Abstract

This research was carried out aimed to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the implementation of behavioral counseling theory with modeling techniques to increase student independence and differences in the independence of students who were given behavioral counseling with modeling techniques and those that were not given to VII grade students of SMP Lab. Undiksha Singaraja. The sample of this study was determined using random sampling techniques, the data collection method in this study used the interview method, a diary, and the questionnaire independence Likert scale pattern. The method of analyzing the hypothesis test data uses t test. The results of this study indicate that there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling modeling techniques for the independence of Grade VII students of SMP Lab. UNDIKSHA and there are differences in independence given behavioral counseling modeling techniques with those not given.Keywords: Behavioral Counseling, modeling technique, independence

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang dimiliki guru Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah Denpasar Bali, (2) untuk mengetahui peran guru Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah dalam bimbingan potensi santri, (3) strategi yang digunakan Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional yang dimiliki guru Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah masih sangat rendah. Banyak guru yang masih belum sarjana. Dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki santri guru menggunakan metode diskusi dan memberikan pembelajaran ekstra. Strategi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan cara memberikan kesempatan terhadap semua guru untuk melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, menyesuaikan kebijakan Pondok Pesantren dengan kebijakan nasional. Pondok Pesantren mengarahkan santri untuk mengikuti perlombaan baik tingkat Kota, Provinsi maupun Nasional. Membangun sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk kepentingan proses pembelajaran, terutama ruang kelas, perpustakaan dan laboratorium.   Kata kunci: Manajemen, Kompetensi Guru, Potensi Santri.   Abstract This study aims to: (1) to determine the competency of teachers Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah Denpasar Bali, (2) to determine the role of teacher-Syamsiyah Ash Boarding Schools in the guidance of potential students, (3) strategies used Asy-Syamsiyah Boarding School in overcome the problems occurred. This study used a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews and documents. This study found that pedagogical and professional competence of teachers held Islamic Boarding Asy-Syamsiyah still very low. Many teachers are still not graduate. In developing the potential of students and teachers use discussion methods provide extra learning. Boarding strategies undertaken to overcome these problems by providing an opportunity for all teachers to continue higher education, boarding school with a policy to adjust national policies. Boarding School directs students to follow the race either city level, provincial and national. Build an adequate infrastructure for the benefit of the learning process, especially classrooms, libraries and laboratories.   Keywords : Management, Competence Of Teachers, Potential Santri

