Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai (1) hubungan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, (2) hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru, dan (3) hubungan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama.Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, yaitu dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen utamanya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru satuan unit pendidikan di perguruan Darul Ma’arif –Cipete Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 responden  dengan menggunakan random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil koefesien regresi untuk variabel kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah sebesar 0,428, yang artinya setiap terjadi kenaikan satu skor kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah  maka akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya kinerja pendidik sebesar 0,428. Hasil koefesien regresi untuk budaya organisasi sebesar 0,310,  yang artinya setiap terjadi kenaikan satu skor budaya organisasi akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya kinerja guru sebesar 0,310 .  Koefesien determinasi secara simultan (R2) sebesar 0,518  atau 51,8%,  yang berarti bahwa prosentase pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah  dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru  sebesar 51,8%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi maka semakin baik kinerja guru.Kata kunci : Kinerja guru, kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi

Abstract

Pasar tradisional menghadapi tantangan yang cukup berat seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan pasar modern (mall, swalayan, minimarket) sejak dasawarsa terakhir di Kota Pontianak. Daya saing pasar tradisional terhadap pasar modern yang relatif lemah, kondisi fisik yang belum memenuhi standar pasar sehat, kesan kumuh dan kotor yang belum sirna, manajemen belum profesional, dan keterbatasan aparatur, telah menarik studi ini yang bertujuan untuk meneliti kecermatan komunikasi kebijakan dalam hubungan pengelolaan pasar tradisional yang dilaksanakan Pemerintah Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif/preskriptif terhadap Permendagri No 20 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengelolaan dan Pemberdayaan Pasar Tradisional; dan Kepmenkes No 519 Tahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pasar Sehat; serta teknik analisis kombinasi (metode, kelembagaan, substantif, historis) pada objek penelitian di Pasar Dahlia dan Pasar Teratai oleh SKPD bidang Pasar dan Perdagangan. Dengan teori Implementasi Kebijakan dari sisi faktor komunikasi George Edward, dan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dari Patton maka faktor-faktor komunikasi kebijakan pengelolaan pasar tradisional mencakup faktor transmisi, kejelasan, konsistensi, daya saing, pasar sehat, pembinaan dan penataan pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa semakin cermat transmisi, kejelasan dan konsistensi informasi kebijakan maka semakin baik pengelolaan pasar tradisional yang berdaya saing, sehat, bersih, aman dan tertata dapat dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Abstrak:Salah satu mata pelajaran yang mengharuskan siswanya berinteraksi dengan komputer adalah mata pelajaran TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi). Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Darul Arqam memiliki lembaga yang mendukung terciptanya model pembelajaran berbasiskan teknologi atau dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Virtual Learning Environment berbasis web atau lebih dikenal dengan e-Learning. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran e-Learning berbasis Moodle dan Facebook untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arqam pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa produk e-learning berbasis moodle yang dapat dilihat pada tautan di http://coderalliance.com/ elearning dengan prosentase rata-rata untuk kategori pengembangan perangkat lunak dan kategori inovasi pendidikan diperoleh sebanyak 93.33% berdasarkan validasi ahli. Lebih jauh lagi, prosentase rata-rata produk elearning untuk kategori pengembangan perangkat lunak pada laman http://apps.facebook.com/temanbelajar diperoleh sebanyak 90.42%. Untuk kategori inovasi pendidikan diperoleh prosentasi rata-rata sebanyak 92.22%. Secara keseluruhan, hasil belajar siswa setelah diimplementasikannya model pembelajaran e-learning berbasis moodle dan facebook mengalami peningkatan pada mata pelajaran TIK.Kata Kunci: e-learning, Moodle, Facebook, Hasil Pembelajaran, ICT Abstract:One of the courses that requires students to interact with computers is Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Islamic Junior Secondary School Darul Arqam owns the facilities that support the development of a technology-based learning model or by using the existing technology. Variety of methods can be applied to enhance the motivation of students learning process to achieve the learning outcomes that fulfil the minimum requierement of completion. Among those methods is using web-based Virtual Learning Environment approach as e-Learning. In this research, the researcher developed a Moodle- and Facebook-based e-Learning Model to determine the development of grade IX student’s learning outcomes of Islamic Junior Secondary School Darul Arqam for ICT subject lesson. The research method used was Research and Development. Based on the experts’ validation, the results of this study in the form of Moodle-based e-learning products in http://coderalliance.com/elearning reached the average percentage for software development and educational innovation category for 93.33%. Furthermore, the average percentage of e-learning products for software development category in http://apps.facebook.com/ temanbelajar is 90,42%. For the category of educational innovation, the average percentage is 92.22%. Overall, after the implementation of Moodle and Facebook-based e-learning, the student’s learning outcomes in ICT subject lesson had increased.Keywords: e-learning, Moodle, Facebook, Learning Outcomes, ICT

