Abstract

Titis Sempurna is a company engaged in oil and gas, which has implemented an ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system. website-based which means the system can be used where I am and anytime, but website-based ERP systems have weaknesses, the possibility of the system being hacked by hackers because everyone can find out the address of the ERP system in PT.Titis Sempurna.This certainly can lead to concerns of users of ERP systems that include parts of accounting, purchase, warehouse, and human resource development (HRD), because the system cannot be guaranteed security. other than that the ERP system is also too complex and difficult for users to understand as in the purchase user often experiences constraints when the user wants to import PO data. This happens because the use, implementation and integration of the ERP system is difficult to apply in a company and therefore the need for usability testing to measure the quality of the ERP system is done so that the level of usability or usability of the system is expected and later the results of this research are expected later can provide usability or system usability which includes Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction ERP systems for the future. PT.Titis Sempurna adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang minyak dan gas, yang telah menerapkan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning). berbasis website yang artinya sistem dapat digunakan dimana saya dan kapan saja akan tetapi sistem ERP berbasis website memiliki kelemahan salasatunya memungkinan sistem dapat di retas oleh hacker karna setiap orang dapat mengetahui alamat dari sistem ERP yang ada di PT.Titis Sempurna.hal ini tentu dapat menimbulkan kekhawatiran dari pengguna sistem ERP yang meliputi bagian dari accounting, purchase, warehouse, dan human resource development (HRD), karna sistem tidak bisa dijamin keamanannya. selain itu sistem ERP juga terlalu kompleks dan sulit untuk dipahami user seperti pada bagian purchase user sering mengalami kendala salasatunya ialah pada saat user ingin mengimputkan data PO. Hal ini terjadi karna penggunaan, pengimplementasian dan pengintegrasian dari sistem ERP sulit untuk di terapkan disebuah prusahaan maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya penerpan usability testing untuk mengukur kualitas sistem ERP hal ini dilakukan agar diketahui tingkat usability atau kebergunaan dari sistem tersebut dan diharapkan nantinya hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kebergunaan atau usability sistem yang meliputi Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, dan Satisfaction sistem ERP untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

The current information system is the backbone of most companies or agencies. Currently there are various types of information systems including "transaction processing systems (TPS), office automation systems (OAS), knowledge work systems (KWS), management information systems (MIS), decision support systems (DSS), expert systems, groups decision support systems (GDSS), computer support collaborative work systems (CSCW), and executive support systems (ESS) ". Of the various types of information systems that are currently available decision support systems are widely used as aids in making decisions. For this reason, in this study, a study was conducted with a method that can be used in a decision support system. From the study conducted there are three decision support system methods that are often used, namely simple additive weighting (SAW), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and simple multi attribute rating technique (SMART). The third method is a method that has a weighting value and criteria in the calculation process

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan website dengan php yang dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 27 Palembang dikarenakan pada SMP tersebut dirasa belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ada oleh sebab itu maka pengabdian ini dilakukan. Adapun peserta dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan Website dengan menggunakan PHP kepada para siswa dan siswi di SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. Adapaun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah diharapkan dapatmeningkatkan kemampuan para siswa SMPN 27 Palembang  dalam membuat database dengan Xampp sebagai server, Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para guru SMP Negeri 27 Palembang tentang bagaimana cara memanfaatkan PHPMyAdmin dalam memanajemen Sistem Database.Pentingnya pelatihan ini bagi SMP Negeri 27 Palembang karena dengan melihat perkembangan zaman tentang teknologi yang canggih oleh sebab itu para tenaga pendidik (guru) dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut agar tidak ketinggalan dan memperoleh wawasan baru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi .Kata kunci :Pelatihan, Web, PHP

