Abstract

The Hindu Religious Information Study Program, STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja, is committed to producing Hindu religious instructors who have competencies according to the profile of graduates. The process of supporting the existence of the Hindu Religious Information Study Program requires optimization of core courses, one of which is Hinduism by carrying out a transformation of learning media, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to identify the transformation of learning media, to know the process of transforming learning media, and to identify the impact of the transformation of learning media to the core courses of Hindu Religious Information Study Program. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of words. Through analysis based on the theory of behaviorism and the theory of social change, Technological Determinism. The results of this study are preparing supporting facilities, participating in training, exchanging information and knowledge, and social media-based assignments. To support these efforts, the learning media transformation process includes: the selection of learning media and the implementation of distance learning media transformation in the Hindu Religious Information Study Program. The implication is that by increasing digital literacy, gaining ease in accessing information, being flexible, efficient and of good quality), the results of the research conclude that students are skilled in using social media as well as increasing the ability of lecturers and students in using IT, increasing student scores, and STAH Negeri Mpu Kuturan Singaraja institutions is ready in terms of digital transformation for mutual progress.

Abstract

The Indonesian people, especially the Hindu community, have their own local wisdom which is an indigenous culture that has been passed down through generations. One of the local wisdoms of the Hindu community is the story found in the lontar text. The teachings of Hinduism are abundant in lontar texts in the form of Babad, Tantri and in the epics of the Mahabharata and Ramayana. In the concept of the story there are many teachings of Hinduism education which can directly be applied in living life in this world. Thus the authors are interested in writing more broadly about the stories in Lontar Swargarohana Parwa contained in the Mahabharata. Lontar Swargarohana Parwa is the last eighteenth part of the Mahabharata. This story is about Yudistira reaching heaven, but he chose to live in hell with his brothers and wife instead of living in heaven with the Korawa and Sekuni, but a few moments later the situation turned to hell and vice versa. In Lontar Swargarohana Parwa there are a lot of Hindu religious education values ​​contained in it, so this paper was carried out to review Lontar Swargarohana Parwa viewed from a study of Hindu religious education. Abstract

Adherence is a major component of successful diabetes treatment which is influenced by knowledge and skills regarding disease management. Providing information through health education using a multimedia approach can help patients to master information more effectively, one example is using booklets. This study purposed to determine the effect of providing information through booklet media on the compliance level of type 2 DM patients. This study used a pre-experimental method with a One group pre-test-posttest design. This study included 36 samples selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis consists of univariate and bivariate analysis. This study showed the most results were 29 people or 80.6% were less obedient during the pre-test and the most were 34 people or 94.4% were obedient during the post-test. The results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test obtained Zstats = 4,949> Ztable = 1.96 and P-value = 0.001 <α 0.05, this result can be concluded that the provision of information through the media booklet has a significant effect on the level of compliance of type 2 DM patients. It is recommended that the hospital use booklet media when providing information to type 2 DM patients about diabetes mellitus and its treatment therapy, so that the information conveyed can be easier to understand.
