Abstract

The pandemic of Covid 19 has increased significantly since March 2020 in Padang City. One of efficient way to stop the spread of Covid 19 is physical distancing. The use of fintech specially mobile banking is one example of financial service that can support the physical distancing program. The purpose of this study is to report the effect of some factors based on UTAUT and TAM to continuon intention of fintech (mobile banking’s) used during the pandemic Covid 19 in Padang City for March 2020 to April 2020 period. The factors are perceived usefulnes, perceived ease to used, facilitating condition, social influence, self efficacy and security. The study sample are 135 individu of community in Padang City. The data had been analized by multiple regression method. The result of this research reveals that perceived usefulness and perceived ease to used have influenced the continuon intention of fintech (mobile banking) used with positive and significant, however others factors such as facilitating condition, social influence, self efficacy and security do not influence the continuon intention of fintech (mobile banking) used. Pandemi Covid 19 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dimulai pada bulan Maret 2020 di Kota Padang. Salah satu cara untuk menghentikan penyebaran Covid 19 adalah dengan melakukan Physical Distancing. Penggunaan fintech khususnya mobile banking adalah salah satu contoh fasilitas jasa keuangan yang dapat mendukung program physical distancing tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh beberapa faktor dengan pendekatan UTAUT dan TAM terhadap minat penggunaan kembali fntech (mobile banking) pada masa pandemi Covid 19 untuk periode Maret 2020 sampai April 2020. Faktor- faktor yang diteliti adalah persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan menggunakan fintech (mobile banking), facilitating condition, social influence, self efficacy dan security. Penelitian ini menggunakan 135 sampel yang merupakan individu masyarakat kota Padang. Analisis data menggunakan metode multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahaan yang mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan minat penggunaan kembali fintech (mobile banking), sementara faktor lain tidak memiliki pengaruh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to report the effect of inovation to company’s performance. The inovation is measured by four type inovation: product, process, marketing and organization inovation. While company’s performance is measured by four type performance: financial, consumer, internal business process and learn/growth performance. The study sample are 106 micro, small and medium enterprise of creative industri in Padang City, West Sumatra. The data had been analized by multiple regression method. The result of this research reveals that organisation inovation has influence the four types company’s perfomances while process inovation has no influence. However, marketing inovation has influence learn (growth) and internal business process performance. Finally, the research also shows product inovation only influence learn and growth performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa efek dari inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Inovasi diukur dengan menggunakan empat tipe inovasi yaitu produk, proses, pemasaran dan organisasi. Sementara itu, kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan empat jenis kinerja yaitu keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran/pertumbuhan. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah 106 UMKM pada industri kreatif di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Analisa data menggunakan metode multiple regression. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa inovasi organisasi mempengaruhi ke empat jenis kinerja sementara itu inovasi proses tidak mempengaruhi satu pun jenis kinerja. Selanjutnya, inovasi pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan serta kinerja proses bisnis internal. Kemudian, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa inovasi pada produk hanya mempengaruhi kinerja pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and provide the empirical analysis regarding the influence of Financial literacy and Financial experiences to Civil Servant investment planning Behavior in Padang. The object of this research is Civil Servant IN Padang (71 responden),. The sampling methode used in this research is purposivesampling. The hipotesis test analysis uses SPSS 21. The result of the research reveals financial literacy influence Civil Servant investment planning behavior while financial experiences does not influence Civil Servant invesment planning behavior in Padang.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is carried out at the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative located in Nagari Pandai Sikek, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency. This activity aims to provide assistance in managing digital marketing and product branding at the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative to members of the cooperative who are weavers from Nagari Pandai Sikek. Products are marketed in the form of woven cloth typical of Pandai Sikek and some handicrafts typical of West Sumatra. The Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative currently does not have a name and logo for the product being marketed, so the product does not have an identity that can be recognized by the public. The method used in this activity is brainstorming with activity partners to obtain the same thoughts about product names and logos. In addition, the implementation method is also in the form of training and assistance in managing digital marketing as one of the product marketing strategies. In this activity, product branding has been produced with the name "Songket Weaving Pandai Sikek." With this name and logo, it is hoped that the products of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative can be immediately recognized by consumers, who will impact increasing product sales. In addition, this Community Service activity also provides assistance to partners in digital marketing management to market products both in marketplaces such as Tokopedia and on social media such as Instagram and Facebook. With this digital marketing, the products of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative have been marketed more widely, not only in the area of origin and surrounding areas but also to reach consumers from other regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial management practices and innovations to company’s performance on micro, small and medium enterprise during the Covid-19 pandemic in Depok City. The sampling of this study used the slovin’s formula and obtained a sample of 100MSMEs in Depok City. The data analyze used is multiple regression by used the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study indicate that financial management practices and product innovation has influence on company’s performance. While process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation has no influence on company’s performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management practices, financial planning, financial stress, and asset ownership on the financial well-being of retired families in Padang City. The object of this study were 200 respondents, namely people in the city of Padang who have entered retirement age or the age of 56 years. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with criteria or characteristics of the same age as 56 years, entering retirement, domicile in the city of Padang. The method used is multiple linear regression. The data were processed using SPSS version 16. The results showed that financial management practices and financial planning had a positive effect on financial well-being, financial stress had a negative effect on financial well-being, while asset ownership had no effect on financial well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ecotourism elements, electronic word of mouth and destination image on visit decisions. This study is an explanatory research with quantitative methods. The object of this study is the Harau Valley Area, Lima Puluh Kota Regency in West Sumatra. The non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling was used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of this study were respondents aged more than 18 years who had visited and accessed information related to the Harau Valley tourist attraction through the website and various existing social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. This research utilizes primary data obtained through field research by distributing questionnaires directly to 170 visitors in the Harau Valley Tourism Area. Multiple linear regression were used as the test tools for this study. The data was processed using the SPSS program.The results show that there are significant influence between ecotourism elements, electronic word of mouth and destination image on visit decision.