Abstract

The Diskominfo website is a means of communication to convey various information to the wider community. The existence of a website helps at the same time cover up the government's limitations in the dissemination of various information so that the public does not experience information gaps. This website is analyzed using the Pieces method such as performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, and service by testing using the GT Matrik Tools and Google Transparency Report, while the test results obtained after the analysis are obtained that the average page speed grade is 27%. or in grade F. This means that the quality of the Diskominfo website based on the index generated by Google is still very low, the same thing is also produced by YSlow Grade from Yahoo where the average YSlow Grade is 66% or grade D. The low quality of the web will certainly affect website performance. While testing based on the results of control measurements, the Diskominfo website is safe for public visits. The Diskominfo website has good efficiency, because the existing system can be used properly and can also produce the expected output. In the analysis measurement results, the menu structure that is built can be seen from its initial purpose, which is to provide services to the community, however, this service is still not optimal because the content of the service is not well filled. D. Rendahnya kualitas web tersebut tentu akan mempengaruhi kinerja website. Sedangkan pengujian Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran control, website Diskominfo aman untuk dikunjungi oleh masyarakat.  Website Diskominfo telah memiliki efisiensi yang baik, karena sistem yang ada telah dapat digunakan dengan baik dan juga dapat menghasilkan output yang diharapkan.  Pada hasil pengukuran analisis bahwa struktur menu yang dibangun dapat dilihat tujuan awalnya yaitu dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Akan tetapi pelayanan ini masih belum maksimal dikarenakan konten pelayanan belum banyak terisi dengan baik.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat menjadi media yang paling efektif untuk mencari dan menyebarkan informasi. Teknologi tersebut adalah komputer, komputer merupakan teknologi yang menjadi kebutuhan manusia dan memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa bagi penggunanya, misalnya mengelolah data, berbagi file, dan mengirim e-mail (surat elektronik). Dalam dunia pendidikan, Komputer telah banyak dijadikan sebagai alat pengajaran. Multimedia adalah penggunaan komputer untuk menyajikan dan menggabungkan teks, suara, gambar, animasi, dan video dengan alat bantu (tool). RDBM merupakan ilmu komputer yang menjelaskan sebuah program komputer ( seperangkat program komputer ). Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan menganalasis perangkat ajar RDM multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan metode PIECES, dimana manfaatnya adalah dapat mengetahui hasil sejauh mana performance, information, economic, efficiecy, dan services dari perangkat ajar RDM tersebut. Agar supaya dapat dikembangkan lagi perangkat ajar yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Peluncuran stasiun televisi ini bertujuan menambah media informasi di palembang. saat ini, PALTV belum mampu menyediakan sistem informasi yang efisien untuk menyampaikan informasi seperti deskripsi program acara, profil instansi dan komunikasi dua arah bagi masyarakat yang ingin memberikan saran untuk kemajuan PALTV serta informasi mengenai sumatera selatan yang ditampilkan dalam menu warta PALTV. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis web pada PALTV, yang dapat membantu masyarakat memperoleh informasi berita apa saja seputar informasi yang ada dipalembang sumatera selatan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi untuk PALTV. Melihat mudahnya mendapatkan informasi melalui internet. Maka sistem informasi yang terbaik untuk PALTV adalah sistem informasi berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang akan dirancang menggunakan mahasa perograman PHP, dan database mysql.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer DSN merupakan usaha dibidang jasa dekorasi diacara pernikahan maupun lamaran. Berdiri sejak tahun 2015. Wedding Organizer DSN memulai usahanya dengan memiliki backdrop dekorasi model tirai hingga sekarang sudah memiliki berbagai model selain tirai ada juga model papan dan kayu. Wedding Organizer DSN Menyediakan dekorasi modern dan daerah. Proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Wedding Organizer DSN masih sederhana dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti facebook, instagram dan mulut ke mulut. Kekurangan pada instagram dalam media pemasaran yaitu foto produk terlihat kecil, foto jarang tampil pada halaman pencaharian, sulit melakukan pemasaran pada produk dan dalam melakukan proses transaksi juga kurang efektif. Kekurangannya seperti banyaknya pengguna facebook mengakibatkan postingan promosi cepat tenggelam dan jangkauan konsumen hanya dapat meliputi pengikut akun produk saja. Pada masalah yang ada pada wedding organizer DSN. Ditemukan solusi dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi pemesanan dekorasi pernikahan berbasis website dengan menggunakan aplikasi figma. Aplikasi figma diharapkan dapat membantu merancang pembuatan website ini.

Abstract

In the application of information technology today, a lot of technology is developing rapidly to facilitate human work activities. Similar to an information system in the transportation sector, it has now been transformed into a more practical one. One of the Grab applications, which is an application to serve the community in carrying out daily activities such as delivery, delivery of goods, or ordering food. However, in its application to the community, the level of community satisfaction with the use of the application is unknown, it is necessary to analyze the level of satisfaction in using the application, especially the Grab application in Palembang City. This requires a system testing method that can measure the level of user satisfaction with the system used, this method is the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which is a method of measuring the level of user satisfaction with this Grab application and uses quantitative research in data collection of respondents as well as analysis. The respondents of this study are users and drivers who use the Grab application in Palembang City. The results obtained from this study are how the level of satisfaction of Grab application users in Palembang City which is based on the results of the partial test on the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Used, Timeliness, Security, Speed ​​of Response has an influence on the End User Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology that are increasingly rapidly and developing in today's era make users get business opportunities through technology media. Such as the use of trading media, service companies use internet media, which is currently not difficult to reach by all groups. One of these services is an online transportation service, namely Grab. The grab application can make grab-car orders, go-rides and not only that on the grab application. There is a menu for ordering go-food, pulses/tokens, cinema tickets, hotels, bills and others. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the grab application used by the people of Palembang City. This grab application has been seen as a facility that provides convenience and convenience in ordering online based on user experience. The convenience and practicality provided are of course the reasons people use Grab services. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate usability so that users do not experience difficulties in accessing the application, and also users can make repeated purchases. This evaluation is needed to improve the quality of the website, especially in terms of user experience to make it better, therefore the grab party must pay attention to the ease of users in accessing the grab application. The ease of accessing the application cannot be separated from the usability of a website. The Heuristic Evaluation method is a method that can be used to identify and explore Usability problems in the system under study.Keywords : Grab Application, Usabilitty, Heuristic Evaluation

Abstract

Salah satu dampak yang paling menonjol dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yaitu pada bidang marketing, dimana marketing pada saat ini telah banyak yang beralih pada dunia digital seperti menggunakan Whatapp, Instagram, Tiktok dan lain-lain. Dalam melakukan promosi penjualan, masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan media digital Marketing. Masyarakat sudah banyak yang mulai beralih ke pemasaran modern dan berangsur-angsur meninggalkan cara pemasaran yang tradisional. Pelatihan Digital Marketing ini kami lakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan semua peserta sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikutinya. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi dapat lebih memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tepat dan benar serta memanfaatkannya lebih ke arah positif.
