Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak transformasi perpustakaan desa berbasis inklusi sosial di Desa Manuk Kecamatan Siman Kabupaten Ponorogo dalam meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deksriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan in-depth interview, participant observation, dan documentation study. Teknik analisis data dengan data collection, data condensation, data display, dan drawing and verifying conclusion. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dampak transformasi perpustakaan desa berbasis inklusi sosial di Desa Manuk Kecamatan Siman telah berjalan sejalan dengan konsep transformasi perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial Woro Titi Haryanti, yaitu: pertama, perpustakaan Desa Manuk telah bertransformasi menjadi sarana peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat; pusat solusi dalam mengatasi berbagai problematika kehidupan masyarakat; pusat ilmu pengetahuan dan kebudayaan (learning center) dan pusat pengembangan minat dan bakat masyarakat; dan kedua; dampak transformasi perpustakan Desa Manuk berbasis inklusi sosial ini sangat berdampak significant bagi masyarakat Desa Manuk dan masyarakat umum ditandai dengan (a) adanya peningkatan literasi informasi berbasis teknologi dan informasi, dilihat dari bertambahnya wawawan dan pengetahuan, dan nilai sekolah yang bagus; dan (b) peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat, dilihat dari meningkatnya pendapatan, kesehatan, dan mendapatkan pekerjaan, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi terutama di lembaga pendidikan Islam, memegang peranan penting, sebab menjadikan lembaga tersebut lentur, fleksibel dan elastis, sebagaimana budaya yang tidak akan pernah mengalami kemunduran dan akan menjadi sangat sempurna jika dipadu dengan agama yang bersumber pada al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Tidak sedikit yang mengatakan bahwa agama termasuk dalam lingkup budaya. Itupun jika umat beragama mampu mengaplikasikan ajaran-ajaran agama dalam kehidupan budayanya, sedangkan bila tidak, maka justru akan menjadikan budaya umat yang termarginalkan dalam persaingan di dunia pendidikan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Abstrak Memang tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa masyarakat dan lembaga pendidikan memiliki keterkaitan dan saling berperan satu sama lain. Apalagi di era otonomi pendidikan saat ini, yang memberikan lembaga pendidikan kebebasan untuk mengelola lembaganya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat di sekitarnya, sehingga menjadikan persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin ketat dalam meraih simpati dan dukungan dari masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, peran bagian public relation di lembaga pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis akan menitik beratkan pada pembahasan peran yang harus di miliki oleh bagianpublic relation dalam meningkatkan reputasi lembaga pendidikan di era otonomi pendidikan dengan berbagai program kegiatannya, hal ini dikarenakan keberadaan bagian public relation pada saat ini, belum mampu secara maksimal membangun brand image dan networking yang kuat dan kokoh di kalangan masyarakat, sehingga yang terjadi adalah reputasi lembaga pendidikan belum terbentuk dengan baik kalangan masyarakat. Abstract

