Abstract

Peran Pos PAUD bagi masyarakat sangat signifikan karena dikelola dengan prinsip“dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat”, yang dibentuk dan dikelola dengan azaz gotongroyong, kerelaan, dan kebersamaan sehingga berpotensi untuk berkembang menjadiPAUD. Akan tetapi Pos Paud yang ada di RW wilayah Kelurahan Merjosari Malangluput dari perhatian stakeholder yang terkait karena prakteknya masih menemuibanyak kendala. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya kerjasama antar pihak, agar Pos PAUD tersebutbisa kualitas dan dapat bersaing dengan Pos PAUD lainnya, meskipun sebagaiorganisasi atau lembaga pendidikan yang non formal. Kegiatan IbM ini dilakukan olehTim Pengabdi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapapermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh dua Pos PAUD di wilayah Kelurahan MerjosariMalang. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan Iptek Bagi Masyarakat (IbM) adalahberupa alat peraga edukatif/APE motorik kasar (outdoor), pagar besi, meja dan kursiwarna warni standard untuk siswa usia dini kususnya Pos Paud, loker warna warni,lemari arsip untuk menyimpan dan mengamankan dokumen dokumen, kursi guru, mejapentas kreasi siswa, pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan dan pengembangan organisasidengan konsep POAC. Adapun kegiatan ini berkelanjutan pada capaian alat peragaedukatif/APE motorik halus ( indoor), pelatihan dan pendampingan tatakelolaadministrasi keuangan oraganisasi , serta pembuatan buku panduan ISBN tentangManajemen Pengelolaan dan pengembangan Organisasi berbasis Planning,Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC).Kata Kunci: alat peraga edukatif motorik, pos PAUD, POAC

Abstract

Abstract?This research aims to map the internal and external condition of SMEs in supply chain performance of tourism sector and determines the effective strategy to increase the human resource performance for each region. This research was conducted in East Java that has the most SMEs in Indonesia. Sampling was done in two stages, namely (1) selecting districts and (2) selecting MSMEs. The results of the sampling process were taken by 20 MSMEs in each district selected as a sample. SWOT was used as an analysis tool in this study. Malang Regency has the most unique conditions, namely strong internal conditions, but has considerable challenges. The models presented in this paper give an informed insight and understanding of the dynamic changes that can transform SMEs within their supply chain relationships.

Abstract

PT Andromedia is a private company engaged in IT Development located at Jalan Gayung Kebonsari Perum Graha Indah F21-22 Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work culture on person-job fit and employee performance at PT Andromedia. The population in this study amounted to 68 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling meaning that the entire population would be sampled. The tool for analyzing data in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that is run with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The test results have 5 hypotheses, among others, first, competence has no significant effect on a person-job fit. Second, work culture has a significant influence on a person-job fit. Third, competence has a non-significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, the person-job fit has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Research related to the relationship between QWL, work stress, mental health, OCB and nurse performance in the type D Muhammadiyah Hospital network in East Java. Based on the problems, phenomena that occur in hospitals today as well as literature studies, researchers examine and analyze the effect of the QWL variable on the performance of inpatient nurses in the type D Muhammadiyah Hospital network in East Java. The population of this study were all nurses with the status of nurses in Muhammadiyah hospital type D, East Java. The sampling technique was saturated sample. The sample of this study was the entire population of nurses with the status of nurses who served in the inpatient room. This study was analyzed using the Partial Least Square method. The results of this study are QWL has a significant and positive effect on the performance of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network in East Java; QWL has a significant and negative effect on the work stress of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network in East Java; QWL has a significant and positive effect on the mental health of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network in East Java; Job stress has a significant and negative effect on OCB of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network, East Java; Mental Health has a significant and positive effect on OCB of inpatient nurses in Muhammadiyah type D Hospital, East Java; QWL has a significant and positive effect on OCB of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network in East Java; OCB has a significant and positive effect on the performance of inpatient nurses in the Muhammadiyah type D hospital network in East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to solve the problems of SMEs’ performance in the culinary and hospitality sectors in Pekanbaru by involving several companies’ internal environmental factors to build a competitive strategy. The variables engaged in this study consisted of social capital, entrepreneurial leadership, innovation capability, and performance. It involves 200 SMEs consisting of 167 culinary enterprises and 33 hospitality enterprises in Pekanbaru City in Riau of Indonesia. Using the structural equation model (SEM) approach, the results show that social capital has no significant direct effect on the business performance of culinary and hospitality SMEs in Pekanbaru. However, social capital indirectly affects SMEs’ performance through innovation capability. In addition, entrepreneurial leadership, directly and indirectly, affects the financial and non-financial performance of SMEs through capability. Culinary and hospitality SMEs in Pekanbaru must do a job in relationships partnerships with withs with common goals in furthering SMEs business. This active participation helps SMEs nurture knowledge and the latest information in the business world. Furthermore, culinary and hospitality SMEs actors were dominated by young entrepreneurs. It could be a valuable capital for SME act to be more innovative and creative in company improvement strategies, especially in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Social capital, Entrepreneurial leadership, Innovation capability, SMEs   performance

