Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan fermentasi tepung kulit kopi gayo dengan penambahan probiotik terhadap peningkatan persentase bobot  karkas ayam lokal pedaging. Penelitian dilakukan di Takengon, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah pada bulan Juni-September 2019. Penelitian menggunakan 64 ekor ayam lokal pedaging dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yaitu pemberian pakan fermentasi 0% (A), 5% (B), 10%(C), dan 15% (D). Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertambahan berat badan, persentase bobot karkas, lemak abdomen, dan konversi pakan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Anava, dan dilakukan uji Duncan apabila data yang diperoleh berbeda nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung kulit kopi fermentasi dan probiotik dapat meningkatkan berat badan ayam lokal pedaging dan bobot karkas ayam, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap lemak abdomen dan konversi pakan. Pemberian pakan fermentasi tepung kulit kopi 5% dapat meningkatkan pertambahan berat badan hingga 81,57 gr/minggu dan bobot karkas ayam hingga 73,29%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari bukti hipotesis tentang pengaruh faktor-faktor agroinput terhadap produksi kopi. Fokus penelitian adalah Tanah (X1), tenaga kerja (X2), Modal (X3) dan Keahlian (X4) dan variable produksi kopi Arabika (Y). Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Tanah terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Tenaga Kerja terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Modal terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Keahlian terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. dan 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor tanah, Tenaga Kerja, Modal, dan keahlian secara simultan terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya Faktor Tanah berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Karena nilai thitung > ttabel (4,826>1,986). Faktor Tenaga Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Karena nilai thitung < ttabel (0,958<1,986). Faktor Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Karena nilai thitung < ttabel (1,211<1,986). Faktor Keahlian tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Karena nilai thitung < ttabel (1,429<1,986). Faktor tanah, Tenaga Kerja, Modal, dan keahlian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Abstract

