Abstract

Technological developments are increasing rapidly along with the times. Filing is something that can not be separated from an organization or an institution, the archives have such an important role. the number of letters created and received administratively, so that the search data will be inefficient in terms of time and energy by using the manual system. So at this time required a system of administration of mail management more structured in order to accelerate the search for existing data and making reports, so the authors feel the need to design an application correspondence Archive is considered necessary and assist the department. This app is designed using PHP and MySQL. Because the web-based, this archive application has the ability, can be accessed anywhere, admin can manage with user login so that can do add, edit, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can do incoming mail and outbound mail based on sender and subject, print a report. The results obtained from the implementation of this correspondence archive application is to facilitate the department in managing the archiving of letters that used to manual now become digital, and very helpful lecturers in making the letter on the academic side of the electronics department of UNP.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted the entire teaching and learning process into online learning, including practicum subjects. However, online learning methods are less effective in practicum subjects. This condition is detrimental to vocational school students, especially the 10th-grade in TKJ majors who will learn assembly and computer maintenance practicum. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media in the form of applications on the Android platform based on Augmented Reality that can display 3D models, 3D animation, and videos about assembling computer hardware along with an explanation of its functions and maintenance. The method used in this learning media is marker-based tracking that uses marker paper to be tracked by an AR camera to bring up 3D objects. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK N 2 Padang which aims to implement the e-commerce system as a learning medium for entrepreneurship education in order to increase the potential of students in entrepreneurship according to the chosen field of expertise. As well as preparing students to compete in the world of work and be able to open their own jobs by utilizing technology in the form of internet networks. The method used in this study is a Research & Development (Development Method) with a waterfall development model. This model consists of several stages including the planning stage, the software needs analysis stage, the software design stage, the implementation stage, and the maintenance stage. With the existence of an e-commerce system as a medium of learning in entrepreneurship education, students can understand business processes that utilize the internet network, be it the production process, the marketing process, or the transaction.

Abstract

The increased business needs and rapid technological developments helped to make easier in marketing, ordering, or delivery. Restaurant service that is still manual is only efficient for visitors who are few. With a-based restaurant application it mobile web will make it easier and more efficient for large restaurants with more visitors. With reliable Smartphone, visitors immediately place an order through the waterfall method and database MySQL, so that later it will produce an application that is accessed via a Smartphone customer in handling food menu orders.

Abstract

Information systems are the result of rapidly emerging technological developments because human needs as information users of technology are very strong and rapid. Begin with the very rapid growth of computer technology, computers such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and others are limited in scale. This small computer device must be connected to the Internet so that it can be used properly. And the information system plays its role as a provider of information that computer users want to access when the computer device is linked to the Internet. The information system developed in this paper is the Citizen Data Collection Information System, this system was created using the YII Framework. The YII framework uses the MVC method which makes it easier to develop a Citizen Data Collection Information System. With this Information System, information about the latest condition of the residents can be easily accessed. So that the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, RW, and RT will have the latest information about their residents and easily anticipate if needed. In the development of this system, it has staged such as literature study, observation, interviews, analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The conclusion is that this information system can carry out the desired function when it is implemented.