Abstract

AbstrakDigilib merupakan salah satu alternatif penyelenggaraan perpustakaan secara online yang bisa dikelola oleh setiap lembaga termasuk sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan yang berkepentingan. Dalam mengembangkan Digilib ada beberapa komponen penting yang harus disiapkan yaitu aspek infrastruktur, SDM, sistem jaringan, dan sistem pengelolaan website yang harus dimiliki oleh lembaga yang bersangkutan. Dalam tulisan sederhana ini akan dicoba dipaparkan tentang Pemanfaatan ICT dalam mengembangkan pola pikir, infrastruktur dan sistem yang dibutuhkan dalam sebuah Digilib di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the learning outcome of students using interactive multimedia; (2) the improvement of student learning outcomes using mobile learning; (3) to determine the differences between the learning outcome of students using interactive multimedia and mobile learning. The method used is the method of quasi-experimental research design used in this study The Static group pretest – posttest design. Results obtained indicate that (1) there is an increase in student learning outcomes which uses interactive multimedia; (2) there is an increase in student learning outcomes using mobile learning; (3) there are differencesbetween the learning outcome of students using interactive multimedia and mobile learning.

Abstract

Appropriate learning media do not support this lack of motivation to learn and the ability of students in the biology lab suspected in addition to the abstract nature of the study, as well as lectures. This research will study whether use of m-Learning  Mobile learning can increase learning motivation and the ability of student practicum STIKes Karsa Husada on the function and cells animal and plant?. The study was conducted and using a   quantitative approach with a   purely experimental method. This  Biology (Cell and Function in  Animals and  Plants)  using  Mobile-Learning  Media can improve student practicum, good skills preparation tool and material, work MFI, make preparations, observation preparations, identifying the cell, as well as skills distinguishing cell organelles. The results of these studies recommended to the faculty; it would be better if the Mobile learning is also used to deliver other materials. Because by using this method, the students are not only enthusiastic (motivated) to interact in lectures but also able to increase their works. Some other mediums of learning, besides Mobile-Learning, it suggested for the next researchers that they can examine the various advantages and accuracy of each medium of learning from the aspects of the lecture material. Keywords: Mobile-Learning, Motivation, Practicum

Abstract

Basic Writing is the first basic writing course for students in English Education Program of STKIP Garut, which is aimed to develop students' writing English skill. The efforts have been developed to improve the learning on Basic writing course and one of them is the use of multimedia. The research questions of this research were: 1). does the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction can improve the students' writing skill?, 2). does the conventional media also improve the students' writing skill?, 3). Is there any significant of improvement between the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction and conventional media?. The research used the quantitative approach and was conducted through the Quasi-Experimental Design. The research conducted between two classes, the experiment and control class, by using 50 students as samples in English Education Program of STKIP Garut. The research findings showed the primary points that the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction improved the students’ writing English simple sentence skill due to the gain value with the medium category on Basic writing course in STKIP Garut; The students’ writing English simple sentence skill of control class, which the students did not use the interactive instructional multimedia, improved considering the gain value with the low category; and There was the significance level of difference that the students who used the Computer-Assisted Instruction were better than the students who did not use the Computer-Assisted Instruction or on the other hand used the conventional media.

Abstract

The study was based on the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which enters theworld of education. ICT developments are always dynamic, so teachers need to adapt every dynamicdevelopment of ICT. Master Islamic senior high schools in Garut regency reached 1281 people, so to see thelevel of knowledge and competence utilization of ICT-based learning media need proper research. The survey of1281 people taking population recorded as a teacher of Islamic senior high schools. The sample of this researchis 100 people. The level of competence of teachers in the use of media-based learning information andcommunication technologies have a considerable level. The relationship between the level of knowledge with thelevel of teacher competence Islamic senior high schools in Garut has a very strong correlation value. Based onthe results of the study, submitted suggestions that teachers Aliyah madrasas in Garut has a high potential in thedevelopment of teaching and learning. Thus, to obtain an increase in the need for knowledge of the authority ofthe government to hold trainings, workshops, etc., so that the quality of education will be more advanced.

Abstract

Paradigm shift in educational context support to instructional innovation, such as online learning, blended learning, and mobile learning. Researcher implemented the blended learning by using blog as portfolios for students. The purpose in this research was to identify the effects of using a blog in blended learning to improve collage student’s information processing skill in virtual environment. The facilitation given to college students in order to familiar with through search, collect, manages, and communicates information in digital age. Research subject is collage students in Development of Innovation Instructional Model course on period January-June 2017 at Educational Technology in Universitas Negeri Padang. This research used three instruments, consist of 1) the rubrics for identify information processing skill, 2) questionnaire for using blog folio, and 3) interview guided about advantages, challenges and obstacles to use a blog in blended learning. The result show that using blog folio can help collage students to improved information processing skills because they understood and tried the steps of that skill. Furthermore, they admitted by using blog folio can increased motivation, participation and give advantages.