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dinilai kurang optimal karena hasil yang dikerjakan sebatas menyelesaikan target namun karyawan kurang berinisiatif dalam berinovasi. Karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan belajar yang tinggi akan semakin menguatkan kepercayaan diri dan persepsi bahwa dia bisa mengendalikan kejadian didalam hidupnya sehingga karyawan lebih semangat dalam bekerja dan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui learning agility pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 responden. Penelitian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri secara langsung maupun melalui learning agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pank Indonesia Tbk. Sedangkan learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Variabel locus of control secara langung dan melalui learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by entrepreneurs in their efforts to maintain their survival, to develop and to make a profit. This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, product differentiation, and relationship marketing on purchasing decisions of Toyota brand cars in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study is customer PT. Agung Toyota Pekanbaru in 2017. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire method that is distributed directly to the customer. The total respondents used in this analysis were 100 respondents. Analysis method is done by multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 19. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test, concluded H1, H2, H3 is accepted, indicating that the brand image variable, product differentiation, and relationship marketing have an influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination in this study was 58.3%. These three variables affect the dependent variable by 58.3%, while 41.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Pemasaran merupakan salah satu dari kegiatan-kegiatan pokok yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha dalam usahanya untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya, untuk berkembang dan untuk mendapatkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, diferensiasi produk, dan relationship marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah customer PT. Agung Toyota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2017. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket yang disebarkan langsung ke customer. Total responden yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah 100 responden. Metode Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS Versi 19. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, disimpulkan H1, H2, H3 diterima, menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image, diferensiasi produk, dan relationship marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58,3%. Ketiga variabel ini mempengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 58,3%, sedangkan 41,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kepercayaan adalah hal terpenting dalam menjaga hubungan baik antara organisasi layanan dan pelanggan mereka. Kepercayaan pasien terhadap rumah sakit merupakan kunci utama kemajuan sebuah rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan di RS Sumberglagah Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dan keluarganya yang menjalani rawat inap di RS Sumberglagah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 14 indikator, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 kali indikator yaitu sebanyak 140 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan, artinya kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien dan keluarganya di RS Sumberglagah Mojokerto. Aspek empati yaitu kesediaan setiap petugas untuk memberikan perhatian pribadi (individu) kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh rumah sakit untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang optimal. Pelayanan yang berorientasi komunikasi sangat membantu pasien dalam proses penyembuhan atau dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan harapan untuk sembuh. Trust is the most important thing in maintaining good relations between service organizations and their customers. Patient trust in the hospital is the main key to the progress of a hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and trust at Sumberglagah Hospital, Mojokerto. The population in this study were patients and their families of inpatients at Sumberglagah Hospital. This study uses 14 indicators, therefore the sample in this study is 10 times the indicator, namely as many as 140 patients. The results showed that the quality of service each had an effect on satisfaction and trust, meaning that the quality of good hospital services could increase the satisfaction and trust of patients and their families at Sumberglagah Hospital, Mojokerto. The empathy aspect, namely the willingness of each officer to give personal (individual) attention to the patient and the patient's family, is an important thing that must be considered by the hospital to create optimal service. Communication-oriented services really help patients in the healing process or can foster self-confidence and hope for recovery. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 340 SDM UMKM di Kota Malang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan formula slovin dengan margin error 10% atau 0,10 diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 73. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) quality of work life berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM; (2) quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (3) quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, 4) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM,  5) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM,  6) quality of work life berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja SDM yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior, (7) quality of work life tidak berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja SDM yang dimediasi oleh Keterlibatan kerja, (8) quality of work life (X) tidak berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja SDM yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior dan Keterlibatan kerja, dan quality of work life tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja SDM yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior dan keterlibatan kerja.Kata kunci: Quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, keterlibatan kerja, kinerja SDM.  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work-life, organizational citizenship behavior, and work involvement on HR performance. The population in this study is 340 MSME HR in Malang City. Determination of the number of samples carried out using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% or 0.10 obtained a sample size of 73. The results showed that (1) quality of work-life had no significant effect on HR performance; (2) quality of work-life has a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) quality of work-life has a considerable effect on work engagement, 4) corporate citizenship behavior has a significant impact on HR performance, 5) work engagement has no significant effect on HR performance, 6 ) quality of work-life has a direct and indirect impact on HR performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, (7) quality of work-life does not directly or indirectly affect HR performance mediated by work involvement, (8) quality of work-life (X) has no direct or indirect effect on HR performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior and work involvement. Quality of work life does not have a direct and indirect significant impact on HR performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior and work involvement.Keywords: Quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, work involvement, HR performance.
