Abstract

Teknlologi ADSB is a new technology in the observation plane which is a combination of global positioning system (GPS), so that the aircraft can be traced to the position, velocity, wind direction, and altitude. This tool can be installed in the aircraft or ground stations and more superior than the radar.ADS-B is indeed a revolutionary look, start with only the antenna and the tool less than for a small refrigerator can detect aircraft and air traffic displays.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) is a detection technology where each plane passing owned transponder emits every two times per second information altitude, position, speed, direction, and other information to ground stations and other aircraft. This information is obtained from the information the Global Positioning System (GPS) or backup Flight Management System (FMS) in each plane. Teknlologi ADSB adalah teknologi baru dalam pengamatan pesawat terbang yang merupakan kombinasi global positioning system (GPS), sehingga pesawat bisa terlacak posisi, kecepatan, arah angin, dan ketinggian. Alat ini bisa dipasang di pesawat atau stasiun darat dan lebih unggul dari radar. ADS-B ini memang terlihat revolusioner, dengan hanya berbekal antenna dan alat kurang dari sebesar lemari es kecil dapat mendeteksi pesawat terbang dan menampilkan lalu lintas udara.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) adalah teknologi pendeteksi dimana setiap pesawat lewat transponder yang dimiliki memancarkan setiap dua kali dalam tiap detik informasi ketinggian, posisi, kecepatan, arah, dan informasi lainnya ke stasiun darat dan pesawat lainnya. Informasi ini didapat dari informasi Global Positioning System (GPS) atau backup Flight Management System (FMS) yang ada di pesawat masing-masing.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Soekarno Hatta Jakarta merupakan Bandar Udara terbesar dan tersibuk di Indonesia. Selama 15 tahun ke depan, pergerakan penumpang di Bandar Udara Soekarno Hatta diperkirakan akan mencapai 70 – 100 juta penumpang/tahun. Dengan adanya kondisi tersebut, dibutuhkan bandar udara baru di wilayah metropolitan DKI untuk mengakomodasi lonjakan pertumbuhan transportasi udara. Pada kajian ini dilakukan telaahan kelayakan lokasi Pantai Pakis Jaya sebagai lokasi bandar udara baru. Telaahan ini dilakukan berdasarkan 8 kriteria, yaitu ruang udara, keselamatan, aksessibilitas dan infrastruktur, lahan, kondisi alam, obstacle, biaya serta dampak sosial dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan analisis lahan dan obstacle, area Pantai Pakis Jaya Karawang layak dijadikan sebagai lokasi bandar udara baru karena tidak membutuhkan pembebasan lahan tidak terdapat obstacle yang menghalangi pesawat udara untuk melakukan pendaratan dan lepas landas. Namun, apabila ditinjau dari sisi ruang udara, keselamatan, aksessibilitas dan infrastruktur, kondisi alam, biaya serta dampak sosial dan lingkungan, Pantai Pakis Jaya ini kurang layak untuk dijadikan lokasi bandar udara baru. [New Airport Development Analysis in Pantai Pakis Jaya Karawang as a Reliever for Soekarno -Hatta International Airport] Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the biggest and the busiest airport in Indonesia. It is forecasted that passengers movement in this airport will reach 70 – 100 million passenger/year for the next 15 years. Seeing the condition of this airport as a concern, new airport in the area around DKI Jakarta is required to accomodate the surge of air transportation growth that Soekarno-Hatta itself already in overcapacity state. One of possible area to be set for the new airport development namely Pantai Pakis Jaya Karawang is analyzed in this study. The analysis was conducted based on 8 criteria; airspace, safety, accessibility and infrastructure, land, natural condition, obstacle, cost, social and environmental impact. The results of land and obstacle analysis indicate that Pantai Pakis Jaya Karawang is feasible as the new airport location due to it does not require land acqusition and there are no obstacles that can block the aircraft movement. However, the analysis results for airspace, safety, accessibility and infrastructure, natural condition, cost, and social and environmental impact show that Pantai Pakis Jaya Karawang is less feasible as the location for the new airport.

