Abstract: Learning innovation in the 21st century is an important priority. Innovation can be in the form of developing teaching materials in the form of modules. The purpose of this study is 1) to develop extracurricular learning modules for scientific works of SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang? (2) know the validity test of extracurricular learning modules for scientific works of SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang? and (3) describe the effectiveness of extracurricular learning modules in scientific works of SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang? The type of research used is the Research and Development of Borg and Gall to produce products, product validity, and test product effectiveness. The results showed the module's validity by 81.6% of material experts and 90% media experts. The module effectiveness test through limited trials get an average of 86% of students' responses to the module, more extensive trials get an average of 87% of students' responses to the module, an average score of 84,06 learners' test results, a student activity test learning I 83%, learning II 93% and learning III 95%.Keywords: Module Development, Extracurricular Elementary School Scientific Work Abstrak: Inovasi pembelajaran pada abad ke 21 menjadi prioritas yang penting dilakukan. Inovasi dapat berupa pengembangan bahan ajar yang berupa modul. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengembangkan modul pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler karya ilmiah SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang? (2) mengetahui uji validitas modul pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler karya ilmiah SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang? dan (3) mendeskripsikan efektifitas modul pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler karya ilmiah SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian (Research and Development) Borg and Gall untuk menghasilkan produk, validitas produk dan menguji keefektifan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas modul oleh ahli materi 81,6% dan ahli media 90 %. Uji keefektifan modul melalui uji coba terbatas mendapatkan rata-rata 86 % respon peserta didik terhadap modul, uji coba lebih luas mendapatkan rata-rata 87 % respon peserta didik terhadap modul, uji hasil belajar skor rata-rata 84,06, uji aktivitas peserta didik pembelajaran I 83%, pembelajaran II 93% dan pembelajaran III 95%.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Modul, Ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah SD