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi efektifitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan jumlah anggota populasi yang diteliti adalah 145 orang dan jumlah sampelnya adalah 30. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik angket dan tehnik observasi. Tehnik angket digunakan untuk menjaring data prilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompetensi pedagogiknya. Sedangkan data kinerja guru dijaring dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi. Tehnik observasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan data kinerja guru dari atasan dalam unit kerjanya, dalam hal ini dari kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah masing-masing unit di SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Uji hipotesis korelasi dan kontribusi masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi parsial yang bertujuan untuk menemukan harga korelasi murni terlepas dari pengaruh variabel pengendali. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5%. Jika nilai thitung > ttabel maka hipotesis nihil diterima dan sebaliknya jika thitung < ttabel maka hipotesis nihil ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi pedagogik dan Motivasi Berprestasi berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. Bila dilihat dari kontribusi masing-masing variabel bebas, tampak Efektifitas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah merupakan prediktor paling dominan dalam menentukan tingkat Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik guru, motivasi berprestasi, dan kinerja guru   ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to find out how much contribution of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency towards teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. This study is ex-post factor by number of sample were 145 people and number of sample were 30. data collecting methode was questionary and observation technique. Questioner have been used to get data of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency. While the teacher performance got by observation technique. Observation technique have been used to get data of teacher performance from their superior in their working unit. In this case was the principal, the principal of each unit in SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Hypotesis test of correlation and contribution each independent variable towards dependent variable have been used partial correlation formula that have purpose to find out value of pure correlation regardless from control variable effect. Testing have been conducted with significancy level of 5%. Based on the result of study can be concluded that effectivity of principal leadership, pedagogic competency, and achivement motivation have significant contribution toward teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati, either partial and simultaneously. Thus the third variable could as predictor of tend level of teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. If viewed from contribution each independent variables, and the principal leadership effectivity as dominant predictor that have effect on the teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi minat kewirausahaan terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, persepsi karier terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, secara bersama-sama minat kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, dan persepsi karier terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, dan perbedaan minat kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, persepsi karier, dan prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMKN 3 Denpasar tahun ajaran 2011/2012 yang berjumlah 414 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 240 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dan Manova satu jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa : pertama terdapat kontribusi antara minat kewirausahaan terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, kedua terdapat kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, ketiga terdapat kontribusi persepsi karier terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, keempat terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama minat kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, dan persepsi karier terhadap prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, dan kelima terdapat perbedaan secara bersama-sama minat kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, persepsi karier, dan prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan pada siswa kelas XI SMKN 3 Denpasar. Kata kunci: minat kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, persepsi karier, prestasi belajar praktek kerja industri, jenis kelamin. Abstract This study aimed to determine the contribution of interest in entrepreneurship on learning achievement industrial work practice, achievement motivation on learning achievement industrial work practice, perceptions of the career on learning achievement of industrial work practice, together interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation, and perceptions of career to the learning achievement of industrial work practices, and differences in interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation, perception of career, and learning achievement of industrial work practices in terms of gender. The population of this study was all students in class XI SMKN 3 Denpasar academic year 2011/2012, amounting to 414 people. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique of 240 people. This study uses ex-post facto design. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed with regression analysis and Manova one lane. Based on these results it can be concluded that : first, there is a contribution between entrepreneurship interest in the learning achievement of industry work practices, second, there is a contribution of achievement motivation to the learning achievement of industrial work practices, third, there is a contribution to the perception of career to the learning achievement of industrial work practices, fourth, together there is a contribution of entrepreneurship interests, achievement motivation, and perceptions of career to learning achievement of industrial work practices, and fifth, together there is a difference of entrepreneurship interests, achievement motivation, perception of career and learning achievement of industrial work practices between boys and girls in a class XI students of SMKN 3 Denpasar. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar ditinjau dari variabel konteks, masukan, proses dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas program dengan model CIPP. Jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri dari seluruh guru yang ada di SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Skor mentah yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam  prototype Glickman.Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar dapat dikategori  efektif  dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk.Hal ini disebabkan evaluasi CIPP yang digunakan mengacu pada standar proses. Untuk itu disarankan kepada: (1) Kepada Kepala Sekolah diharapkan dapat melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan sekolah (2) guru SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar hendaknya selalu meningkatkan kompetensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki melalui kegiatan pelatihan.   Kata kunci: Kualitas, Pembelajaran, Studi Evaluatif Abstrac This research aimed to determine the quality of learning at SMP 3 Denpasar based on context variable, inputs, processes, and product. This research was a quantitative evaluative analysis. This experiment tried to analyze the program effectively  using CIPP model. The number of samples that had been used in this research was about 60 people consisted of all teachers at SMP 3 Denpasar. Data was collected with questioners  and analyzed by  descriptive analysis. Raw score that found out in this research was transformed into T-score and then was verified to Glickman prototype. The analysis results show that the quality of learning process at SMP 3 Denpasar can be categorized as effective that can be seen from process standard, inputs, processes and products. This is as a result of CIPP implementation refers to process standard.  It can be suggested for (1) principal of the school  to do development in human resources at school environment, (2) SMP 3 teachers should increase the competence and human resources development through training.   Keywords: Evaluative Studies, Learning, Quality

