Abstract

This study aims to analyze development of gifted student’s elementary school at MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. This research uses a descriptive, qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. Interviews were conducted with principals, teachers, guardians of students, and students. The data analysis technique was performed using an interactive model (Miles and Huberman), while the data validity test used data triangulation. The results show that the development of giftedness of student’s elementary school has been in line with the concept of the three rings of Renzulli, where the characteristics of gifted students at MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor, including showing above-average ability, show commitment to the task. as enthusiasm, and involvement with a particular problem or area, self-confidence and desire, showing high creativity as fluency, flexibility, and authenticity in thinking, openness to experience, curiosity, and the courage to take steps.

Abstract

The Dayak people in the city of Palangka Raya have made the philosophy of “huma betang” culture as a cultural value that regulates life together with the community with the understanding “where the earth is set, the sky is upheld there”. This “huma betang” culture also gives meaning to the Dayak people to be able to respect the customs that apply in their environment, so that it is hoped that it can create a safe and peaceful condition in the city of Palangka Raya without division and conflict. This study uses a qualitative research method with a gadamerian hermeneutic approach to interpreting the internalization of the values of “huma betang” cultural through narrative counseling, both symbolic, linguistic and non-linguistic for basic education students in the city of Palangka Raya. This study resulted in the finding that the internalization of “huma betang” cultural values through a narrative counseling approach for primary education students in Palangka Raya city consists of values of honesty, togetherness, kinship, mutual cooperation, and tolerance. The internalization of “huma betang” cultural values that have been carried out by counselors for basic education students in the city of Palangka Raya has been able to help students experience changes in self-understanding and openness through the use of students’ language or the actions they take to solve the problems they experience.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian berjudul “Manajemen Public Relations Dalam Mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeksripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, evaluasi, dan kepemimpinan bagian public relations dalam mengembangkan MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari kepala sekolah dan bagian public relations, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, literatur pendukung penelitian, dan studi kepustakaan yang lainnya. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara bebas terpimpin dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan program kerja bagian public relations, dilaksanakan dan disusun secara bersama dengan bagian-bagian yang lainnya, dalam kegiatan Musyawarah Kerja. (2) Pengorganisasian bagian public relations MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo, diselenggarakan dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan struktur kelembagaan yang ada. (3) Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan oleh bagian public relations MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo dilakukan untuk melakukan perbaikan program kerja dalam bentuk penyesuaian dan penyempurnaan program. (4) Kepemimpinan bagian public relations MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo dalam mengembangkan MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo merupakan suatu upaya untuk memadukan dengan semua komponen yang ada, baik komunitas sekolah maupun masyarakat di luar sekolah, dalam harapan terciptanya suasana keluarga yang baik, dan dapat berpengaruh pada keberhasilan realisasi MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. AbstractThe research entitled "Public Relations Management In Developing Islamic Education Institution in MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo". The purpose of this research is to describe and explain about planning, organizing, evaluation, and leadership of public relations department in developing MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. Primary data were obtained from school principals and public relations departments, while secondary data were obtained from books, research supporting literature, and other literary studies. And Methods of collecting data of this research by way of free guided interviews and documentation. The results of this study are (1) Planning work program part of public relations, implemented and compiled together with other parts, in activities "Work Deliberation". (2) Organizing public relations section MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo, organized and implemented in accordance with existing institutional structures. (3) Evaluation is done by the public relations section of MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo done to make improvement of the work program in the form of adjustment and improvement program. (4) Leadership of public relations section MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo in developing MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo is an effort to integrate with all existing components, both school community and society outside school, in the hope of creating a good family atmosphere, and can affect the successful realization of MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur'an Gontor Ponorogo

Abstract

Competition in the era of Asean Economic Community is increasingly stringent, leading the Islamic educational institutions not only oriented to academic aspects but also on other aspects, including the economic aspects. The concept of Islamic educational institutions today should lead to the establishment of creative Islamic educational institutions, especially creative-based economies. Islamic education institutions today are no longer sticking to conventional learning methods to provide knowledge to the human resources of Islamic education, but to apply learning methods while learning, which is expected to guide the human resources of Islamic education to develop creativity, innovation, and productivity. Looking at the prospects that are needed at this time, the Islamic educational institutions are expected to immediately change the orientation of Islamic education in the institution, in order to produce excellence in social, cultural, economic, and etc.