The curriculum and learning have a very central position (importance) in education. Curriculum as written material or educational program (ideal curriculum) with more emphasis on operational learning process (real curriculum). The curriculum is related to the content/material that must be learned while the learning is related to the way to learn it. Without the curriculum as a plan, then learning will not be effective, and vice versa without learning as the implementation of a plan, the curriculum will have no meaning what. The curriculum aims as a direction, guidance, or assigns in the implementation of the learning process ). The curriculum directs all forms of learning activities for the achievement of educational goals.Thus, the curriculum and learning is an absolute requirement in a series of activities of educational institutions. What if there is no curriculum and lesson in school? In this case it is seen that the position of curriculum and learning is very central in the implementation of educational objectives, so that if there is no curriculum then the learning will not achieve the goal well, because in the curriculum contains the educational plan as a guide and also as a source of guidance in the implementation of learning field for educational institutions.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant influence between the leadershipstyle of the madrasah principal and the level of discipline of the MI Darul Fikri teacher. The subjectsof this study were all teachers of MI Darul Fikri as many as 27 teachers, sampling using a totalsample of 27 respondents. In measuring the research variables, the researcher first tested theinstrument, namely the validity test and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of thetwo variables using the correlation formula and simple linear regression using SPSS 17 to find out theresults of the data that has been done. Based on data processing which states that there is asignificant influence between the leadership style of the madrasa principal and the level of disciplineof MI Darul Fikri teachers, namely 61.3% and 38.7% the level of teacher discipline is influenced byother aspects. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antaragaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan tingkat kedisiplinan guru MI Darul Fikri. Subjekpenelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MI Darul Fikri sebanyak 27 guru, pengambilan sampelmenggunakan sampel total yaitu 27 responden. Dalam mengukur variabel penelitian, penelitimelakukan uji instrumen terlebih dahulu, yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan, dalammengukur pengaruh kedua variabel menggunakan rumus korelasi dan regresi linier sederhanamenggunakan SPSS 17 untuk mengetahui hasil data yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan olah datayang menyatakan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasahdengan tingkat kedisiplinan guru MI Darul Fikri yaitu sebesar 61,3% dan 38,7% tingkat kedisiplinanguru dipengaruhi oleh aspek lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Strategic Forming of Santri Leadership Character in Islamic Boarding Schools. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collected by interview and observation methods. The location of the study was Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. As for the results of his research are as follows: (1) In shaping the character of leadership of students, Islamic boarding schools have a purpose that is directed, as for the objectives are: a) students are able to form leadership characters in themselves; b) students are able to be confident in their abilities and potential; c) students are able to have a directed mindset in choosing their life goals; and d) students are able to build dynamic attitudes and behavior; (2) Care of students as an extension of the leadership of Islamic boarding schools and leaders in student activities for 24 hours, has been able to design strategies in shaping the character of student leadership with the following steps, direction; training; assignment; refraction; and escort; and (3) In addition to making steps in shaping the character of santri leadership, the nurturing of santri has also set benchmarks of success in the process of shaping the character of santri leadership, namely: testing with problems; test to make a choice; test to be ready to sacrifice; test to be firm in attitude; and test to evaluate yourself.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan  metode wawancara, dan observasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah: (1) Dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan santri, Pondok Pesantren telah memiliki tujuan yang terarah, adapun tujuanya adalah: a) santri mampu membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dalam dirinya sendiri; b) santri mampu percaya diri terhadap kemampuan dan potensi dirinya; c) santri mampu memiliki pola pikir terarah dalam memilih tujuan hidup mereka; dan d) santri mampu membangun sikap dan tingkah laku yang dinamis; (2) Pengasuhan santri sebagai kepanjangan tangan dari pimpinan pondok pesantren dan pemimpin dalam aktifitas santri selama 24 jam, telah mampu merancang strategi dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut, pengarahan; pelatihan; penugasan; pembiasan; dan pengawalan; dan (3) Selain membuat langkah-langkah dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri, pengasuhan santri juga telah menetapkan tolak ukur keberhasilan dalam proses pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri, yaitu: menguji dengan permasalahan; menguji untuk memutuskan pilihan; menguji untuk siap berkorban; menguji untuk tegas dalam bersikap; dan menguji untuk mengevaluasi diri sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of archive management in the administration section of public elementary schools in Pammana District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a single fixed research strategy. The sampling technique used was purposive and snowball sampling. Sources of data used are informants, places and events, as well as archives and documents. Data collection techniques by interview, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of archive management in the administration section of public elementary schools in Pammana District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi is implemented with a fairly good archive management system. This is marked by the management of records that have used the principle of a combination of centralization and decentralization, in the form of active, in-active and static records. The implementation of archive management in the administration section of public elementary schools in Pammana Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi was also found to be a number of obstacles, namely: the lack of knowledge of employees about archiving; insufficient archive storage place; lack of attention to archival storage. The efforts that have been made by the administration department of public elementary schools in Pammana District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi to overcome these obstacles by involving administrative staff in training on archiving; repairing and changing the layout and layout of archives in the archival room of public elementary schools in Pammana District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi; and improve and add filing facilities according to the needs required by administrative staff.

Abstract

Adab is very important in life, be it one's own life, family or social life and what is more important is adab to Allah and His Messenger. Cultivating adab for students of elementary school is an effort taught to students to shape them into true and noble Muslims before Allah, His Messenger, and fellow humans because adab is a barometer of the perfection of faith. The purpose of writing this study is to describe the urgency of implementing adab for students of elementary school from the perspective of the Qur’an and hadith. This research is the result of a literature review with data obtained from document study studies, both from reference books and international and national scientific journals. This study suggests that the Qur’an and hadith have explained a lot about the importance of adab in the daily life of a muslim. The application of adab for students of elementary school, as explained in the Qur’an and hadith is a form of effort that is taught to them to realize insan kamil kaffah and able to carry out the knowledge that has been taught to them perfectly and maintain it completely so that it can be useful in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the concept of character education according to Thomas Lickona and Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Which later is expected to be able to describe in more detail the concept of character education according to Thomas Lickona and Ki Hadjar Dewantara. This research is library research, so all the data presented is obtained from tracing primary sources, namely the translated book of Thomas Lickona Educating for Character and Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Character Education book, as well as various other supporting sources. With this descriptive, analytical, and comparative search, it is hoped that it will be able to examine the concept of character education according to Thomas Lickona and Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The results of this study found that the concept of character education of Thomas Lickona and Ki Hajar Dewantara is how all social elements have a strong role in the process of forming one's character, both in the age group, professional group and so on, as well as in developing character and values which are a target or achievement. in the educational process at school.

Abstract

Madrasah managers must manage the human resources of their institutions as a strategic step to make the task and link in a match to avoid mistakes strategic steps as effective, professional, and as prospective as possible. The urgency of human resource management is a very important aspect of the madrasah education process in general. This paper examines the study of the urgency of strategic planning and management of human resources in madrasah. This paper is the result of a literature review with data obtained from document study activities, both from reference books and international and national journals. This study proposes findings that the urgency of strategic planning and human resource management in the industrial revolution era 4.0 at the current madrasah is essential to avoid disaster or madrasa collapse, madrasa managers are expected to be able to manage their madrasah in accordance with the basic needs and management systems required by each stage of the cycle his life. One of the management functions that must be properly managed is strategic planning, which is planning that is able to predict the life, resilience, and progress of madrasah in the future by improving functions in the management of human resources must be carried out optimally, by focusing on achieving madrasah goals that have been set and implementing them on programs and activities, which then develop, including in terms of data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