Abstract

This research aims at investigating: (1) the direct  effect of career expectation as teacher (X3) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (2) the direct effect of academic self-concept (X1) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (3) the direct effect of teaching interest (X2) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (4) the direct effect of academic self-concept (X1) on career expectation as teacher (X3), (5) the direct effect of teaching interest (X2) on career expectation as teacher (X3), (6) the indirect effect of academic self -concept (X1) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (7) the indirect effect of teaching interest (X2) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4). The population of the research was 251 students of PGSD Undiksha. It was an ex-post factor research. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a direct effect of 0.2971 from X3 on X4, (2) there is a direct effect of 0.2724 from X1 on X4, (3) there is a direct effect of 0.1706 from X2 on X4, (4) there is a direct effect of 0.3709 from X1 on X3, (5) there is a direct effect of 0.2084 from X2 on X3, (6) there is an indirect effect of 0.2496 from X1 on X4, (7) there is an indirect effect of 0.2914 from X2 on X4.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attitude of teachers towards professional  determination, self-concept, and the climate of primary school to the performance. This study is “ex-post facto” population of 83people, 73 people sample. Data collection tool is in the form of questionnaires, data analysis with regression techniques. The  result showed that: (1) there is a significant determinant between teacher attitudes the profession with teacher performance with the correlation coefficient of 0.401, (2) there is a significant determinant between self-concept of teachers with teacher performance with the correlation coefficient of 0.325, (3) there is a determination significant difference between the climate of the school with teacher performance with correlation coefficient of 0.337, contributing 11.3% and the effective contribution of 6.2%, (4) the co-operation between teachers’ attitudes towards the profession, self-concept, and work climate with performance teachers with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.465 and a 21.6% contribution to the performance of teachers.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the strategy used Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah in overcoming the problems that exist, to determine the increase in knowledge management systems and skills of teachers Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah, to determine the role of Ash-Syamsiyah boarding school in guidance santri. This study uses qualitative research. The data obtained in this research through direct observation of researchers examine and follow the activities at the Pondok Pesantren As-Syamsiyah Denpasar Bali, interview the researchers interviewed teachers, administrators, and students is in boarding school, from books to documents in the administration there in the office, photos and other documents. The study yielded that the competency of teachers is lacking with the lack of training and education boarding school teachers, teachers who lack formal education can affect the  management manage. In developing the potential of students, teachers provide training in accordance with the talents of students outside of active learning.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effectiveness of behavioral counseling theory implementation with the technique of Shaping to minimize self aggression to know the differences of students and Self Aggression among the students who provided counseling behavioral techniques shaping with students who were not given counseling behavioral the technique of shaping in students. This research is a research associate with alphabets experiment research used pretest-postest control group design. This research population is grade VIII Junior Laboratory Undiksha Singaraja. The research sample is determined by random sampling technique is simply sempel withdrawal by means of random. After doing the raffle, researchers get 2 sample i.e. the class as a class VIII-1 as experimental and class VIII-2 as a control class Methods primary data collection using the questionnaire Self Aggression with the supporting method using the methods of observation, interviews, and a diary. Hypothesis test data analysis method using t-test. The results of this research show that there are behavioral counseling theory with implementation techniques Shaping through setting lesson study effectively to minimize Self Aggression students and there is a difference Self Aggression given counselling techniques with Shaping behavioral not given.Keywords : Behavioral Counseling, techniques of Shaping, Self Aggression.

Abstract

The current study was aimed at analyzing the effect of Rational Emotive Behaviour counseling with reframing technique to self-achievement. The study was a quasi-experiment, with non-equivalent posts only control group design. Purposive sampling was used to select the subject of the study. 10 tenth grade students of SMKN 3 Singaraja were selected as the subjects of the study. Observation, interviews, diaries, and self-achievement likert scale questionnaire were used as the methods of data collection. The data was analyzed descriptively and statically, using t-test. Based on the observed t-value (21.17) with the t-table of 6.39 on significant level of 0.05, it was concluded that the H1 was accepted. In conclusion, the result of the study confirmed the effect of rational emotive behavior counseling with reframing technique to improve students? self-achievement. Keywords: Rational Emotif Behavior, reframe, achievement.