Abstract

Discipline is needed by humans for manage their lives and become useful for themselves and others. Discipline is also needed for an organizational success . the lives all members in student organization (OPPM), it is can't be separated from discipline. The Security Section as part of disciplinary enforcement emphasizes awareness, preventive measures and eliminates physical punishment to OPPM members. That matter to grow up awareness in OPPM members for application of discipline without a sense of compulsion. This research was conducted to determine the role of the Security section in carrying out tasks This research is a field research with descriptive qualitative type of analysis, to find data  is related to this research, researcher use 3 data collection methods,: (1) documentation method, (2) observation method and (3) interview , while  data analysis uses Spradley's qualitative data analysis, namely (1) domain analysis, (2) taxonomic analysis and (3) componential analysis. The results analysis data it was found that; (1) Discipline carried out by OPPM members is a good discipline, because they are obedient  the Security section. (2) The role of the OPPM Security Section in regulating the discipline of OPPM members consists of: (a) As a provider of ideas (Innovator), (b) As a disciplinariy (Motivator), (c) As an accelerator in the growth of  discipline awareness for OPPM members (Leader), (d) As an administrator who regulates the discipline (Manager).

Abstract

Leaders in Islamic educational institutions have a great responsibility, because of their role such as the ability to make decisions and skills in making new ideas as the demands of society. Being a leader in Islamic educational institution is not only required to master various leadership theories, but also must be able to apply them in the institution. Some principles that must be owned by a leader in carrying out his leadership in an Islamic educational institution should rely on things that have been ordered by Allah SWT. Principles of leadership in Islam namely trust, fair, deliberation, and amar ma ' ruf nahi munkar. While qualifications of leader in Islamic education as follows: sincere, always take the initiative, able to create network and use it, trustworthy, work hard and earnest, mastering the problem and can solve it, have high integrity, have high guts and not afraid of risk, honest and open, ready to sacrifice, assertive, intelligent in seeing, listening, evaluating, judging, deciding, and solving it, able to communicate, and Good in mu'amalah.

Abstract

Public relations is one part of Islamic education institutions that are planned and deliberately formed to foster and develop Islamic education institutions continue to get the response and sympathy of the people who have a direct interest in Islamic educational institutions. Thus, the development of public relations in the millennial era is very much needed in maintaining the existence of Islamic education institutions, especially competition between educational institutions is very tight and competitive. And by developing public relations, it is expected to be able to achieve the goal of a relationship between Islamic education institutions and a harmonious society and can improve the educational process in Islamic educational institutions in a productive, effective, and efficient manner, so as to produce quality graduates.

Abstract

The curriculum and learning have a very central position (importance) in education. Curriculum as written material or educational program (ideal curriculum) with more emphasis on operational learning process (real curriculum). The curriculum is related to the content/material that must be learned while the learning is related to the way to learn it. Without the curriculum as a plan, then learning will not be effective, and vice versa without learning as the implementation of a plan, the curriculum will have no meaning what. The curriculum aims as a direction, guidance, or assigns in the implementation of the learning process ). The curriculum directs all forms of learning activities for the achievement of educational goals.Thus, the curriculum and learning is an absolute requirement in a series of activities of educational institutions. What if there is no curriculum and lesson in school? In this case it is seen that the position of curriculum and learning is very central in the implementation of educational objectives, so that if there is no curriculum then the learning will not achieve the goal well, because in the curriculum contains the educational plan as a guide and also as a source of guidance in the implementation of learning field for educational institutions.

Abstract

Adab is very important in life, be it one's own life, family or social life and what is more important is adab to Allah and His Messenger. Cultivating adab for students of elementary school is an effort taught to students to shape them into true and noble Muslims before Allah, His Messenger, and fellow humans because adab is a barometer of the perfection of faith. The purpose of writing this study is to describe the urgency of implementing adab for students of elementary school from the perspective of the Qur’an and hadith. This research is the result of a literature review with data obtained from document study studies, both from reference books and international and national scientific journals. This study suggests that the Qur’an and hadith have explained a lot about the importance of adab in the daily life of a muslim. The application of adab for students of elementary school, as explained in the Qur’an and hadith is a form of effort that is taught to them to realize insan kamil kaffah and able to carry out the knowledge that has been taught to them perfectly and maintain it completely so that it can be useful in this world and the hereafter.
