Abstract

Digital PR is a public relations function in the digital era, one of its tasks is to manage social media owned by agencies. Trans Studio Bandung Mosque is one of the mosques that has successfully implemented digital PR management in packaging the social media account Instagram @masjidtrans in an effort to attract public enthusiasm. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and constructivism paradigm. The results of his research are digital PR TSB Mosque successfully implemented four stages in the concept of four steps of PR namely, (1) Fact finding is done by analyzing the situation, analyzing the target audience and analyzing the media. (2). Planning: planning the goals to be achieved and making tactical planning. (3). Taking action and communication: dividing the type of content according to Instagram features, following up the content of the study to the organizer community, crosschecking content, creating accidental content, making posting strategies on Instagram and performing posting intensity and content packaging. (4). Evaluation: determine assessment indicators and make monthly reports. Digital PR management in packaging da'wah content on the Instagram account of the Trans Studio Bandung Mosque also increases the congregation who attend the presentation or event held at TSB Mosque

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses rebranding dan manajemen penerapannya pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik TVRI dilingkungan TVRI Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dan rebranding sebagai acuan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma konstruktivisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rebranding di LPP TVRI Jawa Barat, yaitu; (1) Perencanaan kegiatan rebranding di lingkungan TVRI Jawa Barat tidak memiliki perencanaan khusus karena terjadi miskomunikasi; (2) Pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan rebranding di LPP TVRI Jabar adalah dengan membentuk tim rebranding khusus dan melakukan pengorganisian pengelolaan anggaran; (3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan rebranding di lingkungan TVRI Jabar dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi, penggunaan atribut baru dan properti sesuai manual book, terakhir adalah dengan membuat desain untuk on air maupun off air sesuai super grafis; (4) Pengawasan dilakukan dengan pengawasan secara langsung, pengawasan pengelolaan dana, dan pengawasan dalam bentuk laporan (LPJ). Kata Kunci : Rebranding; Lembaga Penyiaran Publik; Fungsi Manajemen ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the process of rebranding and management of its implementation at the TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute in the TVRI West Java environment. This study uses the concept of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) and rebranding as a research reference. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach and a constructivist paradigm. The results showed that the rebranding process at LPP TVRI West Java, namely; (1) Planning for rebranding activities in TVRI West Java does not have a special plan due to miscommunication; (2) Organizing the rebranding activities at LPP TVRI West Java was to form a special rebranding team and organize budget management; (3) The implementation of rebranding activities in the West Java TVRI environment is carried out by conducting socialization, using new attributes and properties according to the manual book, the last is by making designs for on air and off air according to super graphics; (4) Supervision is carried out under direct supervision, supervision of fund management, and supervision in the form of reports (LPJ).