Abstract

Each aircraft produced by a factory is equipped with operating manual that contains technical data and operating conditions of the aircraft. One of the data is the basic length of runway that very much depends on the elevation and temperature as well as the slope of the airport runway. The basic length set up by the factory must be corrected. The corrected basic length will be summed up in cummulative. If the sum of the correction is bigger than 35%, the study must be done more specific.Setiap pesawat udara yang diproduksi oleh pabrik dilengkapi dengan manual pengoperasiannya, yang memuat data teknis maupun persyaratan pengoperasiannya. Data tersebut diantaranya adalah panjang landasan dasar/basic length dari landas pacu sangat dipengaruhi oleh elevasi maupun temperatur /suhu serta slope/kemiringan landas pacu di bandara. Panjang dasar yang ditemtukan oleh pabrik tersebut harus dikoreksi. Panjang dasar yang dikoreksi hasilnya dijumlahkan secara kumulatif dan bila hasil koreksinya lebih besar dari 35 % maka harus dapat dilakukan studi yang lebih spesifik lagi.

Abstract

Evaluation of air side facility (runway sweeper) maintenance at Juanda airport in Surabaya is to know whether the air side facility (runway sweeper) maintenance system at Juanda airport in Surabaya meets the maintenance standard which is set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and still qualify to be operated. Assessment method used is descriptive qualitative method; detailed explanation based on the compilation of primary data and secondary data which have been processed. The results show that runway sweeper equipment maintenance done by technician at Juanda airport in Surabaya is still less than the maximum level according to the procedures established by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation about equipment maintenance.

Abstract

Assessment of the Implementation of SNI 03-7051-2004 (The Signs And Installation of Obstruction Lights (Obstacle Lights) vicinity at Airport) For Compulsory Standards at Juanda Airport in Surabaya is to know how the implementation of the provision of signs and installation of lights around the aviation operation Safety area at Juanda Airport Surabaya to support it has required the standards/rules established by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation flight operations in order to ensure aviation safety. Assessment method used quantitative method by decomposition (descriptive), exposure and a detailed explanation based on the compilation of primary data and secondary data that have been processed. The assessment result shows the application of SNI 03-7051-2004 (The Signs and Installation of Obstruction Lights of Airport vacinity at Juanda Airport) vacinit at Surabaya there are still some buildings that do not meet the rules set, there are some buildings should be installed (obstacle lights) to achieve optimum aviation safety. Among these buildings are of BTS Tower buildings and Mall City Of Tomorrow (Cito Mall) that located at the aviation operation area at Juanda airport.

Abstract

The Study On The Effect Of Airline Company Operation Of PT Pacific Royale Airways Toward Air Service Competition is an evaluation of PT Pacific Royale Airways which has just been operated in terms of how far the market share achieved by the company during its operations in Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado is. From the Market Share analysis result, the number of available seats for Manado-Jakarta route in Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado provided by PT Garuda Indonesia Airways is 19.05%, PT Lion Mentari Air is 60.70%, PT Metro Batavia Air is 13.15%, and PT Sriwijaya Air is 7.10%. Meanwhile, national market share for PT Garuda Indonesia is 19.30%, PT Lion Mentari Air is 38.05%, PT Metro Batavia Air is 13.08%, and PT Sriwijaya Air is 13.55%. If PT Pacific Royal Airways is to fly Manado-Jakarta roundtrip route, they will only get 0.1% of market share.Pengkajian Dampak Pengoperasian Perusahaan Angkutan Udara PT. Pasific Royale Airways Terhadap Persaingan Jasa Angkutan Udara merupakan evaluasi terhadap PT. Pasific Royale Airways yang baru beroperasi, sejauh mana market share yang didapatkan oleh PT. Pasific Royale Airways ketika akan beroperasi di Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Dari hasil analisis Market share kapasitas seat tersedia untuk Manado-Jakarta di Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado untuk PT. Garuda Indonesia Airways adalah 19,05%, PT. Lion Mentari Air adalah 60,70%, PT. Metro Batavia Air adalah 13,15% dan PT. Sriwijaya Air adalah 7,10%. Sedangkan market share secara nasional untuk PT. Garuda Indonesia adalah 19,30%, PT. Lion Mentari Air adalah 38,05%, PT. Metro Batavia Air adalah 13,08% dan untuk PT. Sriwijaya Air adalah 13,55%. Apabila PT. Pasific Royale menerbangi rute Manado-Jakarta atau sebaliknya, maka market share PT. Pasific Royale hanya sebesar 0,1%.