Fenomena yang ada bahwa kesejahteraan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Ketol masih dianggap sebagai tolak ukur kesejahteraan dan status sosial mereka. Semakin tinggi pendapatan seseorang biasanya semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan dan status sosialnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah diduga bahwa kesejahteraan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dipengaruhi oleh jumlah tanggungan, usia kepala keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, dan pendapatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisa regresilinier berganda, dengan memperhatikan variabel jumlah tanggungan, usia kepala keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 439,083 - 28,767 X1 + 33,682 X2 +32,833 X3 + 456,682X4. Koefisien determinasi (R2) bernilai 0,861 atau 86,1% berarti bahwa kesejahteraan usahatani tebu dipengaruhi oleh jumlah tanggungan, usia kepala keluarga, tingkat pendidikan,dan pendapatan sebesar 86,1% dan sisanya 13,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Uji F, diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel atau 45,748 > 2,660, dan nilai signifikansi ≤ α atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga jumlah tanggungan (X1), usia kepala keluarga (X2), tingkat pendidikan (X3), dan pendapatan (X4) secara serempak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan usahatani tebu (Y). Uji t, untuk jumlah tanggungan (X1) menunjukkan bahwa thitung ≤ ttabel atau - 0,839 < 2,037, dan nilai signifikansi > α atau 0,102 > 0,05, sehingga jumlah tanggungan (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh nyata, sedangkan usia kepala keluarga (X2) thitung > ttabel atau 2,585 > 2,037, dan nilai signifikansi ≤ α atau 0,023 ≤ 0,05, tingkat pendidikan (X3) thitung > ttabel atau 2,831 > 2,037, dan nilai signifikansi ≤ α atau 0,007 ≤ 0,05, dan pendapatan (X4) bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 3,921 > 2,037, dan nilai signifikansi ≤ α atau 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan usahatani tebu (Y). Kesimpulan adalah bahwa kesejahteraan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dipengaruhi oleh jumlah tanggungan, usia kepala keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, dan pendapatan. Kesejahteraan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah termasuk dalam kriteria keluarga kesejahteraan III.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding probiotic acidifier on the condition of the digestive tract, glucose levels and abdominal fat in broiler chickens. This research conducted in Takengon, Central Aceh District. The parameters observed were the condition of the digestive tract, blood glucose levels and the percentage of abdominal fat. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed the use of a 1: 1 mixture of probiotics and acidifier to level 0. The 3% added to the commercial ration which was substituted with 10% fermented feed ingredients (R-KFPA) had no significant effect (P <0.05) on weight and percentage of Gizzard, Gizzard pH and Intestine pH, Intestinal Length, Weight and Percent of Abdominal Fat, as well as blood glucose levels in broiler chickens. Although statistically not significantly different, giving a mixture of probiotics and acidifier at the level of 0.3% (R4) showed a positive effect on decreasing the percentage of abdominal fat from 1.52% (R1) to 1.35% (R4). The blood glucose obtained in this study was slightly higher than normal blood glucose levels in chickens as reported by Swenson weight and percentage of abdominal fat, as well as blood glucose levels of broiler chickens. Although statistically not significantly different, giving a mixture of probiotics and acidifier at the level of 0.3% (R4) showed a positive effect on decreasing the percentage of abdominal fat from 1.52% (R1) to 1.35% (R4). The blood glucose obtained in this study was slightly higher than normal blood glucose levels in chickens as reported by Swenson weight and percentage of abdominal fat, as well as blood glucose levels of broiler chickens. Although statistically not significantly different, giving a mixture of probiotics and acidifier at the level of 0.3% (R4) showed a positive effect on decreasing the percentage of abdominal fat from 1.52% (R1) to 1.35% (R4). The blood glucose obtained in this study was slightly higher than normal blood glucose levels in chickens as reported by Swenson (1993), which ranges from 13 to 27 ml / dl or 130 to 270 mg / dl. It is suspected that this is due to increased digestive activity in chickens so that more nutrients are absorbed.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious problem in this country. Stunting cases in Aceh reached 33.2%, which is above the national average of 22%. Although there have been many government programs run by puskesmas and posyandu, however stunting still exists in several villages, some of which are also not detected. Knowledge about stunting cases needs to be disseminated, both in terms of the problem, its characteristics, prevention and interventions that can be carried out by stakeholders. This community service was carried out on September 24, 2022 in the yard of SD 2, Kebayakan. This program aims to provide knowledge and understanding about stunting as well as provide skills to partners, namely parents of students and teachers at the school. The implementation of the dedication went well and smoothly. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test that were carried out showed that partners' knowledge and understanding of stunting cases had increased. There was an increase in knowledge as much 40%, from 56% to 96%. This activity shows that the prevention and prevention of stunting can be done by making a menu based on local foodstuffs with relatively cheap and easy-to-obtain protein content, such as chicken and tofu. The hope is that partners can process food with their own creativity so that their children, especially toddlers and under-fives, do not experience growth and development problems

Abstract

Certification is the judgment of a third party as a liaison between the buyer and the seller, where both parties must meet all of their respective certification criteria or standards. The Rahmat Kinara multi-purpose cooperative is one of the cooperatives engaged in the trade of Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade-certified Arabica coffee. This study aims to determine the difference between the selling price of Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade-certified coffee at the Rahmat Kinara multi-purpose cooperative, Pegasing, Central Aceh. This research uses time-series data, analyzed using the Mann-Whittney Test (U Test). The results of the Mann-Whittney Test (U Test) showed a significant value of (0.000) < α 0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference between the selling price of Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade-certified coffee. Sustainable Agriculture Support at the Rahmat Kinara multi-purpose cooperative improved the quality of the coffee crop (ecologically), helped withstand volatile price changes in global markets (economically), assisted in improving farm management, negotiating leverage, and providing access to premium markets (socially fair).Certification, Rainforest Alliance, Arabica Coffee, Fairtrade
