Abstract

This research was made to identify the effect of Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer  Perception toward Purchase Intention on Bihun Jagung ?Padamu? Products in Surabaya. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to  75  respondents who knew the corn vermicelli ?Padamu? product. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative with a non- probability sampling method that is purposive sampling. The results of this  study indicate that Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer  Perception have a strong influence toward Purchase intention

Abstract

Surabaya City government implements article 34 paragraph 1 CONSTITUTION 1945 with Food program, which is given to the underprivileged community.  The food Program started in 2012, the number of food recipients in 2019 has reached 35,414 people. Details, elderly and pre-elderly 20,000 people, orphans, orphans and orphans as many as 6,000 children, as well as a disability of 9,414 people. In Kelurahan Gebang Putih There are 84 food recipients who all consist of the elderly. The food program is very helpful to the elderly to fulfill the needs of primary food, but as good as the program, still leave some issues, among others: the food served is less liked by the recipient because of the physical condition and age, many places to eat the edges are broken and often disappear and food sanitation is less hyginical. To solve the problem: it should be often conducted a meeting between the Dinsos and a food provider who is directly faced with the recipient of the meal so that all issues will be quickly addressed according to the authority.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi  kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil evaluasi tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak manajemen dalam merencanakan strategi selanjutnya. Perencanaan strategi bagi karyawan diperlukan agar bekerja lebih optimal. Data penelitian merupakan  data primer berupa wawancara . Wawancara dilakukan kepada para manajer yang bertanggung jawab terhadap berjalannya bisnis perusahaan . Hasil  evaluasi yang dilakukan terhadap  kinerja karyawan perusahaan  menunjukkan kurang optimal, karena karyawan sering datang terlambat , tidak masuk kerja, gaji yang tidak layak, kenerja karyawan yang demikian menyebabkan  target perusahaan tidak tercapai. Strategi yang akan dilaksanakan manajer untuk merespon hasil evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah menerapkan   strategi: dilakukan pelatihan, penjelasan yang lebih personal, sistem penggajian yang lebih layak dan dilakukan koordinasi  dilandasi dengan komunikasi yang baik

Abstract

Surabaya memiliki sebuah komunitas yang dinamakan “Pedagang Kue” di Kampung Kue. Hadirnya komunitas pedagang kue tersebut berawal dari keinginan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian yang lebih baik dengan menjadikan Kampung Kue sebagai kegiatan ekonomi. Terdapat 65 pedagang kue yang pada umumnya para ibu yang sudah menjajakan berbagai macam kue tradisional di depan rumahnya masing-masing. Namun, usaha mereka masih dilakukan sendiri-sendiri dan belum terorganisir dengan baik, sehingga dampaknya belum terlihat secara signifikan. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Katolik DarMA Cendika, membuat program yang untuk saat ini dibutuhkan antara lain: pembuatan SOP agar pekerjaan lebih efisien, konsisten dan meminimalisir kesalahan, pembukuan sederhana yang selain diperlukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha, juga perlu ditanamkan pemahaman keharusan adanya pemisahan keuangan untuk usaha dan biaya keperluan pribadi. Dan membuat brosur dan katolok yang tujuannya untuk mendukung sarana promosi yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Program terakhir sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap situasi yang sedang terjadi yaitu adanya wabah virus corona maka tim dan warga Kampung Kue membangun Rangkaian Sprinkle Spray Desinfektan  agar warga  tidak ada yang terkena virus tersebut.

Abstract

The development of communication technology causes smartphones to dominate the market, especially Chinese smartphone products. The number of Chinese products in the market is due to cheap and affordable prices, but not accompanied by good quality so that the Indonesian people already have their own views on Chinese products. However, Xiaomi as one of the mobile phone manufacturers from China in fact managed to become one of the kings of the smartphone market in Indonesia, this is because the price is affordable. This study aims to analyze interest and purchase decisions through price, quality and innovation. The results of data processing proved that all statement items were valid and all variables were reliable. The results showed that interest and purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in East Surabaya through price, quality and innovation were said to be moderate. Subsequent results show consumer interest and purchase decisions due to price and product quality, while innovation is not the cause of interest and purchase decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in East Surabaya, but purchasing decisions are due to price and product quality through interest first

Abstract

The Purpose of implementing community service is to build public awareness during covid-19 pandemic so that they care about conditions around their homes. The method and local officials in order to obtain an overview of the existing problems. The results of community service activities are: the pandemic period causes people to rely heavily on activities at home.Children have to study at home online which causes parents to work extra to support their children. To raise awareness, a program of installing banners in strategic place, distributing masks and hand sanitizers and repairing patrol posts was carried out. With the aim of continuously reminding people to care about themselves and those around them by compling with government recommendations in dealing with the corona virus pandemic

Abstract

Color blindness is a condition where someone could not see the difference betweentwo colors or more. There are some color blindness classifications, and so there exist somemethods to test whether or not someone has color-blind symptom (and if so, in whatclassification). Ishihara test is a standard and simple world wide-known and used test.Ishihara used 38 pages filled with multicolored dots which some of them resembles numbersor colored-path.There are two most important disadvantages of using Ishihara test tool. First, the tool(book) is not easy to find (or buy), so anyone who wants to take the test usually go to thedoctor or some eye-specialist clinics. Second, the images shown in the book were static. Itmeans we can cheat the test by memorizing each number(s) appeared on every page.Computer-based test can solve those two problems. The application has beenevaluated and tested in Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung. The result shows, that thisparticular application can classify up to eight color-blind types (protanopia, deuteranopia,weak protanomali, weak deuteranomali, strong protanomali, strong deuteranomali, and bothmonochromat complete color blindnesses).Keywords: color blind, Ishihara test

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tim melaksanakan program ‘Bakti Kampus’. Pada program tersebut tim membantu dosen menyiapkan pembelajaran daring yang menarik dengan tujuan agar mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar dalam jaringan (daring) yang efektif dan interaktif melalui beberapa alternatif metode pembelajaran diantaranya e-learning dan video tutorial. Adapun sasaran dari program bakti kampus ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan keaktifan mahasiswa terhadap materi yang telah diberikan. Beberapa program telah dilaksanakan meliputi: pembuatan google classroom sebagai wadah bagi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, membuat video tutorial dan desain materi presentasi yang menarik, membantu dosen dalam menggunakan aplikasi zoom sebagai media pendukung penyampaian materi. Program-program tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena dalam menyusun program tim mendiskusikan dan mengkordinasikan dengan setiap dosen, sehingga program dapat diterima dosen dan mahasiswa karena sesuai kebutuhan dan dianggap mampu menjawab keresahaan yang selama ini dirasakan dosen maupun mahasiswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring, masa pandemi
