors and the efforts to address studentdelinquency in single parent family in first state SMA of Girimarto. Theresearch method was used descriptive case study. The theory used is theHerbert Blummer’s symbolic interactionism theory. The results showed thatthe forms of student delinquency in a single parent family in first state SMA ofGirimarto are sociological delinquency and individual delinquency. Thecaused factor is children inside and outside factor that is single parent families.Efforts made by first state SMA of Girimarto in handling students delinquencyin single parent families are includes of spiritual building, support grouptherapy, application of school rules were tightened, teens posyandu, lesson inKinanthi song and to their parents for guidance and supervision.Keywords: Delinquency, families, single parent, students.

Abstract

Chinese culture is one of the oldest in the world. Chinese people have many interesting culture from their ancestor which they keep to preserved until today, and one of it is the making of bong pay. Bong pay is a tomb which a Chinese people called it, is a construction that build on top of the grave give a meaning that somebody has died. For Chinese people, bong pay is not just a sign but also have another hidden symbolic meaning. The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the meaning of Bong Pay to Chinese descendent at  Village Sudiroprajan of Surakarta, (2) describe the shift thing of bong pay meaning at present.This research is using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to obtain the source of information and data from descendants. The samples that had been taken were 4 people of Chinese descendants from Sudiroprajan village. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The data source that being used primary data that included the informant, places and the research location which is Sudiroprajan village. Another research is secondary which is data or records that supporting this research.The results of this research is (1) Chinese descendent people give a meaning to bong pay is a prove of love and respect to ancestor because ancestry is most glorifield in Confucianism, to Christian Chinese descent is a sign that a person has died not forgotten. As symbolic bong pay is describe as prestige ad social status for someone  has died, because it’s take a lot of money to make it. Bong pay is given meaning as a symbol of identity because it can be identified with culture and tradition of Chinese. (2) there is shifting on the meaning of bong pay at the present. It happen because the changing of the religion from Chinese descendent people.
