It is undeniable that the competition between Islamic educational institutions in globalization era is getting stronger and sharper, not only companies that compete, in the world of education can not be separated from the name of competition, so from here then the name of human resources Islamic education should be really encouraged to race toward the quality of human resources of Islamic education better and have a strong competitiveness, especially in the current globalization era. Human resources of Islamic education should be demanded continuously to be able to develop themselves actively and have the initiative to continue to think more advanced. The human resources of Islamic education here, must really be the human resources of Islamic education who have a high commitment to learning, have a strong willingness to guard the change towards the better, they must have a high work ethic and full of spirit without stopping to learn, so that their potential can be developed and can be felt by himself, especially Islamic educational institutions that desperately need their fighting spirit, in developing and advancing the institution in globalization era.

The professional competence of elementary school teachers plays an important role in the learning process in schools. The professional competence of elementary school teachers must still refer to actions that are rational and have certain specifications in carrying out educational tasks. Elementary school teachers as professional staff are required to have the abilities and skills in accordance with the fields they are engaged in so that the potential growth and development process of students which includes cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and spiritual aspects can run well and in accordance with the educational goals that have been set. set. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with critical discourse analysis methods and literature review from several comprehensive literature and journals. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts to increase the professional competence of elementary school teachers can be carried out through the following steps: first, the efforts made by elementary school teachers to improve their professional competence, including: attending teacher upgrading, training, workshops, national or international seminars , and deliberations of teachers in the field of study, increasing knowledge through mass or electronic media, and professional improvement through independent study; and second, the efforts made by school principals in increasing the professional competence of elementary school teachers, including: empowering the professionalism of elementary school teachers through collaboration with advanced and developing elementary school institutions, providing opportunities for elementary school teachers to improve their profession, encouraging teacher involvement elementary school in every school education activity (participatory), and increasing the knowledge of elementary school teachers through deliberation, both among material teachers and as a whole.

Abstract: This research aimed to determine democratic leadership and decisions making on education in Islamic perspective at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. This research used descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as Miles and Hubberman data analysis, including data analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that democratic leadership principal of school and making decisions on education in Islamic perspective at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo has been carried out properly in accordance with Quran, in Ash-Shura: verse: 38, which is reflected in every decision. The school principal always decides through a deliberative forum together with the teachers openly, responsively, responsibly, and trustfully, by promoting the principle of togetherness and kindship. ملخص: الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة قيادة الديمقراطية ووضع السياسات والقرارات التعليمية علي نظرية الإسلام في المدرسة الابتدائية معهد ولد الصالح بيت القرآن فونوروكو. يستخدم هذا البحث البحث النوعي الوصفي مع أسلوب جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات والملاحظات والتوثيق، وكذلك استخدام تحليل بيانات على نموذج ميليس وهوبيرمين، الذي يشمل على تحليل البيانات، وعرض البيانات، وأخذ الاستنباط. تشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن: قيادة الديمقراطية مدير المدرسة ووضع السياسات والقرارات التعليمية في المدرسة الابتدائية معهد ولد الصالح بيت القرآن فونوروكو، تم تنفيذها بشكل جيد ومناسب بالقرآن في سورة الشورى: الآية ٤٣، ويظهر ذلك عند ما توجد مشكلات التعليم والتربية، فالمدير يحلها دائما من خلال التشاور مع المعلمين منفتحا، ومستجيبا، ومسؤولا، بتقديم مراعاة مبدأ العمل الجماعي والأسري.

The kiai's leadership strategy has an important role in developing a scientific culture in pesantren. The existence of this scientific culture can also be seen from the educational orientation organized by the Badii'usy Syamsi Pucanganom Madiun Modern Islamic Boarding School. Through the application of the right leadership strategy, it is believed to be able to maintain the existence of pesantren as a tafaquh fidin institution and maintain the scientific culture of pesantren. This study describes the process of building a scientific tradition from the perspective of the leadership strategy of kiai Ponpes Badii'usy Syamsi and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a case study type approach. The results showed that 1); the process of scientific development at the Modern Badii'usy Syamsi Islamic Boarding School is carried out by carrying out co-curricular, extra-curricular, and intra-curricular activities; 2). The scientific tradition is developed through four strategies, namely; barter (exchange), build (build), bind (bind), tie (bond); 3). The factors encountered at the beginning of the pioneering pesantren were difficulties in providing books for santri, not having formal education, salafi education models that were not accepted by the community, lack of human resources to teach in pesantren, supporters consisting of family environment, colleagues, motivation and the principle of unwavering coordination, as well as the pesantren cadres who have started well at the Badii'usy Syamsi Modern Islamic Boarding School.

Penelitian ini berawal dari ketertarikan peneliti tentang strategi pengasuh dalam peningkatan kemandirian anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu dan Dhu’afa Al-Hikmah cabang Muhammadiyah Siman Ponorogo. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pengasuh dalam peningkatan kemandirian anak asuh di panti asuhan yatim piatu dan dhu’afa Al-Hikmah cabang Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan jenis penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) strategi pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak asuh telah menerapkan beberapa aspek yakni keyaninan akan kemampuan diri, optimis, obyektif, bertanggung jawab dan rasional. (2) hasil dari strategi pengasuh adalah melalui kegiatan Muhadhoroh, seperti kultum, public speaking, orasi yang diberikan secara bergilir, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti Tapak Suci, menjadi bukti efektifitas strategi pengasuh dalam membina kemandirian anak asuh. (3) faktor pendukungnya yaitu kepribadian anak yang semangat dalam kehidupan panti asuhan, anak asuh mempunyai keinginan untuk dibimbing. Dan untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang anak asuh yang tidak mampu dan yang di tinggalkan orang tua sejak kecil, sehingga belum ada pembentukan sifat kemandirian dari kecil.

Salah satu pemanfataan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan adalah media pembelajaran LCD proyektor. LCD proyektor dimanfaatkan untuk membantu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Namun dominan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak dilakukan dengan ceramah, yang berdampak pada prestasi belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran LCD proyektor terhadap prestasi belajar Aqidah Akhlak siswa SMP IT Darut Taqwa Pintu Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Pendekatan penelitian digunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa dan SMP IT Darut Taqwa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 66 anak, adapun sumber data diperoleh dari guru maupun siswa dengan teknik observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan yakni media LCD proyektor memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan prestasi belajar Aqidah Aklakh. Demikian juga dengan pengaruh media LCD proyektor yang kuat terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisein determinasi 0,763 atau sama dengan 76,3 %, selebihnya yaitu 23,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.

Islamic boarding schools are present as a forum for education and the formation of a complete Muslim personality, as well as being one of the solutions to produce a generation that has a good personality attitude. Charismatic behavior in Islamic boarding schools is very important in order to maintain and improve Islamic values as a whole. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the process of personality formation and the role of charismatic kyai in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a qualitative approach that aims to describe the phenomena that exist in the field using written and spoken words from the behavior and people observed, data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation, validity check techniques data by increasing persistence, data triangulation and auditing. The results of this study are Islamic boarding schools in shaping the students personality through three processes, namely; learning, supervision and sanctions, while the leadership role of the charismatic kyai is seen from his position as a leader, teacher, policy maker, controller and advisor, and seen from his role as uswah hasanah or role model, has a high caring attitude and is always social.

In facing the dynamics of social change in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, especially Islamic education, the existence and role of teachers in developing Islamic religious education curricula became very important, so that the compilation of Islamic religious education curriculum in accordance with the characteristics, mission, and vision of Islamic education institutions, and in accordance with the learning experience needed by students. The development of the Islamic religious education curriculum shows that the education system is dynamic, if the education system does not want to fall into stagnation, then the changes need to be carried out by the teacher and is a must to be carried out in various ways that are innovative, creative, and productive, especially in determining the method, and what strategies will be developed, and how to measure success

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant influence between the leadership style of the madrasah principal and the level of discipline of the MI Darul Fikri teacher. The subjects of this study were all teachers of MI Darul Fikri as many as 27 teachers, sampling using a total sample of 27 respondents. In measuring the research variables, the researcher first tested the instrument, namely the validity test and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of the two variables using the correlation formula and simple linear regression using SPSS 17 to find out the results of the data that has been done. Based on data processing which states that there is a significant influence between the leadership style of the madrasa principal and the level of discipline of MI Darul Fikri teachers, namely 61.3% and 38.7% the level of teacher discipline is influenced by other aspects.
